Mac & Cheese Bread Bowl

This was sooo good and the price was so good as well. When you learn how Panera works you'll see when you put certain things together you come out with a good price good meal. This was under 10.00$ I got chips as well + a French baguette. Panera is not a top 5 star restaurant so stop taking it as that. It's not really overpriced you see the price before you pay for it so .............. I love it it's goooodddddd and will continue treating myself to this good food. If you can afford it you can get it. Service super fast and easy. Highly recommend. Also if you learn to check your things before going home you won't be disappointed :)

Terrible menu and over price. Soup tastes horrible and when I complained to the manager he agreed with me but did nothing.

Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service Experience on…read more April 12, 2026 I am writing to share my recent experience at Olive Garden on Sunday, April 12, 2026. I must say I was both surprised and disappointed by the level of customer service I observed and experienced during my visit. Upon entering the restaurant, I was not greeted by any staff member. There were multiple employees at the front, including what appeared to be a manager and host staff, at least 4 to 5 people, yet no one acknowledged my presence or offered a simple welcome. Example " Sir welcome to Olive Garden, we will be with you in a few minutes." Now as I stood there for some time while staff focused on a tablet and assisted another customer, completely overlooking me until I had to speak up and raise my voice to get their attention. Letting the manager know I was there to get dinner for a family member who is dealing with an illness. I was there for a carryout order that I had chosen to place in person instead of calling the order in on the phone. I would like to note that the young lady who eventually assisted me with my order was polite and professional. I have no complaints about her service. However, the lack of awareness and attentiveness from the front staff and management was concerning. During my visit, I also witnessed an elderly man struggling to enter the restaurant while pushing his wife in a wheelchair. Another customer and I had to assist by opening the door for them. Despite having several staff members, including management, present near the entrance, no one stepped in to help. This was especially troubling and reflects poorly on the level of care and respect shown to customers. You mean to tell me not one of them including the managerial staff could not open the door for a elderly man pushing his wife in a wheelchair! Two customers had to do it! Additionally, I experienced an issue with my order. I received the "buy one, take one" spaghetti meal, but the second entrée was cold. While I understand that I could reheat it at home, I expected both meals to be prepared properly at the time of pickup. I guess they thought it was funny because I spoke up about what they did in the front. I'm not sure this was done because I spoke and raised my voice. Then again it may have been. I want to be clear that I am not writing this letter in hopes of anyone losing their job. I believe people deserve opportunities to improve. What I would like to see is the owner or head General Manager come into the Olive Garden and have a staff meeting with everyone. Especially the hosts and the managers on staff that day. I strongly recommend that the Owner and the head General Managers address these concerns through additional training and a team meeting focused on customer service, attentiveness, and basic courtesy--especially for those in front-facing and leadership roles. I was picking up this meal for a family member who has been battling cancer for ten years, and this experience made an already important moment more difficult than it needed to be. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the experience for future guests. Perhaps even a hands-on evaluation of customer service practices could be beneficial. If you have to do an undercover boss. Hey do an undercover boss! It was a hit tv show for a reason and helped save some businesses. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

My wife had the fish and chips. Food was good and plentiful. Service was very good, ate with some old friends, there was no rush, they gave us plenty of space. The menu is varied, specials are not typical fare, but also do not become science projects like so many "creations" do. The food is left to speak for itself. Affordable. Two small criticisms, can be loud in certain areas. They are very accommodating in moving you. The parking lot. Walking over the bridge can be an issue with cars. Worth the trip.

The broth is rich and deeply savory, the cheese pull is perfect, and the crispy rings add a texture you never knew the classic was missing. The pork chop remains the star of the menu--huge, expertly seasoned, and cooked with precision. It's widely considered the best in the city, and honestly might be the best in the state. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor, it's the kind of entrée you end up recommending to friends for weeks. Their octopus is another standout, prepared with surprising delicacy. Tender, not chewy, with a perfect char that adds just the right amount of smokiness. It's balanced, refined, and one of the most memorable small plates you'll find locally. And don't leave without dessert--the crème brûlée is phenomenal. Silky smooth custard under a flawlessly torched sugar crust that cracks just right. Simple, classic, and executed perfectly. Between the inventive dishes and the warm atmosphere, The First Post remains a must-visit for anyone who loves great food done exceptionally well.
