Based on my research, "A hookah (also called shisha or waterpipe) is a multi stemmed smoking instrument designed to heat flavored tobacco and pass the smoke through water before you inhale. The water cools the smoke but does not remove harmful chemicals." Although it had a different name (Desert Kings), it was a hookah lounge. The room was separated by couches and folks were on there hookah pipes in their respective sections.

I'd suggest either finding street parking, or trying your luck to find a spot in the parking lot (if you have a truck - it'll be a tight fit!) Some people may like that, but it was not what I expected. It was 4 star food. I think sitting outside would probably be much better.

While the area is relatively small, they had roped off VIP sections with bottle service. We did not have any food as at this juncture we were not hungry. Because 77 Degrees has an open air setting, it was pleasant to sit and watch the band.

Once he opened the tab, it was disappointing that he never came back to check if we wanted another drink. It wasn't super busy on the Monday we went, but since he was the only one manning the bar, the bartender was always doing something, so I don't blame him fully for not checking back in with us. I ordered a drink called the Velvet Vice. It looked nothing like the picture and tasted similar to an Aviation cocktail with egg whites. I happened to really like it.
