Partway through the service, I was informed there would be an additional $15 charge to have my nails and toes done at the same time, which was not clearly communicated in advance. When the service was complete, I noticed my previous nail color was still very visible beneath the new polish. The new polish was streaky and uneven. The final total was also higher than the original quote I was given. When I asked about the difference, I was told $15 could be deducted if I left a 5-star Google review and was shown a QR code to do so. I had my nails redone elsewhere the very next day. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future clients.

I had one manicurist do all the work and had to redo 3 nails twice. Once all nails were painted, very poorly, a new manicurist sat done to "clean them up". Which actually resulted in taking off all the polish and completely redoing it. Hence, taking twice the amount of time than necessary. Within 5 minutes of leaving the polish started to bubble. I went in the next day to get it fixed, they proceeded to just paint right on top of the day old polish and bubbles. Only to have all of it start to peel off within the hour!! I will never be coming back here again. The cleanliness could also improve.
