We immediately went over and liked the Savoy chandelier. We asked about the return policy and delivery time. No problem with returning, credit in the store- no restocking fee- and delivery was about 2-3 weeks or we could take the one in the floor. We opted for the floor model. They had us return the next day to pick it up - it was boxed in original packaging and No waiting time in the pick up either. Plus Theresa's price was $300 less than her competitor for the same chandelier and the Savoy chandelier was close to half the cost of our original choice. Fabulous experience all the way around!!!

In addition to sales and trade in promos they were having some speakers put on classes one of which gave me an even more solid reason to stop by. It's a big store with an impressive amount of photography equipment and just about every big brand and even some smaller ones represented. The photo processing and studio in the back kind of make it an ideal all-in-one location for all things photography related. They had plenty of helpful staff on hand to help out the crowd of people in the store at the time but the majority of customers clearly knew what they were talking about and what they were looking for. I would be interested to see how the staff are on regular business days but they did seem very friendly throughout all of my interactions. The back studio area where the class/presentation was held is an impressive size. I could see how it could be useful for a number of situations. All in all this was a great introduction to the shop and hopefully I'll be able to visit more often in the future.

What you'll find here is trustworthy, thorough, and detailed advice and expertise. Expect to be patient with wait times. They also have a studio space that can be rented by the hour for photo shoots. What a great local business find! Supporting local businesses is important to us, always has been,…read morebut now more so than ever. We recently acquired a art for our family room and knew when purchasing it as oil painting on canvas stretched on frames the pieces needed floating frames. A bit of quick online research and a few phone calls, indicated the size of both of these pieces wasn't something most businesses couldn't assist with providing frames because of their large format. Our first call to Colbert Custom Framing, Jakob answered, he confidently told us they could frame our newly acquired art. He didn't disappoint, his expert eye and the framers skill and in a few weeks we had exactly what we dreamed of. Yes, there are many places to have treasures framed, but, please visit Colbert Custom Framing, you will be glad you did. Ask for Jakob.
