However, We still had to use my pocket knife to slice out the fattiness and the gristle in the prime rib sandwich's before we ate them. The menu selections were outstanding... The broadest, selection of entrées and appetizers, breakfasts, wraps, sandwiches, salads, seafood, beef, etc., etc., etc., that I've ever experienced in a diner like restaurant. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious. The restrooms were spacious and clean, but very dated. We would have preferred to dine outside because we were traveling with our small dog... However, the outside dining area tables had no umbrellas and no shade. Even though it was a day only in the low 80s/high 70s it would've been too hot to try to eat out there. The bill was $42.36 + $10 tip. I can recommend this restaurant ... And I would dine again there anytime I'm in York, PA.

Worst Olive Garden Experience I've Had…read more Absolutely terrible experience. We waited over an hour for our food while watching table after table that came in after us receive their meals. After waiting that long, we finally found out that our order had NEVER EVEN BEEN PUT IN. What made it worse was that our server barely came back to check on us. If someone had simply checked on our table, they would have realized much sooner that something was wrong. Instead, we sat there for an hour wondering where our food was while everyone around us was being served. I finally had to ask for a manager because there was no communication and no explanation for the delay. I understand that restaurants get busy and mistakes happen, but forgetting to enter an entire order and then failing to check on the table for an hour is completely unacceptable. By far the worst service and experience I've had at an Olive Garden. Extremely disappointing.

Every staff member we have interacted with have all been professional & friendly. The restaurant has warm inviting decor & we love the bar area. Lots of great choices on the menu & wonderful daily specials. We love this restaurant so much that we hosted a baby shower may of 2026 in one of their upstairs private rooms. The event planner was great to work. She had wonderful suggestions on menu & set up. We chose a brunch buffet & added some of their appetizers & fresh fruit. We had rave reviews from all who attended on the venue, staff & food. We will continue to dine here and would highly recommend the space upstairs for private events. I opted instead too get a turkey Reuben; turkey, melted cheese, Russian dressing and either sauerkraut or coleslaw. I opted for the coleslaw on the side. It was ok. Only ok. I should have stayed with the black bean soup. Our server was terrific. Tall, blonde and used to work at the Isaac's at Queensgate before it closed. Can't think of her name, unfortunately. She's a great server. Everyone seemed happy with their meals. But I think my sandwich could have been improved with more turkey in it. Prices have gone up gone up, yet again, and it was a skimpy sandwich, to say the least. More of the dressing than anything else, sadly. Sometimes you go for the companionship. Getting that piece of baguette pairs excellent with any soup you decide to go with. The bread bowls are perfect if you're eating there, it's a meal in it's own. The sandwiches for the most part usually are good, sometimes they skimp on the ingredients when they make them. The bakery section is amazing. The bagels make for a great breakfast the next day. The cookies are a big hit with the kids and adults alike. This location is a hit or miss with the employees, so I always stick to the kiosk or the app when ordering. I will say they need to update the drinks. This is one area that really needs an overhaul and new ideas.

It is a perfect blend of chicken, melted cheese, paper thinly sliced red onions and just the right amount of a delish smoky bbq sauce. Just perfect! The seasonal autumn squash soup is delicious. A nice change from the tomato soup I love. One friend had a harvest salad and said it was excellent, as usual. Other friend had a cheddar and turkey sandwich that looked pretty good. Terrific with a bowl of tomato soup that's always great. Coffee and tea are fresh and free refills of all drinks help make Panera a nice place for relaxing and chatting.
