I came in for my first ever full set acrylics. The result was even better than the photo i brought and im so happy with the resu

Lets first start by saying that I'm being generous by giving this place one star. It deserves zero. Upon walking in, the entire salon is filthy and smells like cigarettes. Nothing is current or nice. Nothing is kept clean. The towels they use are stained. I asked for a stark white French manicure to match my toes. She started it with a natural color that matched my natural nails. I asked her to stop because it wasn't the color I wanted and she argued it would be fine. She ended up having to put 7-8 layers on most fingers to get the right color which then made it lumpy and undefined. She had SO MUCH attitude when I told her I didn't like it after I had already voiced my concerns at the beginning. Not to mention that this entire process took 3 hours of time I didn't have. I have an event to go to with nails I absolutely hate and don't have time to get them fixed. I have never left a mani/pedi so upset.

Eagle Nails was TERRIFIC! The staff was wonderful. My friend and I went in for a mani/pedi and we were treated like royalty. I LOVE my purple toenails and my friend loved the work she had done. The staff was polite and extremely good at what they did. The chairs we sat in were fabulous and we had our backs massages as we got our nails done. I am ready for PRIDE month! Thank you beautiful people at Eagle Nails!

Eagle nails is under new ownership and is 100 percent improved from prior ownership. The old reviews were true. The place was sketchy and dirty. I hated it so much, that I would go to kimball junction (a full extra 15 mins away). Tuwan and kailynn just took over the place, and the changes are immediately noticeable. It's very clean and they do a nice job with the nails. Kailynn did my manicure and wow what a nice hand massage I got. I thought I was going to fall asleep in the process. Prices are also super reasonable. $15 for a manicure. I like nails on main, but $30 for a manicure is really steep. I think eagle nails is the most convenient nail place for folks in and around old town and park meadow and the best bang for the buck. I'm a total convert. Definitely revisit this place because it's really nice now. And the owners are super sweet.

Just got my nails done by Boy, and I'm very happy with them! He was very patient and accommodated my vision for a special upcoming event. He's very attentive to detail! Thank you, Boy, for making my nails look great!

Short version: I'm being nice and giving a 2. It really deserves a 1 bc I've never had all my nails have cracks all in them EVER. But Boai was nice and tried his best so I'm giving them an extra star for his efforts. No offering of water or wine (where they do everywhere else). Bathroom is in a diff building. No TVs near the pedicure station and nothing else to really look at. Nails cracked throughout by day 2. Nails cracked off by day 7 (I get my nails done ever two weeks, sometimes 3 if I'm traveling) and I've NEVER seen anything happen like that EVER. Probably bad or old products is my guess. Also my gel toes was peeling at day 7 (i have gone a month without that happening). Def won't be back! Save your money and sanity and go somewhere else. Longer version: I made an appointment a couple days in advance. Got a gel mani French and French dip pedi. The only positive was boai (said as boy) was super nice and definitely tried his best to make my nails/toes look good. When I walked into the building it looked as if I was put into a 1990s nail salon with one TV in the left corner that you couldn't even see from the pedicure seats. They didn't offer any water or wine or beer which they do have most of my nail places here. They don't really have any magazines that looks new or good. Visually and aesthetically the place was absolutely horrendous. I had read the reviews before and when I walked in I was definitely worried. The problem is that I had to get them done and I didn't know that you have to make appointments pretty much everywhere in Park city in order to get your nails done. I had to waste my time making an appointment at this place. Anyways I got the gel Pedi first and then I had to use the restroom. He gave me this huge thing with a key attached like I was in elementary school. I had to leave the building to go walk in those little plastic shoes to the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't awful but I don't know why they didn't put my socks and tennis shoes back on after having a Gel Pedi?! Your nails should be completely dried. When he moved me to the Mani area I pretty much had to ask him to move my shoes (which everyone else does without thought). It seems like they are lacking in the thought of etiquette and how all these clients of theirs are coming to the nail salon because they want to be treated like they're at the spa. They are there to relax and enjoy getting their Mani and pedi done. How are you supposed to Relax when there are no TVs, no calming music or zen music, nothing to look at as far as Decor or aesthetic's goes?! So at the Manny station they have these huge plastic covers she blocked them even though this guy was literally his face was right receipt two seconds ago. I don't understand why no signs are even using those plastic face shield's on the desks. None of the nail techs tried to have a conversation with the clients. Small meaningful conversations make clients feel like you care, like their not just another client coming in and out. The biggest problem is they use AWFUL or OLD products. My nails we're cracking inside of the dip in 2 days. TWO DAYS! At day 7 every nail was internally cracked and half of my right thumb nail cracked off. I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks depending on how my schedule is with traveling. (I travel a lot and I have a specific nail person I go to in Orlando as well as a person that I go to in Atlanta whenever I fly in. I was hoping to find a nail person that I can go to in Park city since we have another home there.) I WILL NOT BE BACK TO SAY THE LEAST!!! I can paint my own nails with regular paint and seche on top and it will last longer than my nails did after getting them done here with dip and gel. Such a joke. They need to get it together, esp with the growth of park city that we're seeing. Otherwise they will drown. Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that I paid $150 to have my nail chip and peel off within a week. Jokes!

I am local and this was my first and last trip here. I never leave bad reviews, but I am so frustrated I wasted $80 and my time. I absolutely could have and usually do give myself better nail/foot treatments at home. I had a gel manicure and spa exfoliating pedicure. First off, I don't go for pedicures often and I reeeally needed one so I went here with some friends. All of our pedicures were so weak. None of the dead stuff or dry stuff was even removed from our feet (the whole point us getting a pedicure and paying extra for the "callus removing" option). Secondly, they did my hands while they were doing my feet, so I had to awkwardly lean over sideways in my chair, which was completely un relaxing again defeating the point, and also made me feel like I was being rushed. I hate salons that rush you out. The worst part is she left the gel polish all over my cuticles and skin, and anyone who knows anything about gel is if you do that, it lifts up and peels off. My nails were peeling off day 1. Less than a week later it looks like I haven't done my nails in a month. Lastly, my toe nail polish (even when done at home) always lasts about a month. Again, not even a week later, it's all chipping off. I'm so annoyed I wasted $80 and my time. I considered going back to ask them to fix/re-do, but I felt I would be made to feel bad or awkward by staff and I don't have time for that. Now I have to go elsewhere and pay again to have everything re-done since I don't want to remove gel polish at home. So frustrating and disappointing. I guess they assume we're all tourists and that it doesn't matter if we're not happy.

showed boy and he did exactly what I asked.Friendly staff, authentic work. Jenny worked on my feet, she's amazing

A little nail care never hurts nobody every now and then, but this awesome people always go over and beyond to make sure I get the best services. Thank you eagle nails. Y'all are awesome

The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques. I didn't even realize I had knots in my chest, and the way she worked on my shoulder blades was unreal. We both agreed this was one of the best massages we've had in the past year. Tony gets massages twice a month and said this was the best massage he can remember receiving -- high praise from someone who knows the difference. Her knowledge of human anatomy is exceptional, and she clearly understands how to treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms. She is professional, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. The service was just ok even though it was little more than polish changes. The techinician rushed through it and went on to another customer before she was fully done with my service. Another disappointing aspect was that 3 large tourist gals from somewhere came in and loud conversation ensued as they were seated in different areas. They shouted across the shop, completely oblivious to the rest of us. The nail shop personnel did nothing to help quieten them down.

Partway through the service, I was informed there would be an additional $15 charge to have my nails and toes done at the same time, which was not clearly communicated in advance. When the service was complete, I noticed my previous nail color was still very visible beneath the new polish. The new polish was streaky and uneven. The final total was also higher than the original quote I was given. When I asked about the difference, I was told $15 could be deducted if I left a 5-star Google review and was shown a QR code to do so. I had my nails redone elsewhere the very next day. Overall, this was not the experience I expected, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future clients.
