We came here with a large group after a full day of skiing, so we split into two different time slots. My husband and I booked a couples massage in the same room which was $270. I had Cynthia and my husband had Valentina. From start to finish, the experience was great. While waiting for our room to be ready, we were able to take off our shoes and relax in slippers. They only have one bathroom, though, so be sure to give yourself extra time to use it before your appointment. The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques. I didn't even realize I had knots in my chest, and the way she worked on my shoulder blades was unreal. We both agreed this was one of the best massages we've had in the past year. All of our friends also had great experiences, so I highly recommend getting a massage here if you're in the area. read more

Camie was great at accommodating our last minute booking of 4 people. Appreciated her willingness and follow through to help get us booked in a timeframe that worked for our quick get away. Massages were outstanding. Location on Main Street was also a big plus. read more

Tony and I both saw Valentina during our vacation, and without exaggeration, it was the highlight of our trip. Tony gets massages twice a month and said this was the best massage he can remember receiving -- high praise from someone who knows the difference. I came in with significant rotator cuff pain and limited mobility. In just two sessions, Valentina restored full range of motion and eliminated the discomfort. Her knowledge of human anatomy is exceptional, and she clearly understands how to treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms. She is professional, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. If you are looking for therapeutic results and true expertise - not just relaxation - Valentina is outstanding. We will absolutely return and cannot recommend her highly enough. read more

Aura Spa Collaborative - Aura Spa Collaborative 405 Main Street, Park City, UT - Day Spas Near Me - Park City, Utah

I booked a 75 minute massage. Consistent pressure. Warm towels. Consistent pressure. The room was "cozy," and I would recommend removing the second table and adding a chair in the treatment room for a place to change but otherwise it was a clean and comfortable environment. I would recommend the massage service. read more

Heidi gave the most amazing facial. She was very knowledgeable about skin health and it was one of the best facials (of many) I've had. The spa has nice energy and a homey personal feel. read more

Lindsay gave me one of the best massages Ive ever had! A much needed deep tissue massage that released so much tension I was holding. I felt taller after I got off her table. Couldn't recommend her more highly! Lovely space, great people! read more

Aura Spa provides a perfectly relaxing experience right on historic Main Street in Park City! My two sisters and I all enjoyed treatments provided by knowledgeable, thorough therapists and the front desk employee, Saige, was simply delightful. I hadn't been here in ten years but my first one was so good, I had to go back. Again-one of the best massages I've ever had!

Always a great experience....we visit every year and this is always a highlight for my family!

Sounds like the massages & facials are great here but the pedicure I got last summer was definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY. They don't even have a proper pedicure chair set up. It was like doing it at home with a bowl of water to soak my feet WTH. read more

Just had a 90 minute life changing facial with Rachel. She is amazing!! Schedule one for yourself and float away. Thank you, Rachel

Had a great experience here. Staff was awesome; super friendly, kind, and attentive. We got massages and facials, both were great. We left feeling very relaxed. We'd come back again for sure. read more

Do not go here. I booked a massage a few hours before, and told them I would call them back to confirm and they failed to tell me it would be charged full amount of $120 when I didn't even call back and confirm. They charged me anyway. Most places be sure to make sure to tell you about a cancellation fee, and will waive it if you didn't know. But they will charge you here even if they failed to let you know before hand read more

Every time I come to Park City, I go to Aura Spa Collaborative. The vibe is awesome there but, even better, it seems as though no matter, if I get a massage, a facial, or a pedicure, I am met with the friendliest folks and have the most quality experience. It's super cozy and I just feel so refreshed when I leave. Can't say enough about this place. It's become a part of our routine whenever we come to Park City! read more

Aura Spa is a quaint, boutique spa nestled on Main Street. It's very charming and warm and has exceptional massage therapists. The owner, Camie is exceptional at her craft and has created a welcoming and unique space. Highly recommend. read more

The only and only reason for the third star is the facial and the wonderful girl who did it if not, this would be bumped down to one star. As someone mentioned in another review this was completely underwhelming and I'm still kicking myself for actually paying the price I paid for my massage. My massage was probably the worst I've ever received. There was no communication at all when I let the therapist know I had a prior surgery (I mentioned it three times) I felt dismissed and as if I wasn't being listened to and instead of recommending to me what would be best, it was pure silence. I even mentioned "you're the expert what do you recommend?" I said maybe a hot stone when there was no answer and his response was "I don't do that". The energy was definitely odd and off. I chose my therapist based on what the site said and recommendation from the person making appointments so I entrusted Aura but they failed. It was just passive movements along my back and neck & not relaxing at all. All I could think of the whole entire 60 mins was when the heck the time would be up so I could get the hell out of there & thanking the stars I didn't pick the 90 mins. I truly felt like the therapist did not want to be there AT ALL. As soon as it was up they said "you can get dressed" and the moment I stepped out a credit card machine was shoved in my face. It frankly was the most unpleasant and uncomfortable experience I have ever had in a spa. I did enjoy my facial with my esthetician. She was absolutely wonderful explained everything and frankly her massage was 50xs better than what I received after. read more

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me almost immediately and apologized for the service. She also offered to repair or refund. She was very gracious and understanding and I feel much better about the overall experience considering the fact that she took responsibility and wanted to find a solution. Thank you Camie. ---------------------------------------------------- Ultimately, disappointed with my mani pedi. I opted for the ultimate pedi and petit mani. The nail polish doesn't have time to dry if you don't let it dry between coats. I would not come back here for nails. They wanted to wrap my feet in cling wrap and then have me put my socks and shoes on... Had to repaint 4 nails without drying in between... This will only look worse later. Bummed. read more

Kelly was absolutely amazing. She listened to my concerns and I left glowing and SO relaxed. I really loved her detailed massage while the face mask was setting - above and beyond the usual massage I receive during facials. If I come back to Park City I will be coming back for sure. read more

I had the best massage here. Lindsey Rockwood is the best physical therapist. I had an injury on my back for a long time and she helped me get rid of it. I am very happy that I found her and definitely I will come back. I totally recommend her to everyone that has been struggling with back pain. She really does magic! read more

The ladies were very nice and the environment is nice as well. I recently went in for a foot treatments and a Manicure. The foot treatment was nice, but I have to say that I was terribly disappointed in the manicure. My technician was very kind, but perhaps new and untrained, I'm not sure. She put a lovely color on my nails (at 10:00 am) for a wedding I was attending later that day. By 3:00 pm my nails were still not dry and they were completely destroyed. I called the salon and they gave me $10 back ( I had paid $100- $80 for two treatments and $20 for a tip). I had to run to town to find nail remover at the drug store before the wedding. read more

I had a deep tissue massage. Michael is fantastic. Not only did he do great deep tissue and find trigger points, but also included hot stone as well. Very reasonably priced 145$ for 90 minutes especially for what the surrounding resorts had listed for price which was 350-450$ for 90 minutes. The spa itself is small, but was actually quiet. I was in the first room off the main room. They do pedicures in the main room and have their waiting area. I was hesitant with the previous reviews but I am glad I ignored them. I didn't hear anything from the waiting area, and was surrounded by peace and quite. Music was relaxing. I travel quite a bit and I have had massages at some very swanky resorts in the past- this was in the top two if not the best I've had. If you have a chance to stop at this little gem of a Spa and see Michael you won't be disappointed!! read more

Great spa located right on Main Street. A hidden gem! Amazing aestheticians. Clean, welcoming and relaxing vibe-just a nice oasis for relaxation. Amazing front desk stuff, everyone was super helpful and super nice. Loved loved loved my facial with Kayla Klein. Best facial I've had in a long time. Can't wait to come back and can't say enough nice things about her. Loved the products that she used, she listened to me and addressed all of my needs. Kayla is amazing. read more

My skin was GLOWING when I left. Also got a massage which was sooooo relaxing. 10/10 would go back!

I made a same day appointment for a sports massage. I had been having stiffness, pain in my upper back and neck and needed a deep massage to work out a very bothersome knot in my shoulder blade. Beth was my massage therapist and she was amazing! It was deep and at sometimes a little painful, but it was exactly what I needed. Two days later and all my pain is gone! I will definitely request Beth again the next time I come read more

EDIT: Owner reached out to me to address the issues. Greatly appreciated, professional follow up. Completely underwhelmed and not worth the price. While I was asked what areas of concern brought me in, there was little attention spent on those areas. It was a strange vibe, no verbal contact at all. I am used to regular massages but this was just awkward and I was uncomfortable throughout. Never was I asked if the pressure was "right" (it was a rather "soft" massage not a SPORTS Massage $115) or how I was doing - strange. The only communication was "we are finished, you may get dressed". Not a Spa setting at all. Incenses burnt seemed overpowering. read more

The Expecting Mother's Massage was so lovely. My husband got the therapeutic massage. We were so sad when our 60 minutes was up because it was absolutely soothing and delightful. The therapist listened to all my needs and concerns. I don't like my feet to be touched too much and she totally respected that. The playlist was soothing and the oils used were lovely and not strong. It was so peaceful and atmospheric. I would come here again in a heartbeat. I loved it more than our bougie 90 minute Grand America massage. read more

I was the Maid of Honor planning a bachelorette party wanting to incorporate a spa aspect of the day. In the months leading up Camie was extremely helpful in supplying information, itineraries, and was extremely adaptable to the needs of the 13 people in attendance! Day of, we had Chelsea, Kylie and Alex for nail care and facials, Elizabeth and Audina doing massages and the body wrap, and Jaclyn who was running the front desk and keeping everyone organized, feeling welcome, and entertained as needed. They couldn't have done a better job; everyone was extremely flexible and kind, not to mention the extremely high quality of treatments. My only regret is not going sooner, 15/10 I highly recommend. read more

Love to visit Aura while vacationing in Park City. Staff is so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend Kylie for facials. She really takes her time and it was so relaxing and my skin looked great. They are not pushy with products but have a nice selection at the front desk. I got the pumpkin lactic cleanser and love it. A little goes a long way. Don't miss this gem of a spa on Main St! read more

I was in town visiting and wanted to get a facial but wasn't sure where to go. I read the reviews of Aura and gave it a try. I was not disappointed. Everyone from the receptionist to the aesthetician was very friendly and I was the only client in the spa when I got my facial. Everything was very clean and sanitary, you can tell they take safety precautions seriously. I hadn't had a facial for over a year bc of Covid concerns, now that I'm vaccinated I felt I could give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The prices are reasonable and the technique and skill was great. The facial was wonderfully relaxing as was the shoulder and head massage. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Park City! read more

There's the good and the bad To start off on a positive note the good is I think the Facial is very thorough and the products they use are really good. The bad is the spa is in an old building upstairs on Main Street and because of that it's not very big or spa like and while you are trying to have a relaxing visit you can hear all the people walking around and the floors creaking so you don't really get the spa feel if that's what you are looking for. I had my first experience at Aura this weekend and as part of my facial I was supposed to get a foot massage according to the website but it never happened. I mentioned it while paying just to be sure I understood correctly. Although I was told this would be addressed with the technician no compensation was offered so I feel like I didn't get what I fully paid for. As soon as my technician left the room she sat down with a nail client which makes me wonder if she rushed through skipping the foot massage to get to the next appt. So like I said there is the good and the bad both with the salon and with my first experience. But for the price I will probably try some other spa's to feel like I really got what I paid for. However, I can only speak to the Facial and the spa itself. I haven't received any other services there read more

I had my very first professional massage today and it was an amazing experience! I was gifted a massage for my birthday and have been waiting for the right time to use it. I was nervous because it was my first time getting a massage but Susie made me feel comfortable. She put a lot of energy into the massage and was never too rough or soft. I felt her passion for her work and was able to fully relax and enjoy! read more

Need to get those muscles right after almost killing yourself on the mountains? Then go to Aura and see Beth! I had this trip to PC planned for a good month and a half and when I was looking for things to do the morning after my snowboard lesson (shout out to PC Mountain) I realized that I might need a chance to unwind after running around like a mad man all weekend. Enter Aura Spa and Boutique. I first sent an email asking for availability and received a response within an hour asking what kinds of services I was looking for and the time I wanted to book. Giddy, I chose to call during my lunch break and immediately scheduled a fully body, 1 hour massage for that Sunday after my lesson. I was pleased to enter a modern, light, and airy atmosphere with some Kenny G playing in the background (or whoever was setting the mood at the moment...it was a mood though for real). The process began with me entering a small back room with the whole aromatherapy thing going on, Beth in a very gentle and relaxed tone made me aware I could choose my comfort level as far as clothing or lack thereof for the session. Keep in mind that I've never done this before but I should've done this waaaay sooner. Relaxed with my head facing down I received the treatment of a lifetime to all parts that were aching (they also do a great job identifying what you're having problems with, are you having chronic issues or just a little tension etc) and applying the right amount of pressure to relax me. After the session I almost fell asleep on site, straight up, I was that relaxed. For the next at least 3 hours I was walking on air through old town PC and couldn't have been happier with the $100 I spent. Affordable, effective, and excellent customer service. Bravo! read more

I had a great experience at Aura spa. I did a body wrap treatment (Algea), hair treatment, and nail polish change all done by Chelsea. She was so nice and did a great job on my body. Now I mist confess this was my first spa experience and I don't have a reference point to compare. But based on what my whole body feels I'm sure I'm going to try it again and frequently! This is a nice and clean place with very nice and attentive people :) I definitely recommend this place if you are tired and sore of skiing and need to relax and pamper yourself! read more

Update: The owner called me personally to discuss some of the issues I had while there. She was very kind and outgoing. I appreciate her reaching out and being open to my opinions. She made things right with me and that says a lot about this business. So for that I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 3. I think it's important people know this is a natural spa. Hence why they don't use gel products. I was not aware of this going in. Not usually one to leave a bad review but I left feeling so underwhelmed!! This is Main Street Park City so the places here are top notch....... Just not this place. I took my mother in law here while she was in town visiting. We were seated in the waiting room, as that is where they provide the pedicure service. Not in spa chair, just a wooden chair with a small cushion. The tech brought out a large metal salad bowl filled with water to soak my feet in. Unfortunately my water was cold within minutes. I kept getting goosebumps cause it was so chilly. We got the Ultimate Foot Experience which is advertised as "This treatment is beyond any other foot treatment you've had." Hardly!! No hot towels, no hot stone massage, not really much of a massage at all!! The tech kept filing my skin as she was trying to file my nail. Why not use a drill? Anyways, on to the polish. THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY GEL!!! This was so disappointing to me. So I opted for the quick dry polish. I will attach a picture if my polish so you can see how well the quick dry stuff worked. Also, they had me set my feet up on the edge of a stool that kept sliding around so the whole time I was just fighting to hold my legs up and hold still. Not relaxing at all. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Just go to the salon with the massage chair, the jets in the foot bath, the hot towels, the incredible massages and unlimited gel polish colors. It will be more enjoyable and let's expensive. read more

I have been to many spas in my lifetime and I must say, Aura Spa is at the top of my favorites list! My body was in desperate need of some TLC and Kim at Aura Spa was my saving grace! I had a Micro Algae w/Ginger and Lavender Wrap and reflexology on my feet. The best part is that unlike other wraps that you may get at a spa, the application process of the ingredients is massaged and kneaded into your skin! It is like a massage and wrap all in one! Then, while I was wrapped up soaking in the glory, I was given my reflexology treatment. I actually fell asleep twice because it was such a calming and relaxing experience. As you may have read in previous reviews, the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. I highly recommend this spa! read more
