I sent an email to John's Auto Center over the weekend and was not expecting a response until the…read morefollowing Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response within an hour. They were able to get my car looked at right away. Simon was so helpful and looked at my car the second I pulled in. He said that the condition of my car was great and that it seemed to be running smoothly. However, he agreed to put it up on the lift to do a general wellness check of the undercarriage of my car. After inspecting it (again, right away) he took me under the car to show me- he said that everything looked to be in great condition. The only thing he did point out was that my tires were needing to be replaced in the near future- and took the time to show me how to check the tire tread. He offered to give me a quote, although I felt no pressure from him to purchase the tires through him/at their shop. I really appreciated that Simon did not try to sell me some part that I didn't need, or to tell me that something should be fixed on my vehicle when everything looked great. Simon had such a genuine way about him, and I could tell that he was very honest and that I could trust him- which is huge! After asking him to look at the cabin filter, it DID need to be replaced- they didn't have one in stock- so Simon ran to the store and was back to replace it within 5 minutes! I was so pleasantly surprised. I was shocked when the general wellness check on my vehicle only cost $50! and he didn't even charge me for the cabin filter... If I had taken my vehicle to GMC, I for sure would have had to wait a week or two for an appointment, then they would certainly keep my vehicle for several days- and a wellness check would definitely cost upwards to $200. Needless to say- I will be doing ALL of my future motor / car needs to John's Auto Center!

Jason and the guys got me in right away...did the work and had my car back to me in less than a week! Also recommended replacing the spark plugs and a few other items while the engine was apart to extend the longevity of my engine since I had 190k miles already. Also took care of an exhaust repair that was causing a check engine light. My car is running better than when I bought it from the dealership 140k miles ago!! Great price, great people, great work! However, at Skinny's I felt very comfortable expressing my concerns with my car and even though my original thought of the issue was wrong (serpentine belt replacement), they were able to correctly diagnose the problem (worn front brake pads) and then fix the problem in a timely manner. They were also able to give me a status update on other parts of my car that require attention in the future. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to friends!

What honestly can I say about these people at Feldman Hyundai? Nothing I could type would give them…read morethe justice they deserve for putting my confidence back in humanity. They bring big time deals in an atmosphere that screams family/friend owned. A little history: I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from a dealership elsewhere and quickly found out the previous owner ran her pretty hard. After a lot of engine jargon and frustration on my end and I'm sure theirs, I discovered I needed over a $10,000+ repair. I'll be honest I did not handle myself well because apparently the 100k/10 year warranty is for the first owner so I thought I was boned. The people at Hyundai went to bat for me to corporate and decided to stand behind their product and essentially replaced the engine at no cost to me. After this was done I had no problems with the car and don't own it simply because I let my dumbass brother borrow it and he totaled it. It feels nice to see a company stand behind their products and be truly proud of what they are doing. I feel so strongly about this that I recently brought my mother in to help her get a new car. After what I can only describe as a disastrously unprofessional experience she had at Brighton Ford she was in a state of car buying PTSD. I cannot blame her and don't like dwelling on negative energies, but you can see my review of them on my account I'm sure. She ended up Escaping her Ford Escape and landed in a brand new Sonata Hybrid Limited. She absolutely loves it BUT it is nice to know that she COULD return it if she wanted to within a reasonable time frame if she changed her mind. Nice to know I can trust a company to have my mom's back in a world known for its money hungry greed and slimy sales deals. I won't even have to go in with her when she can't get her USB working somehow for some reason only old people could do.
