Most vehicles are previously totaled and somehow retained a clear title. My Silverado I bought there has severe frame damage. I payed almost $34000 for a totaled vehicle. Body shop stopped the estimate at $29000 worth of damage because it was beyond totaled. We had a settlement for them to buy it back which the dealership backed out of. Arbitration is mandatory in the contract. They refuse to respond. RUN! Do not buy from here. I will be posting anywhere i can find about this. Its just not right.

I had no experience when it came to researching and financing a rebuilt vehicle. I asked him many questions, and he patiently and kindly answered as many as he could. I reside in a different state from this dealership, so I had worries about spending hours driving just to go and find a possible lemon waiting for me. To ease my worries, Joe kindly provided multiple documents including an inspection report and the car far, along with a ton of detailed videos of the vehicle, even highlighting the areas that the vehicle needed worked on (scratches, dents, dings, etc.). He was incredibly honest. He helped me find a way to finance by calling various credit unions in my area to find the best place to finance through. When applying for a loan at the credit union that was recommended, the loan officer denied my application due to it being a "salvage" title, so I was concerned. My state and the state this dealership is in words titled differently, so Joe called the credit union for me and cleared up some confusion and I was accepted!! The credit union required a down payment that was above my budget, so Joe even lowered the price a bit to help me stay within my budget, no haggling or silly business required. After a week of calls and waiting on loan processing, I drove out to see the car. Joe fixed up the various scratches he showed on the videos, put a full tank of gas in the vehicle, and even took it through a car wash. The car was incredibly clean. Joe walked us through the vehicle and answered more questions. My husband and I test drove the vehicle while my mother and grandfather stayed behind. While I was driving, Joe even helped my family with a low tire issue on the car we used to drive to the dealership! Once we decided we wanted to purchase the vehicle, the process was quick and easy. We had very pleasant conversations, he helped me figure out when routine maintenances would be due, he even went out and measured the tire tread for me so I knew which tires to rotate. The price of the vehicle was perfect, the vehicle itself was exactly what my family and I needed, and being able to work with Joe throughout the whole process was the big cherry on top. We had been to a few other dealerships around my area where the salesman were slimy, dishonest, or incredibly unprofessional. Joe and Fred felt like family we could trust. I only had to be in the dealership for about 1 hour to pick up my truck, just to sign a lot paperwork and verify everything.
