Very Professional Family Run Business…read more I called Sharpe Well Drilling to inspect my septic system. They came out and arrived on time and the inspector went right to work. He did a very thorough, complete, job of inspecting the system and explained the details of the inspection when he was finished. A couple days later I received the bacterial lab results in the mail. I am very satisfied with their work and way of conducting business. I am going to have these guys on speed dial.

It pains me to post a poor review for a company I have used for over ten years. Alek has done many…read morelarge jobs for us: sump pumps, 2-50 gallon hot water heaters, various drain/leak repairs. Contacted them for a simple running toilet; the tech's solution was a complete toilet "rebuild" ($600) or new toilet ($1100) because he could not figure out the problem! No explanation for the $200 charge which fixed nothing. I contacted a different plumbing service that corrected the issue pronto with a new $40 flush valve. Not hiring qualified employees for a basic plumbing 101 job is a bad business practice.

Very disappointed. Reached out to their company last week to inquire about installation of a deduct…read moremeter to bypass the two outdoor spickets. Was given a quote over the phone. Shared with the lady who scheduled the appointment that we do NOT have outdoor sprinkler systems. She advised us that the plumber coming out would let us know the difference in price from the quoted price she gave us over phone of 940.00. The plumber came out and informed us he could not complete job today and needed to discuss with his supervisor and get back to us with an updated estimate. We were then told we had to pay a CALL OUT FEE of $140.00. WE WERE NOT INFORMED OF THIS WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. NOT ONE COMMENT ON THIS UNFAIR CHARGE. Training needs to occur with the scheduling as this is NOT good customer relations. THIS SHOULD BE CONVEYED TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN CALLING. WE NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED TO THE APPOINTMENT HAD WE KNOWN THIS.

I received a referral for this company from a trusted friend. I immediately advised my husband to…read morecall this company based on my friend's experience. To my dismay, I was shocked and thoroughly disappointed with the level of customer service that my husband received just trying to schedule an appointment. I'm very big on customer service and this company failed to meet my expectations early in the process. As a potential customer, my husband and I didn't expect to be treated in such a demeaning manner. During the process of scheduling an appointment, at my friend's request, we notified the representative that she referred us. Immediately, in a rude tone, the representative states, "It's still going to be a $175 service charge". Then he went on to say, "I'm not going to be driving all around for free." It was never implied or requested that they provide a service or commute for free. Why would you assume that by simply saying who referred your company that we were expecting anything short of the same quality service that you provided the person that referred you? We never expressed any issues with the service charge nor were we expecting a discount for saying someone referred your company to us. One would think that the person making the referral would benefit not the person being referred anyway!

I was recommended to Hobson Heating by a commercial client of mine who has them maintain his…read moreoffice. I needed them to look at my parents boiler which a previous repairman said needed to be replaced (it's a 10 year old boiler) for $3000 because it would cost more to fix than replace. Owen at Hobson determined what I thought all along. The pump which seized and trapped a dangerous amount of pressure in the boiler, and it would just short cycle until shutting off. They replaced the pump and reworked the position so this wouldn't occur again and even fixed an ongoing problem with their thermo-couple burning out every season. They spent the afternoon replacing the pump which was ordered next day, bleeding and leveling the system, and redoing some of the plumbing and it was very reasonable 1/4 of the boiler replacement estimate) and they were very efficient, cleaning everything up in the work area and documenting the entire repair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody, particularly the aging population that is too often taken advantage of by dishonest or unnecessary repair.

Had to call them out to fix a leaky toilet and within 24 hours, repair was complete. While the leak was from a bolt, it was recommended we swap out the "guts" because they were pretty old and likely to fail soon. Yep, that was definitely true. Now, no need to worry about this toilet for years to come. Before leaving, asked a few questions about other plumbing work (kitchen faucet low water pressure / replacement, sump pump installation), and the plumber was very professional and helpful about giving information (kitchen faucet) or saying it would be better for his boss to come quote the work (sump pump). We called Complete Plumbing back a couple of weeks later for a second toilet that developed float valve issues and needed a shutoff valve replacement (Murphy's Law, for real!) and also to do the kitchen faucet replacement. Note, we purchased our own Moen faucet from Costco -- no questions or trouble about installing hardware we didn't purchase from them. Both jobs are complete, and the work is EXCELLENT! Easy to schedule and they take credit cards for payment. Arrived on time, friendly and cleaned up the site better than I did to prep for them! Highly, highly recommend Complete Plumbing!
