Some Paneras are better than others because of the people and this one is terrific! I had lunch with several friends today and the gal at the register, Sarah, was an absolute delight. I've met her before but she was so helpful and friendly to me and my friends today I just had to mention it! Panera sandwiches are very good. I had my standard smokehouse chicken sandwich. It is a perfect blend of chicken, melted cheese, paper thinly sliced red onions and just the right amount of a delish smoky bbq sauce. Just perfect! The seasonal autumn squash soup is delicious. A nice change from the tomato soup I love. One friend had a harvest salad and said it was excellent, as usual. Other friend had a cheddar and turkey sandwich that looked pretty good. Terrific with a bowl of tomato soup that's always great. Coffee and tea are fresh and free refills of all drinks help make Panera a nice place for relaxing and chatting. We visited your location on Feb 11th about 5 PM. We had the best experience. Everyone we encountered was so nice and "on the ball". The whole place was clean and finally had decaf coffee ready for self serve. I don't know what changed as we come there about once a month. I think things have improved greatly . Everyone of the 6 at our table loved thoer food and commented how good it was. Keep up the good work and thank your great employees. They are so much better than just a few months ago. Two times in a row I scheduled a delivery, and each time the Door Dash driver is waiting on the order because Panera can't seem to meet delivery times. This was sooo good and the price was so good as well. When you learn how Panera works you'll see when you put certain things together you come out with a good price good meal. This was under 10.00$ I got chips as well + a French baguette. Panera is not a top 5 star restaurant so stop taking it as that. It's not really overpriced you see the price before you pay for it so .............. I love it it's goooodddddd and will continue treating myself to this good food. First the good! Thank you to Panera for being among the first to put pick-up into effect to protect employees and the public. Kudos to you! Thanks also to the new GM at this location for making good when we were shorted five bagels on our order of two bakers dozens and four loaves. We appreciated the offer. We called yesterday to order our complimentary bakers dozen. We waited only a moment or two after pulling up today to get our order. This time it was short only one bagel, but all were sliced when I emphatically asked for them NOT to be. We understand you might have been too busy to bag them up like we asked. So meh. We will probably try another location next time, but this lack of attention to detail seems to be a common problem, no matter the location. We do enjoy our Panera bagels and loaves though, so we will be back for more! read more

Tried the new turkey in pita bread pick 2. The soup was wonderful ~ as their chicken and wild rice soup always is...the sandwich however did not impress me. When I opened the pita bread to see what all this new sandwich entailed, I was shocked to find ONE bite of turkey, no sauce and everything else was spinach and a few cranberries. Back to the counter I went! The second sandwich had more turkey and sauce but HALF the amount of spinach and MAYBE 4 pieces of cranberries. Sigh. Will not be getting this particular sandwich again. For dessert the hubster and I had two cherry cheese danishes. Outside of the hair on my danish plate ~ they were delicious; especially after heating them in their microwave. Food was okay, on the other hand... costumer service was awful. One girl was good, not sure what her name was but she was working at the front. There were two other girls who were absolutely awful. We had a party of 7 teenagers and 7 adults. Some of us had to use the restroom and it was open as one of our guests went in, they locked her in and put seats infront of the door. Our guest got locked in and had to bang her way out for 5 minutes. The same girl proceeded to throw multiple chairs and tables during our time of being there. This same girl was recording the minors and making them feel very uncomfortable. She was also talking about us on the phone and using profanity under her breath towards us. (the customers) There was a male who proceeded to walk towards the minors with a fist up and that made them very uncomfortable and scared. While we were trying to leave the girl who threw the tables and chairs also yelled at customers and was making very unprofessional faces and comments. We we're VERY disappointed in this environment and felt disrespected. Will never be back to this establishment. read more

The place is run by a bunch of lazy teenagers. One time we ordered delivery, they forgot a loaf of bread. When the driver returned to bring the bread she had an attitude problem telling us we can't order bread for delivery. Uh, we ordered the food through the app. All the loafs of bread are right there on the app in the bakery section. So if we can't order the bread, why is it available to order on the app? Another time I went in just to pick up 2 loafs of bread. I place the order on the computer, and I continue to wait for nearly 10 minutes standing there while seeing the employees goof off, talking about teenage drama until I finally asked them "where's my order?" which after saying that, they now realized an order came in and someone walked over 20 feet to grab my 2 loafs of bread. And then they all look at me as in "What's my problem?" Oh nothing. It's absolutely fine you wasted my time so you can have conversations on how much you hate some chick you go to school with. I had not eaten here much in the past, but I have to admit I am rapidly becoming addicted. I am a big fan of their "pick 2" option. Pick 2 from cup of soup, half sandwich, or half a salad. A half sandwich and cup of soup are adequate for a meal, as it is also served with some bread to dip in your soup. Although this place can get crowded, they always seem to be pretty quick with getting you fresh and delcious food. Great place to stop for a quick lunch. I've heard breakfast is pretty good too, but have never had anything for breakfast there with the exception of a bagel when someone brought a dozen to work. read more

I visit this Panera location pretty frequently as it is in close proximity to my work and I absolutely love it. My food is always ready in a timely manner and the staff is always so friendly and nice. With that being said, during my brief visit tonight I had overheard two separate customers being extremely rude to the girl who was the cashier. The first customer I believe was insisting their food be brought out to them at their car immediately, while the second was being very confrontational with the cashier because something was wrong with her order. Although the second confrontational customer was complaining about her food, the food itself was pretty much gone with almost nothing left in the container. Her remarks to the cashier of "Look at this and tell me what's wrong with it." Did not sit well with me, as I saw it as the customer being as sarcastic jerk. NONE THE LESS, the cashier handled the situation very well, even when faced with such confrontational customer. As someone who has worked a few different jobs in the customer service industry I would like to commend the cashier for keeping her composure and most definitely deserves to be recognized for her great work and customer service. I unfortunately do not know the name of the cashier, but give that girl a raise because it is hard for anyone to keep their composure during interactions with disrespectful and inconsiderate customers. Ordered our food at register. Asked for certain cheese in soup and no cheese on sandwich. Soup came out with wrong cheese and there was cheese on the sandwich. Ordered a chicken panini and they brought out a grilled cheese. When we informed them of the error the manger (Brie) came out with an attitude asking us what we ordered. Clearly there was a lack of training at the register and Brie had no customer service training. I have been in the service industry for over 20 years. I've been a couple times in this Panera, as usually for coffee but whenever I tried to eat, I had a horrible experience. I'm currently sitting, just finished with my panini - horrible experience. I got my order a cherry size 100% fat falls out of the sandwich. I took my plate to the manager, she was like " Oh!- That might be chicken fat ( disgusting )"- she said this with no apologizing, like its normal. It is NOT! I had to ask her to change my order, she never offered. I got my second panini, same one. My stomach reacted really quick ( pain ), I was disgusted of the smell, scared that I'm eating the same thing, just the fat is shredded (and dipped in sauce). I asked her "Is this normal? ", she said "we are getting this premium meat from our vendor" - is see how premium it is. I said " If i want to eat fat, I can go to McDonalds too. I came here for the healthy food" - this was the moment when she left. Dear manager, please read any random copy of the bill, saying "You're order should be CORRECT every time. I hate to rate this location with 2 stars as the frontline staff are very friendly, it's just all the little things that continue to happen here that I never experience at any other location. Here they just dump your bagel in a bag, sometimes upside down, all other locations put in a box. Ask for them to slice the bagel and you'll find the top sliced paper thin and the bottom fat. Get the fruit cup, hope you like almost all one fruit because there won't be much variety. Again, staff is friendly but these little issues at this location continue to make me think I should drive a little further for the south York location. read more
