Amazing experience so far. Price is reasonable, effort by the coaches excellent. Some places say the session is 1 hour, but in reality it is 35 minutes and the other 25 minutes is you just doing cardio or something (per my friends experience). Train with Dave coaches and Jacob will give you the whole hour to fit in a workout that they design personally for you and your goals. They have an app that helps you track macros for diet that they can also see and tell you to make adjustments. Jacob will tell you how to eat better and he is always accommodating in regards to what time you can come in. I have personally lost 12 pounds and 5 inches off my waist line on my goal towards 12% body fat. It has been 2 months. Of course you have to stay disciplined towards your diet as well. As a guy, I have gone from average joe with no women looking at me to stronger, leaner, and now women checking me out. Definitely recommend. read more

At 38 years old with no prior gym experience, I didn't know the first thing about working out. I had decided to prioritize my health at the new year. In fact, I don't believe I have ever been this full in my life, but my clothes are looser than ever. They're hands on with every aspect of your journey, from diet to training to at home workouts.
