Updating my review as I've just hit 3 years with The Perfect Workout! It is still everything you hope it will be. In only 20 minutes you can leave there knowing that you did something HARD and GOOD for your body. I haven't felt random aches and pains in years. I feel great every day, and happy that I'm not trapped by the limits of my own body. I don't even get that sore anymore after each workout! A few months ago in May, I decided to take another step for my health and take Zepbound for weight loss. Normally, the experience with these drugs is a rapid loss of not only fat, but muscle. Because I continued to incorporate TPW in my routine, I've lost 30+ pounds of pure FAT!! The body scans don't lie! It's amazing how lean I'm looking and how I'm retaining muscle even with fat loss! I joined The Perfect Workout about 6 months ago. I'm female in that oh-so-wonderful transition of hormones and I've really been feeling my lack of muscle strength. I'm also super busy so I loved the idea of the 2 x 20 minutes workouts a week. It has been a while since I've done weight lifting so I have appreciated the trainers who have guided me and helped me stay injury-free while still building muscle. Another plus has been the help they've given me in home exercises when I need to miss a session due to travel or illness. Overall, I highly recommend this workout. You get out of it what you put into it. Push for 20 minutes and then allow your body to rest a few days, then repeat. The final thing that I like on this workout is that I can do it before work without needing to head home and shower before work. It's brief enough that you aren't drenched in sweat at the end. My husband purchased a 3 month package for me (workouts 2x a week). I primarily worked out with Angela and sometimes Miguel and occasionally a few other trainers. While I was skeptical at first, I will say that the workouts have been great! I leave feeling shaky and tired after a 20-min. workout! My strength has increased during this time. And more importantly (for me), this experience forced me to get back into a routine of working out regularly again. Everyone there is so friendly, professional, and experienced. I highly recommend these workouts for those who need to jumpstart their health or improve it. And they will alter the workouts to meet your needs. I was having issues with joints on my hip and Angela worked to improve that area for me (and it worked)!. They treat each person as an individual and adapt the workouts as needed. I have had the pleasure of working out here for several years at this point. The training regiment is really about pushing yourself to your limit. All the exercises are done at a slow pace with your trainer cheering you on as you break barriers. The staff of trainers are flexible with weekly goals and scheduling. I love Angela and Spencer. I have been using the perfect workout as my only form of strength training for 10 years. For me it has been great. I keep toned and continue to build muscle. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and very supportive. I mostly work with Angela and she has helped me in numerous ways. Whenever I have a problem she supports me and we work around whatever the issue may be. The 20 minutes is well spent and I always enjoy it. I know what I experienced in your facility and I'm even more angry now because instead of trying to understand what happened, you only wrote to patronize me. I will use my voice and the internet to disclose my experience with your so called trainer and this particular facility that I went to in Tustin CA. The public needs and deserves to know how unprofessional, unethical and untrained this location is. Oh and another thing the CPR & AED Certification you're referring to is the same certification I was able to obtain just by watching a 30-minute video online and answering 5 minutes worth of questions. I've been doing the "Perfect Workout" in Tustin- it's amazing! I go twice a week, for only 20 minutes, and in 3 months I've lost inches!!! I haven't changed my diet or done anything different, it's all attributed to this workout. It's perfect for people who are working and have a family, ie limited time Angela is my trainer and I highly recommend her. Though, I've used Jake and Madison in the past and they are great too. I've been going to the Tustin studio since October 2018 and OMG I am so happy I made the decision to join. I have lost 14 pounds and lost several inches overall. I have muscle definition in my arms and legs, I'm stronger, my back pain is gone, yes, it's GONE! and I am losing that pesky tummy pouch. 20 minutes does work! However, you must be truly committed, eat right(it's a must) and not expect miracles without putting in the effort. I highly recommend the Perfect Workout. My trainer, Joel Willis, is really knowledgeable and nice. He is fun to talk sports with, and made the sessions seem short. He kept pushing me to do an exercise longer and heavier. The other trainers there are also very knowledgeable and nice. They are all concerned for your safety. The equipment, etc., are modern and easy to use. I thought that I had been making progress. I was beginning to see definition in my arms and legs, and I was getting much stronger. I didn't lose any weight, however, but I think that was because of my diet. And possibly because I was gaining muscle. The only complaint that I have is the cost. I started this program in December 2017, but was never able to keep at it, for various reasons. I finally was able to go 2x/week beginning the first of October 2018. I was going to renew my membership shortly after the new year (early Jan 2019), but I misunderstood the price. It's $485/month for 2 sessions/ week, 20 - 25 minutes per session for a 3 month membership, but, much to my chagrin, I thought it was $485 for 24 sessions (8 sessions, 3 months). I am retired and am living on enough to get by on, but I really don't have that kind of money to pay for it, and they don't take insurance or Medicare. I mentioned this to Britty, and she said that they were in the process of getting the PW eligible for insurance plans and Medicare. I am pretty sure they could get more clients if they did. So, much to my disappointment, I had to stop. I am in the process of trying to find a way to either pay for it in full, or to pay for part. read more

I have to admit I didn't really expect much other than just maintaining my current level of fitness because I have always worked out regularly but especially as I'm now in my 60s, I have more aches and pains and joint issues, so this has been a great way to keep those issues at bay, while also increasing my muscle mass. Actually all the trainers are amazing and it's only 20 minutes a day twice a week, I started out 20 minutes a day once a week and I feel wonderful, I have more energy, my clothes fit better, actually some are now too big, I've decided to go twice a week because I love the way I feel. Thus, I've been trained by the entire crew at the Tustin branch of The Perfect Workout . This is a long delayed review for this location. i started working out in this facility in March 2013 but had to move to another location after a few months since I started working closer to home. Sam was my trainer here and he was knowledgeable enough to get me acquainted with weight training. Its not cheap but the results are definitely worth it! I saw a review here saying they are not located in that building. When I left this location they were located in the first floor of the second building in this compound. You can't miss it because its right beside the speech therapy clinic/office. It used to be on the second floor on the other building but they moved to the new spot in Sept. 2013. read more

I finished a year at TPW Tustin and I am so glad I took this step for my health. I knew growing older I had issues to face (bone loss, muscle loss, among others). It might not seem like much is happening, twice a week for 20-25 minutes per workout. But the truth is clear, there are changes to my body and I feel good doing this for myself. My clothing is not as snug as when I started (6 months ago) and I have received comments that I look trimmer. My weight has not changed significantly but then again, muscle weighs more than fat so I should not have put my goal as "lose weight" but to have a firmer more contoured physique. My trainer, Jill, has been more than wonderful. She has motivated me along the way and has helped me try to work on my food intake. I don't call it a diet since I am not a food person but she helped me keep a food diary which helped as well. She also took the time to do some online research for me on some topics I thought might be a way for me to accelerate my body contour. That is unheard of at a regular gym workout system. The personal aspect of this system is what I feel is what I am paying for and the workouts are showing results. Jill is patient and dedicated to my success. I have been a Perfect Workout client for two years now and highly recommend it. I am a slim 60-year-old woman who walks every day, but I didn't feel fit and strong. My goals at the Perfect Workout are to increase my strength (especially my upper body strength), prevent my osteopenia from progressing to osteoporosis, and improve my balance and posture. Jill, my trainer, is the best! She is unfailingly positive and encouraging, but she also challenges me. She pushes me to do more than I thought I could. She seems to really care about helping me meet my goals. The workout is VERY intense, but Jill's attitude and smile keep me coming back. I recently had a bone density test, and the rate of decline has slowed significantly. I know I'm stronger. Two years ago, my elderly mother asked me to lift a heavy box of photos and mementos up to a closet shelf, and I could barely manage it. After a year of Perfect Workouts, I could lift that same box above my head with ease. My muscle definition has improved. I have pretty nice arms, if I may say so myself! It really is incredible to achieve these results with 20-minute workouts twice a week. The Perfect Workout is expensive ... but worth every penny. The equipment and gym are very clean and well kept. Most importantly the workout shows real results AND is something anyone can find time to do. I've been training at the Tustin location for a year and a half. Both trainers I regularly work with, Britty and Jill, know me and my "issues". It's so nice to have them see me through tough times and help me stay on target. They are excellent at customizing my workout to protect my knee, shoulders, finding ways for me to stay with the program even with a cast on my hand. I started this program after ending physical therapy for my knee, and realized so much of the therapy was strengthening of muscles supporting the knee, plus the core muscles. My knee is so much better by being so very strong as a result of PW, so I'm sticking with it! I feel great about my upper body strength too. Try it! Yes, it's spendy, but it's the best way to spend money on yourself. And I know myself. I would not work out regularly enough if I didn't have an appointment at Perfect Workout! read more
