I've been going to 3D Fitness 4-5x/week for the past three years -- including all the way through…read moremy first pregnancy -- and it's easily one of the best decisions I've made. The workouts are strong, but that's not the differentiator. The community is. You see the same people consistently, and over time it becomes a tight, supportive group. It's rare to find a gym where you actually look forward to who's going to be there, not just what's programmed. Programming is thoughtful and well-balanced -- strength + high-intensity cardio -- and it never gets stale. Chris (owner/instructor) is especially good at reading people and pushing you just past where you think your limit is. You end up doing more than you expected, regularly. There's also real connection beyond the floor. They organize occasional events -- I recently did a cooking class with ~20 women from the gym -- and it adds another layer to the experience. I've always been active, but this is the first time in 20+ years I've been this consistent. That's not accidental -- it's because of the environment. If you want a place that will push you, keep you accountable, and make you want to show up, this is it.

I started my fitness journey at F45 Tustin a little over a year ago in 2025, and I can confidently…read moresay that it has been one of the best decisions I have made. The results speak for themselves. The physical changes are noticeable, but more importantly, the consistency, energy, and overall mindset shift have been just as impactful. What truly sets this location apart is the coaching staff and the community. The coaches strike the perfect balance between motivating, encouraging, and keeping things fun (even during the toughest sets). They push you when you need it, support you when struggling, and genuinely care about your progress. Equally important is the community. What started as a group of people working out together has naturally evolved into real friendships. That kind of environment is rare and important to me. If it were not for the great people here, I would have stuck with my other Fitness membership. Speaking of which, in full transparency - I still have another fitness membership elsewhere. However, I have not touched it in months. If one is looking for a place that delivers results, keeps you engaged, and surrounds you with the right people - this F45 Tustin location is the place to be.

I like that they switch it up every day with the exercises. If you're a first timer here, there are about 12 stations, 40 seconds for one set of exercises, 3 sets at each station with 20 seconds of rest in between. Timers are visible on the walls along with screens demonstrating the different exercises. Bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. They also have towels for you at the counter. I do wish the classes are a little smaller or add another instructor or lower the points in classpass.

My trainer is extremely knowledgeable and walks me through each exercise as many times as I need to make sure I understand and have proper form. Usually, gyms are incredibly intimidating, especially if you're unsure of what you're doing. I started training at Hideout Fitness in January, about six months after the birth of my second…read morebaby. Because I had a fairly delicate pregnancy and was being extra cautious, I didn't work out much during pregnancy. By the time I returned, I had taken nearly 16 months off from consistent training, and it showed. My strength, mobility, and overall fitness had regressed significantly. Anyone who has been through a postpartum journey knows how challenging it can be to start again while breastfeeding, functioning on interrupted sleep, and adjusting to a body that feels different than it once did. What impressed me most about Hideout was how well the trainers understood this. They took the time to assess where I was physically, identify my strengths and weaknesses, and guide me back one step at a time. On my first day, I was incredibly tight and hesitant. I struggled to squat and was genuinely nervous about even gently bending my knee. Four months later, I was barbell squatting 110 pounds without pain. That transformation is just one example. The improvements in my strength, mobility, range of motion, and overall fitness have been incredibly encouraging. The progress has been so rewarding that I rarely miss a session--even on the days when I'm exhausted. My coach does an exceptional job of meeting me where I am each day, modifying workouts based on my energy levels, recovery, and capabilities while still keeping me moving toward my goals. What Hideout offers is more than just workouts. They have a team of knowledgeable, educated, and highly skilled coaches who understand that every person is different. They tailor their approach to each individual's body, strengths, limitations, and goals. That level of personalization makes all the difference. It takes a lot to trust someone with your body and your health. I can unequivocally say that placing my trust in Hideout Fitness was one of the best decisions I made. I've worked with some phenomenal trainers over the years, so I don't give strong recommendations lightly. This team truly knows what they're doing, and they bring genuine passion and dedication to their work. Your success feels like their success, and that's a rare quality to find. I wholeheartedly recommend Hideout Fitness to anyone looking to make meaningful progress on their fitness journey. Whether you're returning after a long break, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply trying to become stronger and healthier, you're in excellent hands.

The first half of the class was an interval training between walking, jogging, and running. And the second half of the class was strength training. I wish there was more guidance from the instructor for the second half but it was just following what was on the screen like 100 step ups, 90 plank shoulder taps, 80 something, 70 something, etc. It was kind of like F45 style but without the timer and stations. Since there wasnt too much guidance on that part, I felt like I pretty much paid for an interval training on the treadmill. I enjoyed the experience though and would be open to trying out a different class to give it a fair review of if I want to continue or not. I'm still giving it a solid 4 stars though because I pay attention to little details. This studio had HAIR TIES and TAMPONS and even face wash in their bathrooms for us girlies and it's not much but so thoughtful!! Also there are earplugs inside the studio room for those who think its too loud!!! I get headaches when its too loud so I felt so seen and understood by the studio. Also at the end of class, a staff walks around passing out COLD WET TOWELS so you can cool down. These are all little extras that really make a studio stand out so kudos to this place!!
