This is evidence that I retrieved my vehicle December 8th 2020 and that the repair was a recall repair.

After getting a recall repaired to my vehicle at this location, I noticed damage to my dashboard where the airbag was repaired once I was home. I then notified the dealership for compensation or repair to their damages. Although this facility did offer to review damages, it was decided because of dog hairs in my vehicle that I was trying to scam them. These people claimed me to be a liar and a scam artist. I assure you I am neither. Please see my photos attached and decide for yourself who is the scam artist. Shame on this facility.

Tried for a week to set up an appointment with a salesperson to look at vehicle. Had no success…read more only response was an internet person. I was willing to travel 1-1/2 hours to make a deal. They lost what would have been a sale on a car they've had a while too.

Bad service took my Cadillac into service dept. to find and repair leak from sunroof . Water was on…read moreboth front floor floors boards they said they would look at it an advise me what it was . Few hrs later they call and said it was the drain lines one on each side . There was water puddled on the floor board I left so they could see where it was leaking . John Farris called me and he gave me a price of $1600.00 dollars to fix . I asked why so much he said to take carpet out and replace . I said no just fix the leaks . I'll take care of the carpet and clean it . He said not doing the carpet would be around $600-$700. I told him to go ago . Later in the day he called and said he has to order the parts will be 3-4 days but it only needed one hose instead of two they blew the passenger side and it was fine so I said ok but I need a courtesy car if they were keeping mine . When it was time to pick it up 4 days later still had puddles of water in it carpet drenched still . I asked why was it not wet vacuumed to at least get the water out . Said I told the not to do the carpet I told him not to rip the carpet up how could they tell the leak was fixed if water was still puddled . I took it home cleaned and dried carpet 3 days later it rained check the next day carpets wet again . Took back refuse to pay more they tell me it's the other hose that broke on passenger side gave me a price of$564.85 I advised it should have been fixed the 1st time they refuse to put a new hose on the passenger side they would try to repair it by stretching the hose 1/4". They called said car was done . Next rain leaked again same place as the beginning , so I don't know if they replaced anything ? They said if they had to put another hose I would have to pay $564.85 per service manage . I would not do business with them again . I was given the run around and different excuses by John Farris (service advisor). Be very aware ask for the old parts back on any repair . I trusted them I was wrong to do that !
