I've had so many compliments on my skin since seeing Kris for facials. That's a testament to her skill and years of experience especially because I have sensitive skin that is easily reactive and tends towards redness. I've seen facialists all over the country and no one has produced the results I've received until now. My skin is much more calm and now glows thanks to Kris's treatments. If you want the best, see Kris! read more

Personalized approach, she is personable, genuinely cares about clients' needs & desires during appointments & offers guidance for skincare.

For my 25th birthday, K got me a spa day!! I was so excited he found a place in Westlake Village. I signed up for a Sacred Hot Stone Massage and a Deep Clean Facial. I was there from 11:15 am until about 2:00 pm. Carlos did my massage and it was amazing. Hours and hours of dance rehearsals melted away from my body. Kris, the owner, did my facial and that was also great. My face is still glowing from it. Thankfully she said my good nutrition has blessed me with good skin and I only needed 4 extractions. Without the gifts the visit would have cost $200, which I find to be a great deal. This place is first class with a very talented staff that goes out of their way for their clientele and getting to know them. I will be back...A LOT. read more

Kris has always given me the BEST facials that I have experienced in many years! Due to COVID limitations, Kris was forced to move back to Utah and continue working there for the last couple of years. Fortunately, now that restrictions have been more open for clients, she contacted me and others to have a facial a few weeks ago in Thousand Oaks. It was wonderful!! She is so talented and sweet! I look forward to seeing her in a few months when she returns. She is a REAL Pro and I can't wait to see her again! read more

This was my first facial experience and I was not disappointed. The relaxed ambiance of the studio really put me at ease and it was beyond comforting. Kris literally gave me the best facial ever- I was SO relaxed and loved every minute of it. She's very sweet and she gives off a great energy that leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and overall happy. After my facial I could not stop talking about how great my experience was. I cannot wait until my next visit! read more

Hi, my wife introduced me to Kris a couple of years ago, a facial gift card. I had never had a facial before and was frankly kind of laughing about doing it. Not only was it a great experience but Kris found an odd "mole" (tiny) that she suggested I have looked at. Being a typical guy I totally forgot about it/ignored her. 6 months later my wife got me another facial. Kris reminded me about our conversation 6 months before (nicely) and I booked a dermatologist appointment the next week. Within 30 seconds the doctor confirmed it was precancerous and removed it!!!!!! So.....that alone is worth going to Kris! But it continues.....I have always had an issue with red skin around my nose and flair ups of dry skin. Kris recommended I try a dairy free diet. Again I kind of ignored her . Fast forward another 6 months and by accident I stop drinking Milky coffee......and would you know it, skin improves. I am now dairy free (almost) with skin that looks good! I strongly suggest you visit Kris, fun conversation and it will improve your life (and could save it) read more

I recently visited KM Skin and had a wonderful facial and awesome eyebrow shaping with Kris! Wow, this really is as good as it gets! From the moment I walked in the door, Kris made me feel welcomed and relaxed. I loved the "boutique" spa feeling, with super-personalized service, which you just don't get at larger facilities. The products Kris used smelled yummy - at one point I wanted to tear whatever it was she was applying to my face out of hand and eat it, it smelled so good! My dull skin was so soft with a glowing youthful appearance when I left, I felt like I looked 10 years younger! I also had a terrible crooked eyebrow from a previous eyebrow waxing mishap and Kris was able to fix it right up, evening my brows to excellent perfection! I loved the treatment so much, I bought two more sessions right there. I can't wait to use these visits and have told everyone who enjoys an occasional pampering to march right over to KM and see Kris stat! You should too...you won't be disappointed! read more

I've been seeing Kris for several years now and I love the experience that she provides when I receive a facial or a massage. I've been to other places for massages (I won't trust anyone else with a facial) and no other places compare to the service that she provides. The music, lighting, aromas of the of the products, etc. that she uses in addition to her personality, create an atmosphere that is relaxing and you feel like you're at a spa. Above anything else, she wants and does provide an experience that is a relaxing and professional experience to relieve all the aches and pains and the products that she uses are nothing but the best. Additionally, she has recently developed a skin care system that is above all others that I've used in the past. I used Clinique, Estee Lauder and more recently Rhonda Allison skin care line for a few years until I switch about 3 months ago to the KM Skin Care products and am VERY happy with the results. I've noticed a definite improvement in my complexion and the products feel and smell great when I used them. I've also had others mention that they've noticed a difference. Highly recommend KM Skin Care products. read more

Wow! I tend to frequent this area a lot due to the lovely Zin's restaurant downstairs, but I had never seen or heard of this place. Lucky for me, Groupon had a deal, so I became aware of Kris and her "fantasticness!" I came in for a facial and eyebrow shaping, and I must say, I will definitely go back. Immediately, I felt welcomed in her place, and she seemed warm and genuine. We laughed over casual conversation as she prepped for my procedures. She worked quietly and efficiently once my piece of heaven began. I usually frequent larger scale spas, but I will definitely make KM my #1 place for facials. read more

Great facials! I purchased a 4 pack of facials to prepare for my wedding and I was blown away by the quality of the services here. The setting is very relaxing, Kris is very receptive to your needs and the products smell delicious. I always leave feeling like my skin is in amazing condition. And the facials are so relaxing that I have truly fell asleep on the table. I will be continuing on with facials with Kris for some time to come. read more

Excellent facial with Kris. My skin looks fresh and dewy. She extracted, massaged, used fabulous products and steamed my face into a better version of itself. I live in NY and I can easily say this is better than any message I've had in years. I look forward to another facial in the future. read more

Best experience I've ever had! Not only did she help my acne ridden skin tremendously but she doubled as my therapist, which I greaaaatly appreciated. She listened when I wanted to talk or was quiet when I wanted to relax. Nice location, relaxing, and such a kind lady. I traveled far to come to her after I moved because she is worth it!! read more

Best person, best customer service, cares so much about each of her clients and making their experience personal.

OMG. Kris Marcey is unbeleivble. I have been going to KM Skin for about 5 years now and it just keeps getting better and better. I had an unbeleivable peel and then a follow-up facial about a week later. The grape seed and clove antioxidant is too good to be true but the best part of this process is really Kris. She has never faltered in her care and quality of service over so many years. Her facials are always different and the products uses just keep getting better and better. She is always up on the latest and is highly educated in her field with knowledge of the latest trends and products. I highly recommend that you visit this little studio by the lake in beautiful Westlake Village, CA. You will leave relaxed and brand new with a glowing face! One happy and loyal Westlake customer read more

WORST "experience" ever!!! And I put 'experience' in quotation marks because I never even received the treatments I had scheduled for BOTH TIMES! The first time I made the appt, I spoke with Kris on the phone and scheduled it for the 3rd week in Feb. When I got there, she didn't even have me on the books AT ALL--and although I was disappointed, I understand that sometimes these things happen so I took out my day planner and sat with her in her office to reschedule. At which point she then told me that she didn't have any Thursdays available till the first week in April (a month and a half away which seemed odd to me.) I also should say that I chose her "spa" because I was given a spa gift certificate and her place was one of the spas that took this type of gift certificate. She then asked me for the gift certificate and we rescheduled for the first Thurs in April. So fast forward to April when I walked into her place on Thurs, she actually looked at me and said "why are you here?" I thought she was joking and said "you're not really asking me this?" because I really thought she was joking! And then she tells me that she doesn't have me down till the next Thurs and "can't I just change my appt time" AGAIN? Now I'm not only disappointed but pissed because I sat with her in her office and scheduled this appt with her. Not only did she not apologize or seem upset that she had messed up twice in her scheduling, but actually tried to blame me for the mix up!!! I have NEVER, EVER missed an appt, scheduled one at a different time, etc. (and I make a lot of beauty/personal/business appts and have never gotten one wrong!!!) And now suddenly there's been a "mix-up" twice??? So I told her I wanted my money back and I just want to to to another place. She proceeds to tell me that she has already redeemed my coupon which (I'm told by other professionals in her field) she should never have done without rendering services. Then she tells me that she doesn't have that money "in her account" (HOW UNPROFESSIONAL) but then suddenly tells me she's going to write me a check for the entire amount "even though I get charged 18%" (AGAIN, HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.) She actually had the gall to tell me she didn't understand why I was so upset and that my attitude was "bad energy." What a freak and a flake! Thankfully, when I went to cash her check (which I did immediately given that she had told me she didn't have the money in her account) it went through and I used that money to reschedule facial/massage appts at a much better/professional salon. read more

I hail from NJ and met Kris after relocating to SoCal where she became my #1 massage therapist. Over time, I learned Kris was dabbling in anti-aging skin products and she would ask me to try a sample here and there. I wanted more, but my husband and I relocated to the Midwest and I lost touch. However, my SoCal college sophomore daughter still has "Kris Facials" in Westlake. I decided to check Kris' website, got back on her email trail, and found that she's followed her calling and created "KMSkin Anti-Aging Essentials" -- all products are available online. At 52 years old, I needed to sway from my normal skincare routine and tried Kris' full line of products. You will be truly amazed at the results -- fine lines diminish and skin feels overall fresh and healthy. I have to also send congrats regarding the product containers for no spill, no mess, no waste. No Botox needed for this Jersey Girl!! Thanks, Kris -- sending you only cheers to your success! read more

I booked a facial with Patty. It was the best facial I have ever had. She is amazing. I found KM through Spa Finder, and the reviews are spot on. I am switching who I go to for facials! read more

What a wonderful experience! I rushed into the tranquil salon after a hectic commute and was immediately relaxed when Kristine greeted me with a warm smile and calming presence. It only got better from there as she gave me a massage comprised of the perfect pressure and beautiful form. I NEVER can relax during a massage, but I found myself actually falling asleep! We moved on to the facial that was exactly what my poor face needed! Her products smell delicious and her abilities are beyond compare! I left moisturized, relaxed and ready to hit the holiday parties! Thank you for a fabulous experience Kristine! JC read more

I had a gift certificate through Spafinder that I have been holding onto for a year. Finally, I got some time off from work and took part of my vacation in Westlake Village. I chose KM SKin and Body Solutions because they reviews were all raves - and they were RIGHT!!! I got the "Re-Balance" package which is a hot stone massage and personalized facial. I knew as soon as I walked through the door it would be an amazing experience. Kris is very sweet and warm, and asked me some questions and explained the procedures. She made sure my temperature was comfortable. She worked quietly and gave me an awesome stone massage. But I have to say, it was the facial that was the star of the show. I have had acne and sensitive skin issues my whole life and I am VERY protective of my skin. She examined my skin thoroughly and explained what she was doing every step of the way. While (mild and delicious-smelling) products were working their way into my skin, Kris would continue to massage my head, hands, and feet. It was the most lovely, relaxing, nurturing experience. My skin glowed as I walked out, and I wasn't red in the least. I will DEFINITELY be back, and I completely recommend KM! read more

I had my first ever facial from Kris at KM Skin and Body Solutions, and now I'm hooked. I've been several times now and Kris never fails to deliver a fantastic experience. The best facial I have ever had! Kris is wonderful. You walk into a lovely and comfortable suite at the Lakes and she instantly makes you feel at ease. She is friendly and sweet and takes her time with you. My skin feels and looks amazing afterwards. My husband says my face glows after I see Kris. I love the online booking too. I did have to reschedule an appointment with her due to a medical issue with my husband and she was so understanding and kind. I have 3 more facial scheduled!!! read more

I booked an appointment for the living social deal: massage, facial, and eyebrows and was a little hesitant throughout the experience because i didn't want to leave with a red face and peel in a few days. kris reassured me and checked to make sure everything was ok (i kept saying my face was stinging) and before i left, i looked in the mirror and was SHOCKED! my skin was radiant and did a complete 180! She was able to smooth out my forehead and get rid of a lot of clogged pores and offered a lot of useful tips and information about how I can help my skin and recommended some over the counter cleansers/moisturizers that could use. Kris didn't even try to sell me anything and truly knows her stuff! I used proactive for a long time and then it stopped working after about a year and since then, i haven't been able to get my smooth radiant skin back until now! THANK YOU Kris! I love my skin again! Definitely recommend trying this place out...I'm so sad I'm moving to DC and won't be able to go to Kris regularly! You will LOVE your experience! read more
