Hired them to add pipes for our washer and dryer. Everything seemed fine, but we later found out they had accidentally put in two hot water inputs instead of one hot, one cold. We called and told them the issue, seemed like an easy fix, they said they'd call us back. I called them almost every day for a month with no response, straight to voicemail. I have tried calling, and left a voicemail, with no response. But they were quick to respond when I needed to schedule something. I made the mistake of hiring this company on Jan 11. Not only did the plumber show up 3 HOUR LATE, they weren't even equipped with basic equipment like a snake. To make matters worse, he told us our pipes needed to be replaced without even having removed the toilet to fully inspect anything! Not surprisingly, because he literally did zero work, we had to call another plumber less than a week later. This expert actually figured out the problem-- a hug block in the toilet-- NOT the plumbing. How can the pipe be rotten if it's literally connected to another bathroom in which that toilet is perfectly fine? Don't hire them. They are by no means experts or qualified. read more

These guys don't know what they are doing at all. I had an issue w/ my water heater. The indication light clearly communicated it was an issue w/ the safety intake filter. They spent a bunch of time at my house doing who knows what and they basically said it needs to be totally replaced. From there they sent a quote of $3800 for a water heater...this is a laughable quote. Total bait and switch. I had someone else come out, they came with the right parts and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Happy to share that company's name if you'd like but won't post it so this review doesn't look like an ad. I'd stay away from this company. read more

STAY AWAY. this company is terrible. they are completely non responsive and unreliable. they initially came out to deal with a toilet leak into my unit. misdiagnosed the problem, incorrectly installed the wax ring. needless to say, the leaking was not resolved after 2 visits from them. i spent 10 days trying to get someone to come out again. The plumber who did the first service call said he would come out the day I called. I got completely ghosted. no phone call or text notifying me that they were unable to come out and no courtesy call to reschedule. I spent days trying to get in contact with him again and was ignored. After a week went by without a response, I contacted Brandon - the owner of the company. he said he would "personally" come out and fix the ongoing leak. He set up a time with me. again,I was completely ghosted by the OWNER of the company. it took multiple texts and voicemails to get a hold of him. it was obvious he couldn't care less. No apology. All he said was I'll "try" to come out today. I made it clear that it was not enough to "try" given that he promised he would personally come out and then ghosted me at the scheduled time and ignored me for days after he Failed to show up. His response was ok "I will come out today." once again NOTHING. No texts or calls. Just completely ignored. the entire situation was completely crazy and unprofessional. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. They also took WEEKS to send me an invoice after I already paid for the service at the time of the visit. very sketchy read more

I needed to replace 3 bathroom sink fixtures. Manny and Brandon were very responsive and came within 24 hours to take a look and give an estimate. At first they said it would be about $1,200. I got a couple other quotes that were much lower. So they brought the price down to $900 ($300 for each sink). That was still higher than the other estimates, but I appreciate them trying to give me a fair price. They came back to do the job a couple days later and knocked it out in a few hours. They also did a couple other small plumbing jobs for free. They did great work and are great guys too. read more
