I reached out to see a car and received Bobby as my sales person. He was very professional and nice…read moreover the phone and in person. My hubby and I test drove 2016 Jeep with 113,000 miles. They wanted about $11-12,000 out the door! We offered $9000 cash! Per Bobby the owner said no because he put too much money in the car. Well they received the car Sept 5, 2025 from either an auction or another dealership. Nothing on the Car Fax suggests any major work. But ok, they didn't want to sell us the car. What's CRAZY is that I didn't see much foot traffic while there. My hubby and I were the ONLY ones there, and in this economy good luck with it. I just find it strange that they didn't even counter offer. Not letting go of almost a TEN YEAR CAR is crazy! I hate I wasted our time. So, I can't say to go there, but I will say that we had our own financing. So maybe they couldn't stack ALL THOSE FEES like come up with on us and pad the price. If you do go, ask for Bobby. But then if the Owner didn't help him with this sale, I'm not sure what's going on. Maybe you'll have better luck.

This was done because they could NOT produce an original certificate of title only a certified copy. Dealership gave us 2 clean Michigan 12-point safety reports when we went to them with major concerns after purchase: Telling them money doesn't matter we just want a safe car. Damage WM Dealership missed that put our LIVES AT RISK on the road: - Rear differentials needed complete replacement - No horn - Replacement of fluids and filters (including trans @ 30k miles) - Dry rot tires Multiple issues with financing as well! They ended up ignoring us as their solution. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Within days of purchase, the truck had major issues. It's now been in the shop for over 6 months total, and I've barely been able to drive it. From engine problems to ongoing mechanical concerns, this vehicle has never been right since the day I bought it...NOW TRANSMISSION!!. What makes it worse is the lack of communication. I've had to chase them down for updates, calls go unanswered, and promises made early on have not been honored. Now, instead of making things right, they've tried to buy the truck back for far less than what I paid--leaving me stuck with the loss on a vehicle that was never right to begin with. As a customer, you expect honesty, accountability, and basic communication--none of which I've received. If you're considering buying from here, I would strongly recommend thinking twice. My lawyer said they receive alot of calls about them. Family dealership??? I never wrote a review about any dealership (Im in the business) and treated me horrible.

After analyzing multiple issues with the vehicle, they tried to charged us multiple $250 "diagnostic fees" for EACH separate issue. We are gladly taking our vehicle to a more reputable dealership for the warranty work. This place was a scam in the early 2000's under the Shuman Chrysler name, and they are just as bad today. Sad to think of the people they are scamming who don't shop out repairs and warranty coverages.

They were completely upfront about the fact that it could take up to two days to even look at (other places mentioned up to 3 weeks!). They actually diagnosed it the next day, secured the part, fixed it in time for us to continue our trip! The price after repair was exactly what they quoted us. Excellent experience.

I purchased a Jaguar F-PACE on May 29, and as part of the deal, the dealership made written and…read moresigned commitments to replace the tires and buff out scratches on the vehicle. What should have been a straightforward matter turned into a two-month ordeal. The vehicle spent approximately two weeks in service, and when it was returned, none of the promised work had been completed. I had to return the vehicle again and spend the next several weeks trying to get the dealership to honor the commitments it had made at the time of purchase. My sales associate, Roberd McClelland, had left the dealership by then, so I was referred to General Manager Zachary Perry. Despite several calls to the general manager, my calls were not returned. Ultimately, the repairs I was promised on May 29 were not completed until July 31, more than two months after I purchased the vehicle. The experience became even more frustrating when I accidentally left my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in the vehicle. Service Supervisor Kevin Krunk told me that my phone had been secured in a safe. After multiple unanswered calls, I was eventually told the dealership could not find it and was not responsible for it. When I spoke with Zachary Perry, I felt as though I was being treated like I wasn't telling the truth about leaving the phone there. After I continued to insist that it was in their possession, the phone was ultimately located and returned to me. To be fair, David Haze was helpful and professional and ultimately made sure the vehicle repairs were completed. I appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, my overall experience was defined by broken written commitments, a two-month delay in completing promised repairs, poor communication, and a lack of accountability from management. I expected much more from a brand-new dealership and from the Feldman name. A customer shouldn't have to spend two months chasing a dealership to fulfill promises that were made in writing at the time of purchase.
