Super clean and staff were friendly. Best eyebrow shaping i have had in many years and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Very flexible and polite. I look forward to making this my regular first choice or eyebrow shaping. read more

Celena is the best! I love her professionalism and always feel great after her wax. I'm grateful that Radiant has added brow tint. I wish you would also add a lash tint and curl service. read more

Was here several months ago and was impressed with the ease of appointment booking, service quality, friendliness and speed. Glad this is in Park City! read more

Quick and easy. My go to place when I'm in town. The service is always friendly and fast.

Ive been coming here for about a year now. They do a great job. It's easy to get a appointment and the staff is very sweet.

Taylor was amazing! I highly recommend her for a Brazilian wax. She was very fast and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Will be coming back! read more

Katy is awkwardly rude and they don't seem to appreciate customers. Walked two doors over to a competitor and they got me in fast and were very nice. read more

Very professional experience by all staff members. My person introduced herself several times, took time to ask me about my needs, and efficiently performed the services. I asked her to suggest changes to the shape of my brow and she gave a thorough explanation of how to use the shape of face and position of nose to create natural looking brows. read more

So I've tried to reach out and contact the manager/staff, and I'm not sure if the error is on the part of yelp or what. I travel a lot for work and am back in town and would like to get waxed, and I was willing to give this another go, but it's just so difficult to track down who to talk to and what to explain. Again, I'm not sure how much this has to do with yelp, but LunchboxWax doesn't have a readily available email that I can see. Let me clear a few things up. I was a professional ballerina since I was 8 in NYC, so I've been getting waxed for a WHILE. When I speak about a "loofah" I'm not talking about the drugstore things that look like soggy socks. I have scrubs, rubs, salt-beachy-eco-friendly-who-flippin-knows gloves and "bikini zone" and all its ilk. I get the post-care cuz it was a way of life. I was reticent to give a bad review, as can be seen. However, the results caused more problems than they fixed. I just want a decent wax, and really, after all these years, I know it's not that difficult. Ughhhh....! I'm really conflicted about this place. I went to get a full Brazilian which is what I've been doing since I was 19, and my aesthetician was incredibly nice and personable. She made the experience painless and as enjoyable as a wax can be. The problem is that within a few days I saw what seemed like razor burn although I have never shaved "down there" and little hairs were emerging that were clearly broken and not removed from the root. Over time things just kept getting worse. I can't even begin to count the number of ingrown hairs I have even though I use a sea salt scrub as well as a loofah. It's been actively pretty painful and annoying for a couple weeks. Additionally, there are just patches of hair totally growing in because they were just broken to begin with. I don't even know what to do with the situation at this point, so I'm avoiding it. But, you know, everything else is great about this place which is why I was so conflicted. But I guess that if the actual service itself and the results are so shoddy nothing else really makes up for it. Boo. I really wanted to love this read more

OMG!!!! BEST WAXING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Riley was unreal!!!! I have lots of friends that wax and are licensed professionals and I have never had an experience like that!!! Waxing your vagina is never fun and never feels good but I was blown away at the difference!! There is not a surprise that Riley manages the place because she was amazing! She is so talented at what she does. She is so fast and distracts you while she is doing it so you don't even have time to think about what is happening! I told her that she will wax me forever now because she made the experience completely different from what I have had before. She made a complete difference in the experience and I am so happy with the results!!! Riley for president!!! read more

This place is so great! It's the very first time that I have never has any pain when I have gotten a wax. These ladies really have it dialed in! They also have some great beauty products that they sell and I love them. The body scrub really helps. read more

Radiant Waxing Park City - Best logo ever!!! - Waxing Near Me - Park City, Utah

I was walking by the Park City Location and remembered that I needed to get my unibrow tended to. I intended to make an appointment but was told they'd had a cancellation and they could take me immediately! As long as I was there I figured I'd do there bikini thing too. It was a most friendly and not at all unpleasant experience. I happened to have my little dog with me and they were all very nice to him too! Next time I visit here I would not hesitate to use their services again! read more

Honestly, I have never had a wax in my entire life and I told myself today was the day. I was so nervous and when I walked in I had no idea what was coming. With that in mind, the girls at the front desk were so helpful and sweet! The girl who helped me (didn't catch her name, I think Courtney?) was really easy to talk to and knew how to NOT make me feel awkward. Will definitely be making this a regular thing! If you're AT ALL worried or nervous about getting waxed, don't be if you're coming here! read more

I've been to franchise waxing places before, and was especially wary about trying this place out. I absolutely don't regret taking this risk one bit! Jessica was wonderful, we had a great conversation (I mean.. you might as well during this potentially awkward situation), the wax smelled nice, and it might have been the least painful wax I've ever experienced. The wax is infused with a pine scent, which was extremely refreshing. My brows turned out fantastic, and the ingrown hairs in my lady parts were attended to without question. If I was a local, I'd definitely go back. Hopefully in my journey I'm able to go to another LunchBox Wax office! read more

First off, I absolutely have loved all the people that work here. I'm usually a book the week of kind of person and never use someone here regularly, again everyone is awesome! This particular time I showed up nearly an hour early and they finished up appointments and I was out the door before my appointment was even suppose to start. And I felt it deserved a review. If you have been debating starting waxing this is the sign and the place to do it! read more

I had a weird experience the first time I came here but now Riley is a critical piece of my beauty routine and self care. There is a very unprofessional brunette that eats her food and gossips at the front desk but I am always treated with kindness, respect and professionalism by Riley. I feel loyal to her and hope she never leaves me. Haha! read more

I was a little nervous when my husband surprised me with an appointment for a Brazilian. It was a great experience. Austin was friendly and professional from the moment I walked in the door. She made me feel comfortable and not at all self-conscious during my waxing. I liked it so much, I made another appointment. Good-bye razor, hello Lunch Box read more

I've been seeing Courtney for a few years for brazilian & legs, & I can't recommend her highly enough. my consistently efficient & relatively painless experience with her is a function I believe of her highly present, grounded, intellectual approach. waxing for her is an art & a science, & she takes pride in both her work & the personal connection she makes with her clients. although I pay for a smooth hairless body, I leave appointments with the same sense of peace & catharsis I have after a good therapy session. the environmental experience of lunchbox is hygienic, modern, & aesthetically pleasing; a reflection of their thoroughly researched & optimized methodology, materials, & philosophy. read more

Went in for my first Brazilian and did my underarms as well!! Booked my appointment with Rikee after reading the reviews here, I'm so glad I did! It was such a great experience, and I was literally out in 20 minutes for both waxes!! It was as enjoyable as waxing can be! read more

Best waxing place I've EVER been to. The girls here are really good at what they do, everyone is a perfectionist which is awesome when it comes to getting a good wax. Kirby is KILLER; it feels like your good friend is giving you your wax! After going there a few times I got Kirby as a waxologist, she recommended the lunchbox kit. I hate going to a place and having product thrown at you, but Kirby was very sweet about it and it didn't feel pushy. The products they sell in their kit are a really good deal and have all natural ingredients which I appreciate. For $28 my skin really improved! It's helped soften and tame ingrown hairs. There was one day I went to another salon in Park City (it was a Sunday and they were open later than Lunchbox) and learned the hard way that it's worth it to wait for a good thing! The wax was terrible and took nearly an hour and a half for underarm/bikini. At lunchbox, it's painless, in and out service and feels very clean. read more

No one likes waxing, and it's not a fun experience by any means but, somehow, I had the privilege of getting Rikee who basically made me laugh through the entire experience. I was in and out in 15 minutes and left smiling. I'll definitely be keeping up with my appointments here! read more

Booked a last minute appointment with Rikee - she was AMAZING! So professional, very thorough, funny and fun/friendly to chat with! Super impressed with the out come. LunchboxWax/Rikee have gained a new client for sure! read more

I try not to go elsewhere! I'm not a full time resident but I definitely put this on my schedule whenever I'm in town. This has consistently been the best waxing experience I've ever had. I've been to various employees here and have always had a pleasant experience. I can't say the same for the other competitors I've tried. read more

I had a second visit today and Kennady was just as good as Jessica back in January. Th spa was run very professionally and the services are second to none. I would highly recommend Jessica or Kennady. read more

I have been a client here for 3+ years. Today I booked and paid for a 30 minute appointment and arrived 10 minutes late (for a service that has only ever taken 10 minutes in the 3+ years I've been coming. I am told I can't be seen and that even though I booked and paid for a 30 minute slot, they only actually allow 15 minutes and so my 10 minute service can't be completed in the remain 20 minutes of my time slot. So much for clear customer service and appreciation for long term clients. I won't be going back!! read more

They are always nice, prepared for my appointment, and on time. Cleanliness is a top priority, and it shows!

Great and friendly service and very clean store. I walked in and a very helpful employee was able to fit my in within a half n hour. I would make reservations ahead of time! They have a full list of wax services for both women and men. Got my eyebrows waxed here and they look great! I will definitely return. read more
