I was leaving town that weekend, I was desperate for someone to fix the disaster that the last place I'd gone had made of my bangs, and they accommodated my schedule. All of the staff was very friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there, not just in that, "I work here and it doesn't suck" kind of way, and it was really nice to see. When I got there they offered me a bottle of water, asked multiple times if I wanted any snacks and if I was comfortable. Sara Lee was my stylist and she did an amazing job, my red is not an easy color to get right and she matched the old color perfectly then gave me a demi glaze to brighten it up. I left feeling beautiful and SO relieved that all the pictures of me on vacation wouldn't have those awful uneven bangs.

Seems like it would be no big deal, but actually very stressful! I called common hair salon because it's pretty close to the proximity of where I live. The receptionist was incredibly nice and crazy enough (this never happens!) they had an appointment that same day with Tonya! My natural hair color is quite dark, but I have gone blonde for years because I have a lot of gray growing in and it just seems to grow out and blend better, I also have enough hair for probably three people on my head, and so requires a lot of foils and a lot of patience for a full highlight. Tonya had a great consult, ultimately I said "I trust you, and I'm easy" when it came to her process and what toner and products she was going to use. I could not be happier! Number one she is incredibly fast and her attention to detail is brilliant. Number two she is fun to talk to, she's a normal person, no ego, and we had a great time connecting. And number three she obviously knows what she's doing with color/blondes and has a ton of experience. I already rebooked with her. She did a great job. I am 100% happy with the outcome! Pricing is a lot, not gonna lie about that, it was high $300's; anyone with blonde color preferences knows you get what you pay for though.
