Mike is the 5th trainer I've tried out in oc. He is the first one I've stuck with. This is my 1 year review of training with him. I came to mike cuz I got fat because of quarantine. I was what some doctors over the past ten years dubbed a "project," with chronic pain and limited mobility stemming from dual thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal and cubital tunnel surgeries, tendonitis, and [long story, short] a severe spine and hip-joint injury in 2016 that finally led to severe depression and weight gain. Only took me a year to write a review for Mike haha. I started training with him in July of 2020. The transition to his in home gym was my favorite part of the Pandemic. He kept everything clean, spaced out, and always keeps his clients safety in mind. I came to him with a lot of injuries and I'm now on my own with the tools to keep from further injury and almost no chronic pain to those areas anymore.
