Stephen helps you feel comfortable in some awkward positions and builds your confidence to do so with positive reinforcement and a "can do" attitude. He takes his time to have fun and do it safety! I decided to look for a sports trainer who treated the athlete's mind while also teaching him how to strengthen the body and learn to prevent injuries. I wasn't sure if a trainer like this existed but luckily I found Andrej at Legacy Training. After the initial consult, my son (and I) knew Andrej would address the mental and physical aspects of being an enduring gymnast. My son was on the verge of quitting but he happened to have a session with Andrej and the following week, my son had his last meet for the 2025 season. As my son approached the rings, I saw him close his eyes & take a few deep breaths and I knew he was calming his mind and visualizing. (Andrej taught him). His routine was beautiful and he stuck his landing...something he wasn't able to do for the past 3 years. When I saw my son smile and clap, I saw his passion reignite. Andrej was the first person I texted because I knew he helped bring the spark back. Even though the next season doesn't start until Jan 2026, my son spent the entire summer, every week, learning how to mentally and physically strengthen with Andrej and is still going.
