I have been a loyal customer since Nails LaBelle opened in 2006. Two years ago it's amazing owner, Tracy sold the business to Casey and her partner. They have never introduced themselves to me, are arrogant, rude and do not care one bit about their employees. I had a problem with a manicure I received and needed it redone the next day and was rudely told no one could help me. I asked for a refund, was hassled and told the owner would handle it later. She was the owner! Well I drove to the outlet mall to spark City nail bar and received a manicure worthy of 5 plus stars. The atmosphere is stunning and the nail tech skilled. And imagine this they even have a drink area with many free offerings for their clients. I found a place that I am happy to support, one that values their clients and supports their staff. I have patronized LaBelle for at least 12 years. I've had various minor troubles in the past with appointments etc, but nothing I can't handle. In the last 3 months, I've had the nail clipper clip my my little toe, on the inside, and it has been a difficult, painful recovery. I finally went back to get a pedicure again and this time, the nail was cut too short, on my other foot, and the nail itself digging into my skin. I stopped by to ask if he could clip the corner of my nail where it is digging into my toe which is now red and inflamed. A very quick fix in my opinion, but was told that he was too busy and to come back in 4 hours. This is definitely bad customer service and I live 20 minutes away. After all these years, I've had it. Got mani pedi gel done. It was done very fast which was great, but the quality was lacking. Uneven color. It started chipping 2 days later! Same color feet and hands, hands chipped terribly, feet lasted a few days longer., but now also chipped. It's only been a week since I had it done. Very poor experience. I was staying in PC and looking to get my nails done and I called here and made an appointment. When I walked in I wasn't greeted for almost 10 minutes and then told to sit down but was treated like I was inconveniencing everyone by being there. The pedicure was super basic for the cost, definitely not worth the price. I initially came in desiring gel and asked if they had time to do acrylic instead. I understand that one takes longer than the other and that was the reason I asked and they were very upset that I even asked since both services take different times. I explained that I was fine just doing the gel like initially planned but they said the acrylic was fine despite them complaining the whole time about how busy they were and how they were doing me a big favor. In the end my acrylic nails started chipping by day 4 with no way to go back since I had left PC. I would definitely not recommend coming here. This place always impresses me with their design skills and shaping abilities. They always give me exactly what I want or it looks just like my reference photo. I used to get acrylics but now I have recently been getting Gel X. I do have some complaints though... the most recent time I went they did not fix up my cuticles and they never put the Gel X nail close to my cuticle so I leave the salon with what looks like a weeks worth of growth. RUN AWAY!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. This place is dirty, unsanitary, unorganized, and staffed by untrained technicians. The manicure was BAD (BAD BAD BAD) and then the woman doing my nails had such a BAD attitude- she said her name was Casey, but who knows if she was lying (she said she was from LA). She would not tell me the name of the owner; she said "if you want to know, you can find out yourself." The place is filthy. The floors and all of the tables and chairs look like they have not been wiped down in over a year. I saw people getting pedicures and they did not clearly the tuba in between they also use the same files and buffers from client to client. That is a sign of an unsanitary place. Further, why make a reservation when you are treated like a walk-in? Not even asked your name when you walk-in. Told to choose you color and then you sit and wait 15 min. Then they start to take off your gel and make you sit with acetone on your nails for 15 min. Then they roughly remove the old polish with no regard to the health of your nails and then give you a total shit manicure. $41 and time wasted... This place is total garbage. I've had two consecutive poor experiences here. First was not major but my expected massage chair was not operating and didn't receive any compensation but gave them a pass. Today I gave them another try because they are close to my house. The put me in a chair which only offered cold water for my pedicure! Wow! When I complained they moved me to a warm water chair that didn't have massage. Lol. No compensation. Last visit to this place for sure. read more

They have raised their prices astronomically and the service has gotten worse. $51 for a pedicure that was just okay. Quick massage, just rubbing the same area on my leg over and over. Quick hot stone, quick paraffin wax (literally like 30 secs for both these). The same pedicure used to be $35 last time I went. I understand that inflation exists but come on. Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Salon was very clean and products good quality. Staff were polite but not warm. Had major sticker shock as the prices on the website are $15 less than actual! They said "we showed you the price book" but it was a quick waive asking if I wanted lavender for my pedicure. I said yes as on the website it was $36. No offer to honor the price online or even discount slightly. They also did my manicure while sitting in the pedicure chair. Horrible experience at Nails LaBelle. I came in for a manicure at a very slow time of day and was rushed through the entire process. Within a minute of looking at colors, I was impatiently asked if I was ready (I was clearly still deciding). Tony did my nails, did not ask what shape I wanted and proceeded to file the tops of my nails even when I said not to. He then clipped my cuticles so much that they hurt and painted my nails extremely sloppily. He then immediately stood up and asked me to check out without even giving me a second for my nails to dry. I asked for the name of the owner of the salon and was told that she will be back another day she is not here. I'm afraid I won't return here again till those things are definitely taken care of because I have a three-year-old I don't get much time away from her and could've been working today but took some time off to get my nails and toenails done and I like to be pampered and that includes with drinks and snacks. I've been coming here for the past seven years and while I moved to Texas for a year and a half I was very excited to move back to come here to get my nails done. I have referred many people this way and now I feel a bit ashamed and will have to contact them and let them know that the salon is no longer up to par and I know a lot of single moms will feel the same way. When asked what I should do I was told I can call grubhub (which leads me to believe they might have some affiliation with them) Which made me laugh because there is literally a grocery store with amazing coffee 10 paces away. I was pretty shocked when no one offered to head over and grab one for me, this is something I would've definitely done for my clients in a heartbeat. Their prices are fair but the up selling is constant and off putting to say the least, the floors and stations are filthy I'm quite shocked the powers that be haven't shut them down. The salon and the people working are kind but the lack of amenities (especially when half the chairs are broken) is an abomination. I will not be returning and will be posting this on my social media channels to warn others until the owner responds to me personally and some of these things are fixed. I made an appointment to come with my daughters and have pedicures for their birthday. They told us to come at 5 pm. We waited 50 minutes before being sat in chairs. My daughter's pedicures were done in 7 minutes each and cost the same amount as my pedicure. There wasn't a manager on staff to even talk about this with. We paid $90 to wait 50 min and get pedicures that didn't even include a short foot massage. I'll never return. read more

I am unable to share a good review after several visits and attempted visits. This is for the Quarry Village location. First visit was one year ago. I had an appointment, still had to wait 10 min or so. Experience was uneventful and just ok. Second visit was in March, made appointment for 9:30am, and was seated at a station and told the technician was running late...15 min later she came rushing in and apologized and got started on my fill. But she stopped to answer the shop phone every time it rang and to write down appointments in their book, which was annoying and made me feel like she didn't really have time for me despite other technicians working in there who could have taken turns answering the phone but did not. The polish was gel and within a week it peeled and looked awful. I was away traveling for work so I had my nails redone while I was away. During this past summer, I called to make an appointment and the man who answered put me on hold, and then after a bit accidentally hung up on me. I called right back and attempted to make appointment but they didn't have availability that worked with my schedule. My conclusion for this salon is that they are understaffed (like most businesses right now) but more so than that, they just aren't managed well, the quality isn't there, and they are pricey for what you get. I continue to drive down to Salt Lake to my favorite salon (Four Seasons) who always accepts walk-ins, always does a fantastic job and my nails last 4-5 weeks!, read more
