I actually enjoy the whole staff.. but my frequent interactions with those two, specifically, are always fantastic. Whitney has done such a fantastic job with my hair. I guarantee you it's turned more heads than most hair cuts in Park City .. whether blue, turquoise, purple, red or between, she's worked the creativity on this Mohawk and it always looks clean, stylish, and vibrant. People can love it or hate it - but they can't accuse it of being poorly styled and colored.

She began applying foils then started removing them almost immediately after placing them. I politely asked whether my hair had lifted enough, as I'm usually placed under a dryer for 10-15 minutes to process. She replied, "I'm really slow at foils, so you should be ready." After rinsing, I could tell something was off right away--my hair looked significantly darker than before. When it came time for styling, I asked for a big, bouncy blowout, but instead my hair was dried mostly by hand with her raking her fingers through my hair, with only a few sections near my face touched up with a round brush. The result was brown, frizzy, and flat. When I expressed concern--especially since my hair appeared about four shades darker and still had a clear line where my roots were--she said, "This is what I had time for today. Sorry your hair didn't lift enough." It honestly feels like instead of lightening my roots, she darkened the rest of my hair to try to blend them. The front desk booked with a color correction specialist, which tells me it was clear that something went wrong. I am attaching photos--they really show how far off the result is from what I expected. I also noticed a $30 charge for "an extra bowl of color" which seems to be a theme throughout every review I am reading. I would not care about this if my hair had not ended up brown. And to answer the question- yes I paid full price and gave a 18% tip. After being booked with a color correction specialist I received 3 messages - 2 texts and 1 email - stating they had my credit card on file and that if I did not cancel within the 48 hour period I would be charged full price for services. I am not even sure what they charge for color correction- when they booked me they did not quote a price for how much they planned to charge me to fix my hair.

ReNae schedule me in within hours and she was prompt, professional, and I did not have to wait for the previous appointment to be done. For someone that I never met she understood exactly what type of hairstyle I was looking for without me describing much. The haircut comes with a shampoo.
