For the past couple of weeks, I've been ordering chicken wings and French fries and politely asking for extra ketchup and hot sauce on both. The first time, my order arrived with nothing on it at all, and the fries were old and cold, like they had been sitting out. I called again another day and clearly repeated the same request, making sure they understood. Once again, the food arrived without any ketchup or hot sauce. When I called to address it, I was told they would resend the order, but nothing ever came. I waited over an hour. I continued calling and eventually realized my number had been blocked, forcing me to go to the restaurant in person just to resolve the issue. The staff was very nasty and unprofessional, and they lied about sending replacement food when they never did. There is absolutely nothing wrong with asking for your food to be prepared a certain way--especially when you're paying for it. Serving cold fries, ignoring clear instructions, blocking a customer, and lying about resending food is completely unacceptable. After seven years of supporting this business, this treatment was disappointing and disrespectful. I won't be returning unless customer service seriously improves.

I'm used to them being mostly breading but these are ridiculous. The shrimp size is a fourth of the overall breading. If it's getting too expensive to serve them, they may want to take them off the menu entirely and just serve fried shrimp or popcorn shrimp. They were literally that size. The house fried rice was also not a favorite. I'm not into super dark fried rice and it just seemed really hard.
