They quoted me 6 hours for my move and then tried to charge me for 14. On delivery day, they ignored my calls until I threatened to call the state police and file charges for stealing my belongings. When they finally called back, they claimed they didn't even have me on the schedule -- despite multiple conversations confirming the exact delivery date. They eventually showed up five and a half hours late, in a U-Haul (not a company truck), with only one hand truck -- and had to use mine. Every single piece of my furniture was damaged, many items were completely broken, and some were outright missing. I watched one mover literally throw my boxes around and carry one couch pillow at a time while the clock -- and my bill -- kept running. This same mover argued with co-workers in front of me and even dropped an F-bomb at me on his way out. This company is a classic bait-and-switch operation: careless, disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unconcerned about your belongings. Told us to go buy them. They also gashed in the corner of one of the night stands and never told us, and now, when I try to call them, it goes directly to voice mail and they never call back. I paid cash so there was no recourse through a credit card company to dispute the charge. They picked up our furniture on July 11, 2026, held it for 2 nights in 2 trucks. The second truck was only about 1/4 filled. They were scheduled to deliver to our new address at 1 pm on Monday, July 13th, at 1 pm. They arrived an hour early and our closing wasn't complete until 12:30. All the boxes were packed by us, were colored coded and marked for every room. Many of the boxes were placed in the wrong rooms or left in the garage and we had to carry heavy boxes into the correct areas. One box of record albums was completely broken. Don't ever ever rely on them to move you! they are terrible! This battle is not over!

We hired this company to move only three items locally: a car-top cargo box, an IKEA bookshelf, and…read morea solid wood sideboard/hutch that originally cost about $2,500. We also paid extra for both the home protection kit and the upgraded insurance coverage, expecting professional handling and full protection. Unfortunately, the moving crew did not wrap or secure the hutch with blankets, nor did they secure the doors. It was loaded into the truck along with other items without padding or separation. By the time the truck arrived at our new home, the front panel of the hutch had been smashed. Both crew members seemed genuinely sorry, but instead of documenting the damage, they offered to take the piece away. At the time, I didn't realize that removing damaged items is not standard practice, especially when a claim is expected. The hutch remained on the truck, and we have not seen it again. The claims process was extremely frustrating. Despite having paid extra for coverage and filing all necessary documentation, the company offered $650, which does not come close to replacing a comparable item (similar pieces currently range from $2,900-$3,500), and I ultimately never received that payment. Overall, we paid about $1,000 for a 15-mile move of three items, one of which was destroyed, and the claims process did not result in meaningful compensation. I recognize that issues can happen during a move, but the combination of: -Lack of basic protection measures, -Removal of a damaged item without authorization, -Minimal compensation offer, and -Claims that went unresolved, makes it difficult for me to recommend this company, even for small, simple moves.
