From our very first conversation, it was clear they were just as excited about making the event special as we were. They went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed, valued, and at home. Our friends and family couldn't stop talking about the incredible atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and the genuine kindness shown by everyone at Aura. The evening was absolutely perfect, and it wouldn't have been the same without Kareem, Shareef, and the entire Aura family. It was shocking to know that for two pots of tea (which probably costs no more than $4) was up charged for $20. The Yelp showed they were BYOB and we confirmed that before cracking the beers we had brought with us. They had their own blend of tobacco and we decided to go with that. The flavor was fruity, light and was cheap. We weren't on a weekend so we didn't have to hit the per person minimum. The only downside was that since it was midweek they closed at the 'earlier' time of around midnight and they let us stay as close to closing as possible without interfering with their closing procedures.
