Respectable. Fair pricing. Nice people. Yelp is making me add characters so here you go

I had underground corrugated PVC pipe that carried water from two downspouts and a sump pump to a dry well in my back yard and the pipe needed replacing. Russ's replaced the old pipe with 4" solid PVC pipe and installed additional pipe to route water from two other downspouts to the dry well too. Russ and his son Mike and their crew completed this large job in about ten hours and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and my interactions with them. 25 years ago, I used Russ's to tie the sump pump discharge at my previous house into the storm sewer and they did an excellent job then as well. I would recommend Russ's without any hesitation! read more

After a very negative experience with another plumbing service, I am so happy I called Russ's Plumbing! They were very responsive from their initial quote to the end of the project. All work was done quickly and within their quote. Very pleased with their service, work, and communication. I would highly recommend them! read more

I try to use local companies whenever possible. This is the 2nd time I've used Russ's plumbing. They're responsive, do solid work, clean up everything when they're done and they do this at a fair price. What else can you ask for? I recommend them for your plumbing needs. I only give out 5 star reviews when they're earned. They earned it. read more

As a son of a plumber I have to say this company is very professional with skill and great on follow though of the our project. The details: sewer separation in a basement requiring installation of an additional ejector pit. Russ's proposal was VERY reasonable based on scope of work and pricing. Worked very will with local pluming inspectors, responsive to every inquiry we had and work was done in a very clean and professional manner. Staff was great. I don't say this much....they are now my go to plumber. Thanks read more

The gentleman came in and gave me option on my bathtub. I also had my sewer line clean out . Gave me information on when to have it done again . Not like my previous plumber who said I needed it done yearly . Russ plain bing said 2-3 years . I will use this company again . read more

Russ's Plumbing is highly recommended. From the first phone call to schedule to the guys coming out, they care about their customers. The work is done quickly, correctly, and they always clean up. The costs are very reasonable. I just can't say enough about the great customer service. Please call them if you need a plumber. read more

Used Russ's Plumbing & Sewer for the first time this week for clearing our sewer drain. After being scammed by Roto-Rooter who were unable to clear the drain after 3 hours, Mike & Oscar had it cleared in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future. read more

Great guys, excellent work, reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company. (Thanks for the referral, Kristin!).

Last Wednesday, after a large storm, my sump pump burned out... I had purchased it about three years prior from Home Depot and installed it myself. Definitely didn't last very long. We were going out-of-state on vacation this past weekend and I really needed to get a new sump pump installed prior to leaving. I called around to four different companies to get quotes for the installation of a new sump pump as well as a new battery back-up system. I figured if I was replacing one, I might as well do them both at the same time. Russ's was very responsive to my request for a phone quote and after checking with a technician, Angela (from the office) called me back with the pricing. Russ's pricing was competitive and a couple hundred dollars less than any of the other reputable companies I had contacted. Additionally, they were able to come out the next day to install it, whereas two of the other companies were going to make me wait over a week! Chuck showed up on Friday for the installation. He had a very friendly personality and explained everything thoroughly. He kept our finished basement clean during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new one. It took him a little over an hour from start to finish... and was able to leave town with the peace of mind knowing that my basement wasn't going to flood, thanks to Russ's! I couldn't be happier with my new sump pump setup and will be contacting Russ's for any of my plumbing needs in the future! read more

Russ's Plumbing is amazing. Angela (scheduling) is so nice and I love how she can let me know the day/general time and then she calls again to say someone is on their way. I live in an old house that has many issues, especially with plumbing. In the last 8 months, Chuck has been out 4-5 times. Each time, he is on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Russ's Plumbing. read more

So efficient and impressive work. Clean up afterwards was great & very reasonable charge! Definitely one to recommend to friends.

These guys are rock stars! Impressively responsive, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. No wonder why they've been in business for several decades. They were such a delight to work with on our recent home project that we asked for copies of their business cards for our friends and neighbors. read more

I just had a new sewer pipe, a clean out, and a check valve put in by Russ's Plumbing. Russ and his son's were here when they said they were going to be, did all the work in less than a day and finished on budget. During the process of picking a plumber, I met with 7 different companies and Russ the was only one who caught some potential issues that no one else saw. I could not recommend him more. It is nice to know some people still take pride in what they do and do great work. Thank you Russ read more

Takes shortcuts and seems to be in a hurry. Felt very disrespected by the plumber. They need to understand that people talk and watch how their plumbers behave, even when they are not "on the job". Would not recommend. read more
