Every staff member we have interacted with have all been professional & friendly. The restaurant has warm inviting decor & we love the bar area. Lots of great choices on the menu & wonderful daily specials. We love this restaurant so much that we hosted a baby shower may of 2026 in one of their upstairs private rooms. The event planner was great to work. She had wonderful suggestions on menu & set up. We chose a brunch buffet & added some of their appetizers & fresh fruit. We had rave reviews from all who attended on the venue, staff & food. We will continue to dine here and would highly recommend the space upstairs for private events. Ample parking - but one suggestion is make a reservation, as they are always busy

And we did decide to try the general tso's chicken and it was completely overcooked and soo dry it was hard to eat. We couldn't finish our meal and well we are hungry and throwing it all away. I should have stayed with the black bean soup. Our server was terrific. Tall, blonde and used to work at the Isaac's at Queensgate before it closed. Can't think of her name, unfortunately. She's a great server. Everyone seemed happy with their meals. But I think my sandwich could have been improved with more turkey in it. I've met her before but she was so helpful and friendly to me and my friends today I just had to mention it! Panera sandwiches are very good. I had my standard smokehouse chicken sandwich. It is a perfect blend of chicken, melted cheese, paper thinly sliced red onions and just the right amount of a delish smoky bbq sauce. Just perfect! The seasonal autumn squash soup is delicious. A nice change from the tomato soup I love. One friend had a harvest salad and said it was excellent, as usual. Other friend had a cheddar and turkey sandwich that looked pretty good. Terrific with a bowl of tomato soup that's always great. Coffee and tea are fresh and free refills of all drinks help make Panera a nice place for relaxing and chatting.
