I feel like they are racially profiling people, and they looked extremely dirty. I would use extreme caution coming here considering they serve food when they look very dirty and disgusting. Parking was not hard to find around that time, but it was very busy and filling up quickly. The two times I've been here, I was able to find parking easily. That same man that helped us out was very pleasant and energetic. He informed us that they were out of the yogurt soju we wanted, so he went out of his way to one of the nearby businesses to find the soju bottle for us and said it was on the house. I asked if they had any snacks for us, and he gave us free snacks that consisted of peanuts, pretzels, and other snacks. Due to his kindness and energy, we ordered another soju bottle. The karaoke rooms itself are really spacious. The equipment is great. They use youtube so you can play almost any song you want. My husband and I found a song that we liked that is not very popular for karaoke as it is by an artist that is not well known and we were able to sing it here! There were no time limits which I really liked. We were there for about 3 hours and the prices were very reasonable. I live about an hour away from OC and there are not many karaoke options where I'm at. The closest karaoke place to me has a strict 2 hour limit and the walls are very thin. I will go out of my way to drive to this place as the parking is easy, the prices are reasonable, the music selection is broad, and the owners/employees are great. Selecting songs require you to pick one song at a time so there's no "queue." You sing one song then you have to pick the next one before you sing again. We weren't very happy about this flow. So after maybe 3 songs, we decided to leave. The host said "oh, I'll try to charge you for half an hour only." The total came out to $55.... Mind you we sang less than 3 songs. I was super disappointed at that service. PS A side note my other friend told me afterwards was that he was charged $59.99 for 3 bottles of CASS beer. That's insane. We'll NEVER be back!

There isn't much signage from inside to know where it is, so it's definitely recommended to enter on the side entrace with the location spotlight as well as other signage. Something to note is that the mall closes around 7pm, which they also barracade the front and back entrances at that time too. Recommended parking is in a lot right across from the side entrance of the mall where you enter VIP from. The curbs say 1hr parking, but staff and even mall security confirm it is just there and not enforced, it might have been at one point, but why drive foot traffic from the mall away? Making a reservation was easy and Samantha was an absolute gem, answering all my questions and helping me and my group. She provided me all the parking information as well as room rates. Becauase parking could be a little confusing, I decided to go with my boyfriend to check it out so I could relay the info to my guests. She and other staff were so friendly and welcoming letting us see the spaces and excited for us to come. They have their own bar and kitchen, so outside food is allowed at a flat rate of $35 for food and $35/bottle of outside alcohol (anything that looks like it could be shared). So they encourage people to buy food/drink there which is understandable. They do allow cake for special occasions which I appreciate as it did not incur the food fee. The space is lovely, and clean. Definitely club vibes with the blue lights lighting the space. It consists primarily of medium sized rooms with 1 small room and 1 large room for up to 30 people. I originally booked a medium sized room but had to downgrade to a smaller room last minute which was no problem at the time of my visit. Samanth helped explain the karaoke system which was straight forward. They utilize an iPad system where you can choose songs from their karaoke database or from YouTube which I prefer over some of the older karaoke spots utilizing binders. Definitely removes limits as to what songs you can choose as it's open. Queueing up songs was simple too. Sound system was clear and loud, could feel the base from the adjacent room but it was only between songs and not overpowering. Room rates are a little higher, but worth the quality experience and splitting with a group reduced the cost to something more manageable. I will say I think we got charged the medium room rate instead of the small room rate of $55/hour as we spent 3 hours for a base total of $165. But I was on as it was a last minute change and they were so accommodating. I probably should have asked but didn't Check out this space for your next gathering, celebration, or just a karaoke sesh with friend in a modern and updated space. Will definitely be back.
