I can see why there is an enormous wait to see Dr Lubritz, ENT-- he's FANTASTIC. I had an early morning appointment (7AM), and the office was staffed but mainly empty, only one other very friendly patient (we had a good convo). The receptionist was very pleasant and intuitively knew I needed the restroom key, haha. The nurse was also friendly and understanding. I mention all of this, because there are so many reviews complaining about the staff. During my short visit, there was nothing awry with the office staff or clinical staff. I'll hold my breath for billing, though I checked and double checked that Dr Lubritz was on my insurance plan. The reception and clinical room was clean as a whistle. (oh yeah, and the bathroom near the elevators is a onesie and clean as well). Back to Dr Lubritz.. he is thorough, calm, understanding, he listens, he's funny, he has such a gentle touch, and he dictates the entire diagnostic visit to his nurse on the computer, which I love (I want to hear what is said) and even answers questions in real time. (For example, he said I had some sort of nasal obstruction by 60%... I gasped and said "oh my... what? how? why?" and he chuckled and said, "That's normal... it's normal to have 60-70% obstruction!" of whatever that was. PHEW. He was sure to tell me what things were RIGHT, as well as things that might be of concern. I have to return for further testing, but so far, this is a pleasant doctor's office with a highly competent, obviously very sought after, doctor. I'm so glad he's mine now. read more

Dr. Lubritz gave me the ability to breath clearly after being blocked 90% in both nostrils. He was always professional, timely, and explained the procedure clearly. The surgery center was immaculate and the staff was great. I couldn't have asked for anything better. He corrected a deviated septum and swollen turbinates and I was up and felt good even the same night of my surgery. I had an extremely easy recovery thanks to his guidance. Absolutely horrid place - from their initial appointment setting, front desk, and billing department. Had set an appointment for hearing test - to have only have vitals taken - charged copay and told to come back for another appointment. Of course never did, they messed up our bill - overcharged the insurance company - battled for about two years back and forth between insurance company and this Drs office - only to be treated by office staff with unprofessionalism - no returned calls, no interest in solving matter - yet repetitive bills and harassment with collections. Do not bother - worst experience ever. Agreed with all negative posts - hire better staff. read more

My doctor gave me a referral for Dr. Lubritz and I regretted not looking at the reviews first. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. She has no costumer service, and I have to ask why such a person was hired to interact with sick patients. She offered me an appointment for two months, but considering how awful she was over the phone I declined and decided to look for a different doctor. I can't speak for the quality for Dr. Lubritz himself, but based on my experience as well as others, I'd find a more qualified employee to serve his patients if I were him. read more

Dr. Lubritz is an amazing doctor! Over a year ago, I had to get a turbinate reduction. Dr. Lubritz made sure to go over my many options and encouraged a less invasive option, which personally I think is the ideal approach. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all of my questions and took my concerns into consideration (for example, he prescribed me a lower dose pain killer due to my sensitivity when for some reason past doctors I have had refuse to do this). The procedure was easy to schedule and the surgery went well. I was given very clear post-surgery instructions. Everything healed properly and the best part was being able to breathe out of both nostrils FINALLY. I can still breathe out of both nostrils well after my surgery. It's hard to schedule an appointment but it is worth going to this doctor. read more

I have been all day calling back and forth between this office and my insurance to schedule for new pt, the services are awful they kept putting me on hold each time for a long period of time, and each time I called they kept saying I needed a referral from my insurance I kept telling them that per my insurance I don't need one, they kept transferring me and no one was able to help me nor schedule an appointment! read more

It took 3 Mos to get an appointment with this group. I have had my inner ear problem for a yr now. Dr saw me for 2 min and said I need tests. Appt scheduler was too busy and said to call her tomorrow. The soonest tests can be done is 3 Mos. and the results another 3 Mos., I am not going back there and will find another ENT professional that is not too busy for me. I do not recommend this group. As much as I want to give this doctor 5 stars, I can't. I had a great experience with the staff. I can say I am kind of an expert in this area because I had to be there a couple of times a week after my outpatient the surgery for deviated septum. I thought Dr lubritz was wonderful too in his caring and checking back with me etc. Probably because he knew that someone messed up. All that said, it doesn't change the fact that I got staph infection from the surgery. I went to the surgery day center for my procedure. I was on 5 different antibiotics afterwards,(not at the same time) and had to see an infectious disease specialist.$$$$$ and time. I was off work for a month and under a doctor's care for 3. I originally was supposed to be off for a week and a half. My nose still hurts to touch it in some places. Basically a thing I waited my whole adult life to be able to do, turned into a huge big crazy mess and not in a good way. Everyone said this would be life changing for me and I guess it was. It kind of traumatized me. That's a bit life changing for sure!! People said having my septum corrected would be amazing. Before the surgery I had a 90 percent blockage in my right nostril. Of course it should have been miraculous!! It should have changed my life for the better!! Don't get me wrong, I can breathe now. That's pretty cool I have never been able to breathe in my whole life. I can actually take a deep breath now. So that's all good. I still don't feel like it was worth it. I regret going to Dr lubritz. Something that was supposed to be wonderful turned into a nightmare and I am still struggling with pain and discomfort, soreness in my nose. I should go back to the Dr to have him look at it but I can't bring myself to do it. My surgery was in August. It's now December. After writing this I realized I am just going to find a different doctor I guess. Anyways......I cannot recommend this doc. Unfortunately. read more

Going to see a specialist, even with insurance is expensive and they do not care at all about working with you to make sure you are billed the correct amount. I am going to give Dr. Lubritz the highest rating because I think he is smart, thorough, super experienced, and an excellent ears, nose, and throat Doctor. He also seems like a really good guy. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for his office staff. There are a couple employees working there that are rude, pushy, and act like they smart and your stupid in routine interactions. They call you relentlessly and create frustration with mistakes. He should clean house over there. Dr. Lubritz was absolutely fantastic! I had a septoplasty procedure done to open my sinuses, one was blocked 90% and the other 95%, I suffered from sleep apnea due to this condition. I never knew what it was like to breath through my nose until I saw Dr. Lubritz. His staff was very kind, caring, and prompt. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me, explaining the procedure and alternative options so I could make an educated decision on having the procedure done. Before the procedure he assured me it would turn out wonderfully and it did. I could not be happier with the fact that I can now breath and sleep without having a dry mouth and cracked lips on a regular basis. Brought My mother here because of her severe dizziness, from the minute we came in the receptionist was very friendly with us, she made us feel comfortable and let us know she was there if we had any questions she even offered us a glass of water. Dr. Say was amazing, he tended to my mother and answered every question she had, while making the next appointment any employee that walked by acknowledged us, the check out lady was very nice as well and we felt all and all that this office really cares about their patients. I can't say enough good things about Dr Lubritz. I have been to several ENT'S and none of them compare to him. He had great beside manner. He genuinely cared for me and my wellbeing. The scheduler Rochelle takes her job very serious, and is also very good at what she does. Rochelle has a difficult Job. She doesn't have time to waste. I have been there before and had a great experience in the past with a few of their doctors and even their staff. Today I called and spoke with a woman named Jessica. She's absolutely rude. First she tells me I have to call back in 5 minutes before she can help me. Then when I tell her the reason for my visit is possible tonsillitis or strep throat, she says no appointments until June. So I'm obviously going to have to see another doctor to get that taken care of before June and then I asked if I can still schedule for tonsillectomy consult. She tells me "we don't do tonsillectomies here. You would need to see a specialist". I said "ok but don't I need to see an ENT first before being referred to a surgeon?" Then she sighed and started to make my June appointment. I gave her all my information thinking she'd pull me up in their system but when she asks "how did you hear about us?" I said "well I've been there before". She got the biggest attitude "why didn't you tell me that? Now I created a duplicate profile. You should've said that to me. (Sighs a rude rrrrggghhh)". I don't know how your system works and anytime I've called another doctor they find me by dob or phone # or ask if I'm a new patient. I've never had anyone be so rude just to schedule an appointment. If you are trying to make an appt with lubritz or nasri, make sure you know which office the doctor is located at. When we made the appt (2 weeks out because they're so busy they can't accommodate you any sooner) they don't tell you they're located on Maryland pkwy, so you show up at the tenaya location thinking you'll be seen. Nope, not the case. And you would think when they call and leave a message confirming your appt they would leave their address on the voicemail, because this seems to happen all the time...but they didn't. So it was a big waste of time, and they're so busy that they didn't have anything for weeks out, and it's worse when you're already not feeling well. If you go online, you'll see both doctors listed at BOTH locations even though only one practices at each. So if you choose to schedule with this practice, make sure they are very clear as to which office your appt is at. I will not be recommending this practice to anyone. read more
