Ryan always goes the extra mile and really is genuinely concerned about how things get executed outside of the cage, he doesn't want to waste your time or his hitting home runs in the cage only to go out and not have quality at bats on the field. He really pushes him to understand the WHY and what he needs to do to correct things or make the adjustments needed to be successful regardless of what the pitchers are doing! Can't say enough good things!!!

Prior to working with Ryan, Mike had poor swing mechanics that lead to inconsistent hits, a poor mental approach that was based on hoping for a walk and not getting aggressive until he had two strikes against him. We determined that we needed help and Ryan was just the person for Mike. His personality and demeanor fit well with Mike's. His coaching style was one that Mike immediately responded to. I asked Ryan to completely rebuild Mike's swing mechanics so we set out twice a week to do just that. Along the journey Ryan has also taught Mike about his mental approach at the plate. Mike is now an aggresive batter who is looking to get his hit with zero or one strike against rather than waiting until he has two strikes as was the approach prior to working with Ryan. Mike is an eight grader playing 16U travel ball in a wood bat league. He is batting over 300 and is making solid contact. While he still has a long way to go, the combination of Ryan's coaching and Mike's hard work are paying off. We plan to continue to work with Ryan through Mike's high school baseball career. Anyone looking to learn how to hit a baseball needs to consider hiring Ryan Dambach. I think you will be pleased with the results. Bob Kerner

My bike fitter highly recommended I work with Michele Rebozzi for rehab (He had a similar accident a couple years ago.) I already knew of Casa Colina's excellent reputation for rehabilitative medicine, but I hadn't heard about their team specializing in sports medicine. Michele took the time to thoroughly assess my condition at the time of my first visit, discuss my goals for recovery, and to explain the biomechanics involved in the pain, loss of strength, and the needed rehabilitation. With that, we agreed on a plan to move forward, and got started right away. Each session included a vigorous workout, with Michele and the support team (Mercedes, Jacob, and Adam, a visiting intern) instructing, coaching, and pushing. But, don't worry, they won't push you harder than you can handle. I observed over the course of my recovery, that they adjusted the intensity of the pushing to the level of the individual athlete and his/her current condition. Sessions also included time on the table, with Michele working out problem muscles and guiding some assisted stretches and strength work. I was back in the saddle by mid-July (although on an indoor smart trainer--doc's orders until the actual bone healed more) and stronger than before by October.

This is going to be a personal and detailed review, so I'm going to start with my physical and…read moremental condition before training with Dan, and ending with where I am currently. I was raised in a traditional Chinese family, where the parents focused strictly on studying, piano, tutoring, and no video games. I was definitely pretty good at all, but I was not enjoying anything that my parents made me do. I wouldn't say that I grew up miserable, but I was definitely confused and didn't know what the point of "ME" was since I was forced to do what my parents wanted me to do. In high school, I participated in lots of clubs, got really high GPA, and student body president, blah, blah, blah and I ended up in a top 20 university. Here's where the story gets interesting. After I left home and started living by myself, I tried lots of things in college. Drugs, alcohol, partying, just everything a young college student would do. But the worst of all, was I blew up. I gained 80 pounds in my college life. My physical condition was in horrible shape, and it had a dramatic effect on my mental condition. I was depressed. I came home after college trying to start or pick up my life before I left for college. But I was just in bad shape. Then I met Dan during my junior year coming home from college once, and we trained on and off. But it wasn't until after I came home after graduation did we start training consistently and effects where shown. What Dan differs in training is that he really helps you with your mental state. He listens to you each day and focuses on you each training session so you don't have doubts. Fast forward 1 year, now it's 2018. I've lost 80 pounds. How I did it, I'm not gonna go into details, because that's my journey and I don't want to spoil it for you if you train with Dan ;) But if you have lost hope and stopped believing about weight lose, just give Dan a try. Trust me. It will be worth it:)

However, after meeting Dan, I knew that I was going to gain so much more than just a toned body. Dan not only trained me so that it was ideal for MY body, but he also taught me very valuable tools that I can use during my everyday life. For example, I learned that working out is so much more than just having "a butt and abs"; it has so much more to do with your mindset and attitude. Through Dan, I've learned to have a calmer peace of mind and to actually get excited to work out, as well as eating healthier. Now, I'm about to start my second year of college and I can still say that after training with Dan for two summers, I still learn something knew about myself every time I work out!
