Really enjoyed my visit at Kana Nails. I appreciated the time Taylor and Andy took with my mani & pedi. I also received exactly what I was hoping for. The regular mani pedi gel set came out beautifully. I left fully relaxed and the massage chair and leg, foot, arm and hand massage what super therapeutic! Thank you so much! read more

We got a reservation the same day, and the nail techs did a great job! They were friendly and fast, and this was the place I discovered Dazzle Dry polish. The salon seemed clean, but the smell of chemicals was quite strong. read more

Taylor did a wonderful job on my gel-x set! Very clean spot that I would highly recommend if you are needing to get your nails done in the area. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and the place was quiet and clean. Excellent selection of colors and very reasonably priced! Will definitely be back in the future when visiting. read more

This was my first time at Kana Nails. I walked in on a Friday around noon. I got a french pedicure and builder gel manicure. Staff was very nice and friendly. I did request to have my pedicure and manicure done at the same time and they assured me it would be. It then got a little busy so it was one after another, which is fine. For my manicure, I like how they turned out but it was rushed. There was only one lady working on pedicures so it felt very rushed. Just trying to get to the next person. Still a great job but sometimes cutting my skin when clipping the sides of my nails. Overall, a good experience. read more

had one of the worst manicure experiences I've ever had here. I went in for a builder gel fill, and the appointment was a disaster from start to finish. The technician, Taylor, completely filed off all of my existing builder gel instead of properly filling it. She filed my natural nails down so much that they became so thin I could literally bend them. When I expressed my concern, she brushed it off and told me, "Don't worry, it's fine." During the service, she then broke my entire natural nail on my middle finger. When I asked what happened, she claimed it was already like that before I came in, which is simply not true. My nail was not broken when I arrived. To make matters worse, she never cleaned the filing dust off my nails before applying the polish, so there is sanding debris trapped underneath the gel. As a result, my nails are rough and bumpy instead of smooth. At the end of the appointment, she was filing my nails again and cut my skin badly enough that I started bleeding. After leaving, we went back inside to ask for our tip back because of how poorly the service was handled. Instead of listening or taking any responsibility, Taylor became defensive, yelled at us, said we were no longer welcome there, denied cutting me even though I was actively bleeding, and refused to acknowledge any of the damage that had been done. Not only was the quality of the manicure unacceptable, but the customer service afterward was even worse. I left with damaged, painfully thin nails, a broken natural nail, a cut finger, and an experience that felt incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

Kana Nails is BY FAR THE BEST nail salon in Park City. Taylor always does an amazing job, the prices are fair, and service is superior. The team has created a welcoming and CLEAN environment - it's truly like going to a spa. Kana has a great selection of colors too, and I love that they are always up to date on all the trends when it comes to nail style and design. read more

I came in for a pedicure. The service was great, the place was clean, and I had the best foot massage ever!

The technician was ill and she coughed in my face the entire time she was doing my nails.

I was in town for my daughter's wedding and took a leap of faith and walked in. Best decision ever. The staff were amazing! Friendly, creative and warm. We came up with something that worked perfectly. Not only did I feel pampered by the staff but even the patrons were friendly and welcoming read more

Amazing service in a beautiful setting. Got a mani and pedi (gel fill) and loved the staff and end results. Highly recommended!

I called over a week in advance to make an appt for 4 manis and 3 pedis. Then, three days before our appointment, I called and asked to confirm our original appointments plus add an extra mani, which I was assured was OK to do . when we arrived 5 min early for our appt, there were three people working and they were all in the middle of servicing others. We all 4 had to wait close to 25 min before the 1st in our party got her pedicure started. After confirming no other technicians would be working that day, I saw that this was going to be taking a long time so I canceled my own mani/pedi and let the next two girls in our party get their manis done which were extremely rushed and chipped the day of. One of the girls got gel and their nails started chipping less than 48 hours later and completely peeled off about four days later. The lady in charge was not apologetic nor friendly about this when I pointed out about the poor service and the wait time. I would definitely not recommend this place. Go to Anny's A's instead. read more

Needed a clean up after driving from out of state! Came in from Sacramento and this was the perfect spot to relax and take a moment for myself. Taylor did a great job and I will definitely be coming here on my next trip to Park City! read more

I visited this nail salon while in Park City. The staff was very friendly and the space was clean, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience felt a bit rushed. My manicure was initially forgotten, and when it was done, it was completed very quickly. The shape of my nails wasn't consistent--one hand ended up noticeably shorter than the other--and the overall finish just didn't meet my expectations. It wasn't a terrible visit, but it definitely wasn't the quality I was hoping for. read more

Andy did a fantastic job on my nails . I paid in cash and tipped 20% in cash. When I was walking out a woman that worked there jumped up and yelled at me "did you pay." I quickly said absolutely and I tipped. Andy confirmed I paid. As an African American woman I was offended and embarrassed. Just be mindful if you are a person of color. read more

My daughter really enjoyed her experience. Very friendly and good nail designs. Would highly recommend

Exceptional pedicure! Very thorough and massage made my legs fall asleep and nap, haha. Not much conversation but I don't mind. It's very clean and has a relaxing vibe. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the area! So glad I found them. read more

They are very busy and don't have a lot of staff. A gel manicure was done in 35 min including taking off old gel. I recommend if you are in a rush and/or don't mind feeling rushed. I felt bad for my nail tech bc she was also answering calls. She nicked my thumb so it was bleeding which can be a concern for sterile tools. I hope it doesn't get infected. I asked for alcohol to sterilize the wound and some was put on later but in general on both hands - no specific measures were taken in that moment or for that specific area. Don't think I'd be a regular even if I visited area again or I would go during a slower time. A lot of calls and walk ins were coming in towards the end of he day and appointments seemed to be booked in increments of 30 min which is very fast for anything more than a basic mani. read more

If you want the worst mani/pedi of your life, you should go here. It looks like a toddler did my nails. In fact, I think a toddler could have done a better job. I'm shocked by this based off their reviews. It also took them 3 hours to do this. read more
