On the day of the appointment my GF asked me to try calling from my phone to see if they picked up. My calls went unanswered, so we decided to walk over hoping this place was actually open. We get there and to our surprise this place was actually open. As we walked in nobody greeted us, my GF started off with her name and she had an appointment but wasn't sure it was confirmed. The woman at the front desk looked bothered that we were talking to her. She was chewing on her finger nail so I'm sure that was more important than showing some kind of interest with us being there. My GF sits down with the hairdresser who was going to do her blowout for her, she goes on to ask are you sure you want this? We were attending a party that night so she wanted to look her best. The hairdresser just needed touch up the blowout that was just done a week before. This place made her feel super uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. It seemed as if we bothered them by being there.

After moving to another state, I began seeing a new provider who ended up ruining my skin with an overprocessed laser treatment. This resulted in scarring and an orange peel texture that lasted for over five months (and before my wedding). I was devastated, especially after the incredible work Ariel had done the year prior to get my skin looking its best. Now, it was in worse shape than ever before. When I returned to Park City for a visit, I reached out to Ariel, after months of trying to find solutions online and seeing multiple providers who couldn't fix the issue. Ariel was the only one who provided an immediate solution that actually worked. I had already tried several chemical peels and facials with other providers, but none of them made a difference. Ariel treated me with a specific chemical peel, even testing it on herself just a week before to ensure it was effective and suitable for my skin. In just four days, my skin improved SIGNIFICANTLY something I never thought possible after struggling with scarring and unsuccessful treatments for so long. She began applying foils then started removing them almost immediately after placing them. I politely asked whether my hair had lifted enough, as I'm usually placed under a dryer for 10-15 minutes to process. She replied, "I'm really slow at foils, so you should be ready." After rinsing, I could tell something was off right away--my hair looked significantly darker than before. When it came time for styling, I asked for a big, bouncy blowout, but instead my hair was dried mostly by hand with her raking her fingers through my hair, with only a few sections near my face touched up with a round brush. The result was brown, frizzy, and flat. When I expressed concern--especially since my hair appeared about four shades darker and still had a clear line where my roots were--she said, "This is what I had time for today. Sorry your hair didn't lift enough." It honestly feels like instead of lightening my roots, she darkened the rest of my hair to try to blend them. The front desk booked with a color correction specialist, which tells me it was clear that something went wrong. I am attaching photos--they really show how far off the result is from what I expected. I also noticed a $30 charge for "an extra bowl of color" which seems to be a theme throughout every review I am reading. I would not care about this if my hair had not ended up brown. And to answer the question- yes I paid full price and gave a 18% tip. After being booked with a color correction specialist I received 3 messages - 2 texts and 1 email - stating they had my credit card on file and that if I did not cancel within the 48 hour period I would be charged full price for services. I am not even sure what they charge for color correction- when they booked me they did not quote a price for how much they planned to charge me to fix my hair.

But every picture of me is HORRIBLE. I hated it. So sad. They are young and inexperienced, or ... IDK. Whatever it is, it isn't good.
