Y'all avoid this dealership at all costs and believe the reviews. They wanted to give me 17,000 for…read moremy 2016Toyota Highlander (51,753 miles) for a white 2019 Chevy Suburban (93k miles) . However, I'm well aware that the year makes it old but it's also a Toyota who literally advertise that after 15 years their vehicles are still on the road but okay. After negotiating I finally got them up to 20k (even tho KBB said 22-24k) for my trade in. However, these people BOUGHT a car that had damage on the driver side wheel arch panel, rear tailgate, dents on the driver side door. But the dents on the wheel arch WAS HORRIBLE! THEN Scott and the manger told me "well since we have to spend money to make money we're going to take it $1,000 out of your trade". NO. YOU BOUGHT THAT VEHICLE WITH NOTICEABLE DAMAGES/DENTS AND YOU WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT??! Absolutely not. Also, how are you going to give me a big speech about how "we don't like to put the young names on vehicles that are not worthy of it" but then purchase a vehicle with MULTIPLE dents? Crazy if you ask me. Oh and on top of that at the very end Scott said "so we did all of that for what". After I had apologized multiple times for "wasting his time" but I did not feel comfortable making a deal that would add -11,360 (trade in, taxes, titles, and fee) to a 30,000k car. You're acting like I didn't refuse your deal multiple times and said "I will not trade it in for anything less than what I deserve". Anyways, sold my car to a different dealership who gave me 24k for my trade in WHO IS MILITARY FRIENDLY for a white 2019 Chevy Suburban with LESS MILES( 80k) and a better interest rate and payment. Please don't contact me. You can't fix it or change my mind Oh and yes, I'm well aware that I overpaid for my Highlander that's why I wanted out of it even after refinancing and my family needed something bigger!

It may have been a better place before but look out there going to get ya now....

Called them Tuesday afternoon and nothing to report. The next day Jer's called me to let me know the washer pump was cracked and it would cost $650 for the repair. I agreed with the quote and to perform the repair. The next day I received another call stating that panel tabs were breaking off during disassembly and that they were on hold until I approved the replacement part. The quote was another $400.00. I was already told the pump was cracked, so I went back to Jer's to review the new issue. During my review I could see the pump was never removed for inspection, so why tell me it's cracked? The panel did have a tab that was broken, but just knowing that I was lied to about the pump was not acceptable. I asked for my car back with no work done. I bought a new pump for $28.99 on Amazon and completed the work myself. BTW, did not remove panel, so saved another $400.

Given all the great reviews on Google, I had high hopes for this shop. I don't enjoy leaving…read morenegative reviews, and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but I feel like this shop took advantage of my husband. $1,400 dollars and 2.5 weeks later, the vehicle is worse than when we dropped it off. The shaking (which only happened on the freeway) is now happening around town, and when we let off the gas, we hear a spinning/grinding noise. I wish we had paid more attention to the negative reviews, because we had the same experience as some of the other customers. When we dropped off the vehicle, they said the axels were shot and needed to be replaced. The original quote was around $600 for labor and $150 for diagnostics, and an astronomical amount for the parts. We ended purchasing our own parts at Autozone to save quite a bit of money (we purchased the best CV axels they had (which were the Duralast Gold with a limited lifetime warranty), and asked the shop if we could bring them in. They agreed, but said their shop warranty for the parts would be void. We agreed to the terms and they started working on the vehicle. Once the mechanic installed the axels, he said the seals started leaking. After attempting to fix the seals multiple times, they said they only charged us for 1 of those multiple attempts. Since he had to take everything out and replace the seal, we had to pay $40 for the seal (which is fine). The labor to take everything apart again ended up being our responsibility though ($464). The original quote for labor to replace TWO cv axels was a little over $600, but now to replace ONE seal is $464. They'll probably say it was the lift kit causing the issue (which has been on the vehicle for 5+ years and is a one inch lift), or they'll say the parts we bought to fix the vehicle were not up to their standard. We're not quite sure what they're trying to do. A little over two weeks later and now we're left with a vehicle that is worse now than when we dropped it off and we're $1,400 poorer. I feel like this might be a Get Gephardt situation.
