I had high hopes for this spa but was left feeling like I wasted my money. The spa/hot tub in the pics is not very private. If you're sitting in it everyone who comes in and out of the locker rooms or just standing at the front desk can look right at you. Making it uncomfortable to sit there when anyone can watch you and not very quiet either, as the staff talks so loudly out at the front desk. The steam room wasn't hot but the sauna was so at least we had that. The massage therapist was very nice and the massage decent enough, but not worth $300! I've had better massages for half the price. Where there's a nice hot neck wrap, foot massage, hand massage, full neck massage. But I didn't get any of that. The facial was relaxing, but do not get a lash tint. I had dye under my eyes that I was told to clean off myself. Not sure why the esthetician didn't put anything under my eyes to protect my skin from the dye. They also only dyed the top lashes, not the bottom. So weird. All in all I was underwhelmed for the price. I would never go here again because I didn't leave feeling rejuvenated at all. It's just not worth the price. Go somewhere else. read more

This spa is over priced, and I can't say that it is worth the up-charge. I've been to better facilities with a longer massage time that were cheaper than this place. The thing is your paying all that money only for a massage. There is a steam room, dry sauna and hot tub in the adult only section of the resort, so you don't have to go to the spa for any of that. The hot tub at the spa has a waterfall, which looks good in the pictures, but it is loud and aggressive. Lunch is not included with the service, although the website makes it seem as if it is since it shows a limited lunch menu. Also, there wasn't any hot water for the shower. I'm not saying the service was bad, but for the price you pay, you should get more. read more

The treatments were excellent, which is why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. My friend had a 80-min facial and I had a 80-minute massage. Both very good, with attentive, well-trained providers. However, there was no hot water in the showers. None. We let the water run for a full five minutes, and my friend called over, "Hey, are you getting any hot water?" "Nope." It would have been a desperately uncomfortable shower. We asked the spa receptionist about it, and she took the earbud out of her ear and said, "Oh, yeah. I'll call somebody." But it seemed that she already knew. There was no surprise in her expression. It' is definitely a first world problem that we had to run home to shower in order to make our dinner plans. But still. Not the most relaxing end to a spa day. If it were inexpensive, that would be one thing. But we paid $300 each. So a word to the wise: call ahead and ascertain that there is hot water in the showers (do not assume) -- and if you want an adult pool, ask about that too. It was closed for maintenance, though the spa receptionist told us we could use it. We said, "Really? The sign said it was closed for maintenance." "Oh, okay. I didn't know." Not a huge deal, though it would have been nice; but the hot tub was pleasant. No offer of a partial refund or a free day pass to use the pool or anything was made. read more

What lovely way to end a day of skiing with sore muscles. I had tweaked my neck the night before and couldn't sleep on it and Susannah knew just what to do and I was almost 100pct afterwards. I couldn't believe it! She was great and my husband really enjoyed his massage too. Service was spectacular. I have been to some amazing spas and this is up there with the best of them from the greeting with genuine smiles and an amino acid drink, you pick your own aromatherapy oil (included in the price) to the relaxation lounge (I could have stayed there all day reading a book) to the hot tub with a waterfall. Also they provide all the essentials hairbrush, shaving kit, etc But ps your hot water doesn't work - this does need to get fixed! read more

I came in for the "just for your eyes" service: brow dye and wax, and lash dying. My lashes turned out great and the wax was spot-on. My only complaint was the color for my eye brows was far too dark. I have naturally light hair and the dye for my brows was basically black. The facilities here are amazing though. They have complementary water infusions (cranberry, orange vanilla, cucumber, lemon), eucalyptus for the steam shower, and a hot tub with a water fall. I will be coming back! read more

**This review is ONLY for nail services** I have gotten multiple massages at this spa and have had the BEST experience. Because of this- I decided to schedule a gel manicure since I have broken a nail while on vacation. This was a mistake. They scheduled me for 11am and then decided that 10:45am was better because I told them I had gel on my nails already and the tech would need more time-cool no problem. However, when I showed up at 10:45 for my appointment, they asked if I had gel on my nails or not.. I said yes and that I explained that already.. they said no problem, then asked me to fill out a form with what scents I liked and my upgrades I wanted. I picked a scent and also checked marked that I wanted a matte finish to the color. I was pumped! The service started like any other... wrapping my nails in foil to get the gel off yada yada... then it went down hill. Apparently the nail tech had a facial scheduled at 12 and she was still trying to get my polish off at 11:30... she rushed through the entire thing! She didn't buff my nails so they were bumpy under the color, didn't cover the whole nail with polish, cut them uneven, slapped them under a light and called it a day.. I didn't even get a chance to ask for a correction because she was out the door to her next appointment which she was now 30 min late for... I finally had a chance to look down at my nails and was horrified. I would obviously need to get them redone when I got home. I went to the front counter and the lady said she would need to talk to the supervisor. I've never been that person to complain, but this place isn't cheap. The manager came out and I explained what happened and showed her my nails... she offered 10% off the service and wouldn't charge for the upgrade for gel... that's it. I didn't want to be pushy and said okay. I just wanted it to be over- but seriously??? I took some pictures to show.. still cost me $70!!!!!!!! Is this worth that? NOPE. Pretty bummed. What you can't see if it was chipping already in the corners and it's bumpy and rough. read more

It's been a few days and I still feel spoiled from my time at this awesome spa! I arrived an hour early in order to spend some time in the hot tub and lounge. When I arrived I got a locker which contained a clean robe, towels and shower toiletries. I went straight for the waterfall hot tub, and was given a glass of champagne. Luxury! They had water bottles, mints, and iced wash cloths available. I used an ice-cold cloth on my face once I left the hot tub, highly recommend. Next was the lounge, which was dark and quiet and highly relaxing. There was a drink area and several lounge chaises separated by dividers for privacy. Was a nice room to cool off in. Then of course, the massage! The pressure was perfect and I appreciated not having to talk at all. I chose the 50 minute option and felt like it was a good amount of time. My preference for a female masseuse was honored. At the end she put warm fuzzy socks on my feet for me to keep! More luxury! The service from all employees was lovely. Tonight I used some of the shampoo they gave me, and it smelled so good I felt like I was still being pampered. read more

We were in town for Christmas/New Years. While everyone was out on the slopes I got to spend time at the Spa! My services at the spa were amazing! First, I started with a 80 min massage with Kendall. He was amazing! Perfect on pressure and technique. Then I had an awesome facial with Susan. I added on the lip and eye treatment which were so nice. The skin around my eyes and on my lips were so dry due to the chilly temps and inside heat. So my skin just soaked up the treatment and felt so nice afterwards. My day finished with a yummy lunch and smoothie. I returned a few days later to have a pedicure with Steven!!! It was like a pedicure I have never had before! Not only did he massage my legs and feet but the face mask and upper body massage were so relaxing. They do not offer gel polish which is totally fine, but wish they would state that when booking or on the website. Also, FYI, they can't remove gel polish either unless they do it the long way of soaking and scraping which takes time away from the experience. The spa amenities were very clean, the staff was so friendly and helpful. All staff wore masks for COVID precautions. I highly recommend taking a break from the slopes or just pampering yourself at the spa! I will definitely return when we come back to visit again! read more

This is one of my favorite resort spas I have been to! I especially love the waterfall jacuzzi which is like a hydro massage before or after your treatments. Everyone is very attentive and welcoming. They are always cleaning the locker room area. Last year they remodeled the reception area and relaxation lounge which is even nicer than before. The best part is the massage therapists. I would highly recommend Jennifer! She was amazing, so much so that I requested her this year again, and even booked a massage for my husband the next day with her. Had a 80 minute massage in March of 2019. Apparently I had bad luck with my masseuse but the girl I had (forgot her name but was young, had black hair, short, of Spanish/Puerto Rican decent???) was awful. She cut my time by 15 minutes, a little from the start and the end, and took many 'breaks' during it. And on top it all off, she had no personality. I was just another dollar sign walking in for her. For the crazy expensive price, not worth it for that particular person. Will update once I figure out her name. read more

Ive been coming to Serenity Spa for 15 years and the last year it was not good. I think they went through major renovations and this place was BEAUTIFULLY done. I was immediately greeted by Lki and Ariana at the front desk. They were so friendly and had such a peaceful approach I was instantly relaxed. They took their time asking our preferences and gave a full tour of the facilities. The facilities and amenities! Wow! This spa is so detail oriented for serenity and relaxation. Everything is so well thought out and focused on relaxation. The locker and changing rooms were clean and spacious. Each locker contains a so so soft robe, slippers, a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and a bag to store your wet clothes. There was an area that had face towels in ice which was so thoughtful and another area with hot towels. The amenities area included everything you would need to go from spa to a nice dinner including blow dryer, straightener, razor, toothbrush, etc. The private showers were so large and luxurious. The sauna was beautiful and clean. The steam room was closed for Covid precautious. I had a facial done by Kaila and I HIGHLY recommend her. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The treatment rooms were so beautiful and the actual treatment bed...omg so warm and soft and comfy. At the end of my facial Kaila slipped warm socks on my feet. Such a nice treat. I can't forget to mention the beautiful whirlpool with a waterfall which looks like an Italian grotto. I went to the Waldorf for a massage the day before and they have NOTHING on Serenity Spa. Skip all other resort spas in Park City and come straight here. The prices are the same as other upscale spas but the amenities and service are so much better. So worth it. read more

This Spa is luxurious, and has the nicest most professional staff. I got a pedicure and my niece received a manicure. Her mani was perfect! I liked my pedi, but I choose the $30 added foot peel. It was supposed to take off all the dead skin in your foot three days later. Well nothing happened. And because I chose the peel, the tech did not remove any calluses. So I feel like I got the short end. But other than that...I highly recommend! read more

The amenities are really nice. I came an hour early and used the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. I scheduled a 50 minute massage for 6pm. She took me back at 6:08pm, but was still finished by 6:50. If you're going to charge $170 for a 50 minute massage, you shouldn't cut it short by 8 minutes. They also auto add 20% gratuity to your bill. Now the massage itself was excellent. She did a great job and the oils she used smelled so good. I decided not to complain because the massage was so good. But beware if you book here, they count on you not paying attention to how much time you're actually getting. I would be less annoyed if they charged a normal amount. I just had a massage from April and she was UNBELIEVABLE! She is not only a massage therapist but a medical massage therapist so she was able to stretch me as well! If you want a relaxing fall asleep massage then great, she can do that to because my last 20 mins of add on treatments I fell asleep because I was so relaxed! But if you want a massage because you are tense, full of stress, back or neck hurting and unable to get a good nights rest because of it, THEN APRIL IS YOUR GIRL! She stretched me out, got the knots out of my back, and had me feeling more lose that months before! I won this treatment for a Team Member of the Month award and after my amazing massage by April I am re-energized for this weeks work!! read more

I have been going to the Serenity Spa for several years, as we frequent Park City and The Canyons. Every time, it has been excellent. But this experience was beyond my expectations. (Note: I have VERY high expectations most of the time.) I opted for an 80 minute deep tissue massage with Makenzie, with a face mask add on. This experience was exceptional. Makenzie is one of the best massage therapists I have ever experienced. She knew all of the pressure points and techniques. It was perfection! I highly recommend her. They got me in at the last minute for a bikini wax and a pedicure. Kaila was excellent and had a very gentle touch. Having to walk all through the hotel to find it is a bit weird, but it was relaxing and clean, and not pretentious. My only complaint is that my nail polish didn't dry and when I put shoes on two hours later, my nails got completely ruined. Certainly more expensive than I pay in SLC, but it is Park City. read more
