Just discovered this place today but am obsessed: the quality of the bubble tea is on point - they use fresh fruit in all of their fruit teas (you can literally see bags of fresh mango and oranges on the side of the shop) and can see the employees chopping up fruit and blending them in, makes me feel less guilty about indulging in some of these delicious drinks! They have a variety of flavors from fruit teas, to milk, to milk caps, and though I haven't tried a lot of the items on their menu, they all sound so good! At peak hours, drinks can take 10-15 minutes depending on how busy they are and how intricate your drink is because some have a few sequential components. My favorite non-traditional drink is the Coconut Mango Bliss because I love coconuts and mango so it's a match made in heaven. My favorite part is the tapioca pearls which add an element of texture and fun. The fruit and toppings are fresh. The drinks are a little pricey and adding additional toppings will increase your price point but the quality of drink is definitely worth it and beats driving to a neighboring county for a bubble tea place that's equivalent. Wow! This place was really good! They're a small little place in Little Italy and the flavor was so good! I got their signature fruit tea and it came with a good amount of fruit pieces. Super simple, chic, modern designed, small interior with a massively warm and welcoming staff that walked us through the intriguing menu, expertly. Among the items that stuck out to us we had too try the grapefruit, coconut, and a few other item mixture including the milk cap - they ask how sweet you want it (I opted for regular, wife got half) which is always nice - and we chose excellently! Smoothie like consistently with fruit and pulp, some creaminess, and some jasmine tea poking through made for such a refreshing drink! Cute new bubble tea shop in Little Italy! The shop is small with four stools against the wall and standing room for maybe 4-5 people, so not really a place to hang out or catch up with friends. The interior is modern and clean with cool wall decorations and light fixtures. As far the teas themselves, we ordered the Earl Grey Milk Cap ($4.75) and the Passion Fruit Yogurt drink ($5), both with boba. I think the milk cap tea wasn't actually served with the milk cap (or not one I could taste), but the tea itself was tasty and not too strong. I ordered half sugar and found that level to be the perfect amount of sweetness. For the passion fruit drink, there were actual seeds in it! It tasted fresh and tangy, but not very strongly of the yakult drink. I'm not sure if the yogurt part was left out completely or if the shop's version uses a lot less of it compared to other bubble tea shops. Either way, we wouldn't order this drink again. My husband and I make a 5 minute drive here often, maybe every 2 weeks. The shop is extremely small but there is a long bench to sit on while you wait shortly for your drink to be made. I love the option;, milk tea, milk cap tea (a milk tea with a frothy/dense milk topping) there are fruity drinks, and an assortment of toppings and boba, of course. Furthermore, the bubbles were SO sweet; by the time we finished our drinks, we both felt a little nauseous from all the sugar. We are glad there is a bubble tea place that opened up in this area since Baltimore is lacking these places. We usually have to go all the way to Ellicott City for TeaTop, Kung Fu Tea, Gong Cha, or Teado. We would say this place is okay compared to the places mentioned above. We ordered the Supreme Fruit Tea and the Earl Grey Milk Tea which was alright. The Earl Grey Milk Tea tasted a bit diluted. You can definitely smell the aroma of the Earl Grey, but you can tell the smoothness of the drink was lacking in addition to the flavor of the milk. We got it with 30% sugar and and less ice and the drink almost came out as if they didn't add any ice because it felt like room temperature. The Supreme Fruit Tea had a combination of different types of fruits and jellies. This was more so of a fruit drink vs. a fruit tea as we thought the many pieces of fruit overpowered the taste of tea. We were not sure what it was, but there is one kind of topping in there that left a bitter aftertaste. Not that its unpleasant, but its definitely different compared to other fruit teas we had in other milk tea places. We got this one with 50% sugar and also less ice. The store itself is very small. It is definitely designed for to-go only as there is little room to sit and hang out (even pre-COVID). The staff was overall friendly and made recommendations to me based on popularity of the drinks since I asked them what their best sellers were. The design of the cups are pretty cool since its very Starbucks like, but that to us is irrelevant to the quality of the tea Overall, I think we will come back if we are in the area, craving for Milk Tea, not wanting to go all the way to Ellicott City, but we would not order the same drinks again. It's not to large but the menu and the time of which you order and get your drink is really good. I had the coconut mango bliss today. And it's a perfect starter drink from here. My friend delivered 2 bubble teas from Simply Sip Tea for my birthday as a surprise, and what a surprise it was! Those 2 teas were DELICIOUS. Even though I normally do reduced sugar (0-30%), I didn't find the 100% "regular" sugar level to be too much. I got the roasted oolong milk cap tea with bubbles and the coconut mango bliss. I highly recommend both of these. The coconut mango bliss was on the sweeter side, but it was partially frozen and so refreshing. I especially loved the fresh mango pieces and little jellies at the bottom. The roasted oolong milk cap tea had lovely tea flavor with slightly salty-caramely milk cap. The bubbles are soft, chewy, and sweet (less sweet than say Kung Fu Tea). I can't wait to try more of their drinks!! Also their cups are the CUTEST and such high quality, even coming with a little stopper for the opening and a special hole to punch the boba straw though.
