I can't say enough good about the doctors and staff at Sing Orthodontics! My youngest daughter had a really unique case, with a pretty significant underbite as well as a canine tooth growing sideways (risking the roots of a nearby tooth). We interviewed several orthodontists in the area and felt most confident with the treatment plan Dr. Romero and Dr. Singh presented. After years of careful work (and a referral for jaw surgery at the end of her treatment plan), our daughter has a truly beautiful smile and increased confidence. Dr. Romero, Dr. Singh, and the entire staff went above and beyond for our family, even sending flowers and a card when our family experienced a tragedy and again when my daughter had her jaw surgery. I highly recommend Sing Orthodontics to everyone! read more

We have been seeing Dr Sing for 10 years now! A few different rounds of treatment and numerous follow ups throughout the years. She is always kind and considerate. She takes time to talk with the kids to ensure they understand what she's doing and why. Highly recommend her and her staff. read more

They were OK though the process, until they get paid and then you are dead to them. We have had a lot of issues and you have to be persistent and they might see you. They try to turn you away every time. My 18-yo daughter has a retainer broken and she went in for help today after school, something she did not want to do as it is. They told her it would $100 to take a look and she could get in in a few weeks, and then they would tell her how much to fix it. This is typical, and only when she goes in alone. With a parent they treat you a little better, but they don't make it easy. When we call to express our concerns, they could care less. We saw the positive reviews, but those can be trusted about as much as Amazon reviews. I'm not alone with these issues, so if you're a gambler this is the place for you. read more

Rob, I believe the manager, is so nice! Dr is very sweet as well! They did a great job

I ended up with TMJ and crooked teeth. It was difficult to communicate. I do not recommend this place for adult metal braces.

From day one, I felt safe and comfortable at Sing Orthodontics. They took detailed scans of my teeth and provided me with a personalized treatment plan that I absolutely love. The payment plan was also very manageable, which made the whole process even better. The staff is amazing--everyone is so kind, sweet, and welcoming. Whenever I needed to reschedule an appointment, they were quick to accommodate me. Most importantly, the results speak for themselves! My teeth have never looked better, and I feel amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my smile. & I had metal braces for adults. Highly recommend! read more

We interviewed a few places and they were fine but as soon as I met Dr. Sing I knew this was the place for us! Everything was explained perfectly and they made sure no teeth would be pulled thank goodness. We are always greeted with smiles and a nice waiting room with drinks and Second review 1/23/20 It's been two years now and I could not be happier with Sing. The staff and doctor are all amazing and the attention to detail is beyond amazing! my daughter's teeth are beautiful thanks so much Sing!!! read more

Love Sing Ortho! My ten-year-old didn't have much dental experience and I was worried about how he would do in braces. From the free consultation all the way through to the placement of the wires, brackets and even the horrifying palatal expander (although I never admitted that to him), he had zero complaints. The staff is so warm and welcoming that any nervousness he may have had was quickly gone. Although the fresh baked cookies didn't hurt either. On a side note, I worked in a dental office and paid attention to which orthodontic offices our patients were pleased with. Without fail, Dr. Singh and her staff were always far and above any other practice in patient praise and satisfaction. Our family is on a monthly payment plan and my son will soon be finishing Phase 1. Now that all of the crowding issues are resolved, his permanent teeth are coming in the way they should be. We're not sure if he'll require further ortho, but feel the worst is behind us. Our son loves his smile. He has a renewed sense of confidence and doesn't mind showing his teeth now. 5 Star Referral Absolutely!! read more

Having our 9-year old get braces filled me with anxiety. So much has changed since I was her age. Great music which included a duet with Mr Joshua and constant laughing back and forth while getting a ton of info on braces. What a great experience here. Highly recommend them. They are so great with kids. So glad we chose them read more

I got braces with Sing Ortho back in 2013/2014 and attended the A. W. Grimes location for all of my appointments. ALWAYS had a good experience there. Today I attended the Lakeway location for an emergency visit due to my permanent retainer detaching from 2 of my teeth. I'm grateful I was able to get an appointment to fix this before Thanksgiving! I was in and out of the office literally in 15 minutes. I was not in any rush to get the work done, but it seemed like they were - or at least the lady who fixed my retainer was. As a result, the customer service she offered was very poor. When she called me from the lobby, she didn't call me by the right name (so this gave me the impression she didn't pay much attention when reading it off my account). I was not really greeted by her. When I was explaining what happened to cause my retainer to break off, she was walking away; not looking me in the eye or giving much attention to my response. She came back with the appropriate tools, and started on the work. When she finished, I mentioned my interest in Invisalign and we talked about that briefly. After my appointment, I saw online that they're offering a big promotion for $1000 off Invisalign, so I'm disappointed that she did not mention that while we were talking about it; I would have asked more questions. She quickly walked me and my husband back to the front desk and did not give much of a goodbye. While this may not seem like a big deal, it was vastly different from the exceptional customer service I received at the other location. I was disappointed to not receive the same intentional care as I did by the staff at the A. W. Grimes location. read more

We have had a great experience at Sing Orthodontics! My daughter got her braces here and the staff is the best. Dr. Sing is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Sam, who is part of the clinical team, was great and thorough getting braces off. Made my daughter feel very comfortable! All of the other technicians were great as well! Josh is always super friendly and nice. Pricing was very fair and they offered a payment plan. Did I mention the cookies? Yes, warm cookies in the office. The office is very clean as well. Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Singh is the best orthodontist. She cares about all her patients. Brian, the treatment coordinator, is very good with kids and welcoming. After meeting him, you want to come back. The downside is Dr.Singh has another office. Consequently if you break something, you often have to wait more than one day or drive a long way to her other office. read more

I can not say enough great things about Dr. Singh and her staff! They have an exemplary health care/business model that other medical professionals could really learn from. Their excellent customer service starts from the top with Dr. Singh herself, but trickles down to the techs and the rest of the office staff. Dr. Singh is a great leader with high standards and compassion for patients, and her staff follows suit. You can tell this is a great place to work because everyone is smiling! You can see the teamwork from the moment you walk in the door. Each staff member makes you feel like they are there to serve you the best way they possibly can that day! The office atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very welcoming. On rare occasion, if they are running behind, someone will actually get out of their seat from behind the desk to come talk to you personally and give you an update. They show that they value your time! It is such a drastic shift from most medical offices. Not only is Dr. Singh an extremely caring, empathetic person with great bedside manner, she is an amazing orthodontist! My wonderful dentist, Dr. Holly Murphy, recommended her to me and attested to that. I really feel like Dr. Singh has my son's best interest at heart. She is very meticulous and gentle when examining him. She takes her time to inspect everything and then updates me on his progress answering all of my questions. My son has an impacted canine that will be difficult to shift into the correct position without affecting the roots of another tooth. She has been upfront and honest with me about the situation, which I truly appreciate. I believe that if anyone can do it, it will be Dr. Singh because she invests so much personal attention to each of her patients. She has gone above and beyond to deliver the highest level of quality care to my son. I trust her skills and judgment. We also see Laura, her orthodontic assistant, and she is wonderful too! We request her every time, even if it means a little bit of a wait. All of the techs have been great, but we really like Laura. She is very gentle and meticulous, like Dr. Singh. She does a great job explaining what will happen during the visit and what to expect afterwards. She is really great with my son. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Singh and her staff. She truly has an amazing practice! As a RN, I wish all medical professionals would raise the bar to deliver Dr. Singh's same level of excellence in customer service and quality patient care. Thank you Dr. Singh and staff for taking such good care of us and setting the bar high! read more

My daughter got her expander a month ago and is getting braces today. She was so excited to go in today and was even more excited when she got Jason again to put her braces on. The customer service is exceptional from everyone....every time we've been in. Even though there are closer options to Steiner where we live we don't regret choosing Singh. read more

Sing Orthodontics is such a great office! I took my nephew to get his braces on for the first time, and Josh, his technician, was so nice to him and me! He even let me (and my mom) go back and watch while my nephew get his braces put on and, Josh answered all of our questions along the way. The staff is all so helpful and friendly. The customer service is simply the best here. I highly recommend Sing Orthodontics to all Austin locals for their orthodontic care. read more

I can't say enough about Dr. Singh and staff at the Lakeway location. The entire office is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely LOVE this place!! I started my Invisalign journey a year ago and I am finished and loving how amazing my teeth look. The doctors and staff are amazing, polite, respectful and go above and beyond to help you and make you feel comfortable. I was able to do payments towards my treatment, which made this journey easy and convenient. Dr. Singh and Dr. Santos are the best!!! I would highly recommend Sing Orthodontics to anyone out there looking towards taking the next step in beginning their journey with braces or Invisalign read more

We spent ~2 years and $5,500K with Sing. My son's bottom permanent retainer broke and detached on one side less than 10 months after he got his braces off. Sing Orthodontics said they would charge me $100 to remove and $300 to replace. Other places offer up to a year and more reasonable pricing for the removal and replacement of the permanent retainer. Our experience communicated that there is little interest in assisting you beyond your treatment phase if issues arise. read more

I recently visited Sing Orthodontics because I needed a new retainer. I was completely blown away by the professionalism and genuine care for all patients. Walking in I was promptly greeted with a smile by the front office staff. The waiting area is clean and very well equipped with entertainment. Starting Invisalign. So far booking appointments, reminders, etc have been great. They told me my appointment would run about 25 minutes and they called me a week before to say it may run more like 45 because it's a complicated case. I thought that was great of them to let me know and yes it did take that long but it went fast. Who calls these days to tell clients things like that? Very well done. Got fitted on my appointment day. That night a tricky bracket fell off and I called. Dr Sing opened up the office for me at 8 am on her day off (she actually had a flight a few hours later) and she fixed it up. She's very professional and I'm excited to see how things turn out in 18 months. clean office, great staff, and front desk people are very sweet. Def recommend! read more

I am very pleased with the care my son has received at Sing orthodontics. They are very patient and thorough.

Dr. Singh is wonderful and professional. This is the worst customer service I have had from the staff. I was told my daughter had a cavity and was referred back to her dentist. We went to the dentist and he didn't feel comfortable filling a cavity on a new molar. The dentist took an X-ray as a precaution and found out that there was no cavity. Tried to contact the office several times and it took them a week to reply. Never did the office contact me to apologize for the error, nor to return to the office so my child could continue treatment. read more
