I'm so happy with the service I receive from Car Source! I recently purchased a 300. It's absolutely beautiful, the next day I noticed it was leaking antifreeze and I took it back and they fixed the issue with no hesitation. The guys in service are extremely professional and phenomenal at car repair. I strongly recommend Car Source to anyone.

I'm not sure if they thought they sold me a lemon but I never had any major issues on my car but regular maintenance things.

We were worried, however, because we knew it had been in an accident, that it didn't have a drivers side airbag because the steering wheel had to be pressed so hard to honk the horn. The dealer was able to take apart the steering wheel and show us the airbag and fixed the rattling on the dash for us. There's a few issues with the truck but my boyfriend does body work so he should be able to fix it. What was nice about suburban was being able to exchange the vehicle we bought with another on the lot if we were dissatisfied, which we considered. The reason this is a 3 star review is because during negotiation the person financing it for us, Kevin, told us the warranty was a little over 3k (aftermarket) but it ended up being 3800! That's a little under 4k. He was able to give us a discount because of being employed at a ford dealer so the warranty ended up being 2500 (we were told on the phone it would about 2k, and it was 2700 on the paperwork and we had to question it) which is worth it in the long run. But if you buy from this dealer, read all the paperwork line by line to make sure it's correct because we found more than one mistake. We didn't have any issues with the salesman, Mike. Overall, an average car-buying experience. Be careful about transparency and watch the paperwork. Also, know what you're getting into with a used vehicle.

I'm also getting the routine maintenance done on my Subaru across the street at Hodges. They're great, I would highly recommend them for your next adventurous, gas saving, mom-mobile. Finally. The reason I'm sitting in Sam's grill, writing this riveting review. When I say HORRENDOUS, it's purely because the litany of disparaging descriptions I want to associate with my recent visit to this dealership would be far too long. Mind you, this is my first time ever setting foot in their "establishment." Walking through the lot, I was impressed with how vast an inventory they squeeze into their city sized lot. Even found myself eyeballing an expedition. Stepping through their doors, I'm greeted by everything but a ford employee. Must be a bit early, or perhaps I'm interrupting an important morning meeting. I proceed through the showroom, the longways, in front of the sales offices that are adorned with privacy glass, yet I can hear voices. Anyways, I head to the parts and service department to inquire about....parts and service. Finally, a visual sign of life. Three supposed attendants, or whatever they prefer to be addressed as. There's one young man ahead of me, so I settle in line behind him, not literally behind so I make my presence known. Ya know, the service and parts, part. I figured it wouldn't be a long wait, seeing as there's three desk attendants and currently only myself and the gentleman already being helped. Welp, that's what I get for assuming. I stood in the line of one, becoming ever more impatient, for what had to have been ten to fifteen minutes without so much as an acknowledgment of my existence. To wrap this up, for all of our sanity sake, I find it HORRENDOUS that one can enter a dealership, let alone step foot on their lot, and not see anyone roaming said lot, attending the showroom floor, or front reception desk, but as for the rest of the list of words I choose not to offer this review, that would describe the fact that one can venture the long way through your dealership, find what I thought was the necessary department to address my needs, only to stand in a "line" of one other patron, and receive not a glimpse, not a word, not an acknowledgment of presence, perhaps followed by a "be right with ya", NOTHING. I mean NOTHING. I get that it's 2026, and to expect silly pleasantries like "Hello" or "Good morning" are naive and foolish in today's society, but NOT A (exploitive) WORD.....? PS. Don't meet the same fate I did by making assumptions. This review is lengthy, well worded and punctuated (somewhat), and fairly articulate, but I'm a 34 year old, decent looking, well built guy who's not intimidating or hard to approach. I leave you with that to only further emphasize my dumbfounded-ness pertaining to whatever that was I just witnessed, or total lack thereof. The one star was required to leave the review, claim it proudly.

After spending thousands of dollars between oil changes and minor repairs all these years, I dropped my vehicle with an ignition issue while I went on vacation and asked that it was taken care of while I was off work and could afford to leave it. When I got back and picked it up, I assumed the issue was handled because I was called and told it was "all set" and when I picked up and paid hundreds I was given a new key and told "all set".. With that said, the issue wasn't fixed, apparently and since has seemed to have gotten worse. When I called to find out what might've happened I was told that I would be taken care of today, but when I showed up, I experienced something very different. Following my phone conversation, I was told that this obviously wasn't taken care of and that I would be taken care of financially if I brought it back in today and instead, when I did, I learned it's my fault that the entirety of the check wasn't complete when I dropped off the vehicle last time! I asked to speak to the manager, and this person can't even look me in the eye and tell me how it is gonna cost me an additional $200 for something that I thought I paid for and maybe I did already pay for! Instead of giving me the service or a discount at least, I'm meant to be argued with on that point because I wasn't apparently under the hood myself to make sure it was done the first time. Then I'm told that it wasn't written up that way, as if I wrote down the issue to it myself. None of this should be on a customer! Customers should be able to drop their vehicle, describe their issue and ask that it gets taken care of, return being told it's taken care of, and then, if it isn't taken care of the way they were told, they should be able to come back and have that service completed with the funds that they've already spent on that issue. if you want your vehicle taken care of, I recommend a different service station because you just don't know if you were getting what you paid for in this place and your customer service is going to be a disappointing experience if you try to address that. This is my first ever review and I hate having to do this, but I'll never go there again and felt I should share. Who knows what I've paid for and not actually had completed by this place!
