The gym is very well laid out and has all the equipment you could need. Tons of machines, a large free weight area with benches, a few heavy duty squat racks, cardio machines and a nice turf area. They also offer fitnesses classes, and apparently even have a sauna and a cold tub, but I didn't get a chance to use it. The gym is very clean, including the change rooms. The change room has a shower and lockers with built in locks. The front desk staff were super lovely. I'd recommend checking this place out as a visiter or for a regular membership!

I've tried everything--from traditional gyms to ClassPass and CrossFit, until my sister introduced me to Ark Fit. The facility has all the equipment you could need, but what truly sets this place apart are the coaches + staff. They have created a warm, welcoming environment and built a supportive community. Open gym is always a vibe and kept so clean. The classes are as challenging as you want them to be, and coaches meet you where you're at. Every coach brings the same positive energy, understanding, and kindness to each class. Regardless of your fitness level, you'll never feel lost or left behind. If you're looking for a gym that combines expert coaching, an incredible community, and a truly welcoming atmosphere, Ark Fit is the place to be.

The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. If one is looking for a place that delivers results, keeps you engaged, and surrounds you with the right people - this F45 Tustin location is the place to be.

I like that they switch it up every day with the exercises. If you're a first timer here, there are about 12 stations, 40 seconds for one set of exercises, 3 sets at each station with 20 seconds of rest in between. Timers are visible on the walls along with screens demonstrating the different exercises. Bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. They also have towels for you at the counter. I do wish the classes are a little smaller or add another instructor or lower the points in classpass.

I have been to other gyms that you can just tell aren't being clean. Dust and spider webs around the place and you don't even want to do a burpee because the floor is so dirty. The instructor will then go through the workout and demo the moves, while explaining the timing. They always write a great workout that keeps you moving and incorporates some CrossFit movements. You then have the rest of class time to get through the workouts. In my experience, you have to keep moving to be able to complete the entire workout in the classtime, so it's a great challenge. They have two showers in the women's room if you need to shower before heading to work, but you need to bring your own towels. I personally love the workouts here, but I know it may not be everyone's cup of tea because it's a go at your own pace workout, so you don't have a group doing the same moves and timing as you. Parking is ample in this plaza.

The coaches are amazing--super patient and always there to guide you every step of the way. What I love most about this journey is just showing up and putting in the work. I've learned that I'm stronger than I ever thought. If you're considering joining, go for it--it's a fantastic environment with an amazing community. Walking into a CrossFit gym for the first time was intimidating because I knew absolutely nothing about working out, but I was looking for a community and coaches who could guide me. They're knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping every member improve. No matter your experience level, they take the time to explain movements, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported. One of my favorite things about this gym is the flexibility. Having full access means that if I can't make it to a scheduled class, I can still come in after hours and stay consistent with my workouts. That has made a huge difference for me. Most importantly, this gym has truly changed my life. I've gained confidence, become stronger than I ever thought I could be, and found a community of genuinely kind and encouraging people. The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not.
