I had an appointment for the flu shot at 4 today. Made appointment online yesterday, completed the mandatory forms & showed up 15 minutes prior to appointment as requested. When I checked in the pharmacist told me to go to another window where I would be helped. Another pharmacist or clerk acknowledged I had an appointment & told me to take a seat & someone would help me. It was 3:55 when I took a seat & at 4:10 I had yet to be helped. So I asked if anyone was going to help me since I had been sitting for 15 min. The pharmacist asked for my insurance card & told me to sit again while he prepared the shot. By the time I got the shot it was 4:17 & that's because I got up & asked if anyone was going to help me. Who knows how much longer I had to wait if I hadn't spoken up. I showed up 15 min early for no reason except to wait because they didn't even bother to make my insurance card until after my appointment time. Also I was the only person waiting for a vaccine & there were only a few customers waiting to pick up meds. Walgreens should not have appointments if they're not going to honor them. It should be first come first served. read more

Had my car towed while I was a paying customer at this Walgreens. I was using their printing services and have proof of purchase, but the process took longer than expected. I understand the one-hour parking rule, but towing an active customer with no warning or grace period is excessive and unnecessary. Turned a simple stop into a stressful and expensive experience. Be very careful parking here. read more

This is a larger Walgreens than other stored I have been to all over the place. I had no idea there were so many leave in curl / wave conditioners to choose from here. I picked up several to try out. I was looking for the same Bio360 brand probiotic that I bought at the Walgreens in Montana. I guess they are not consistent with the brands carried across their stores then. DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY! My surgeon sent my pain prescription electronically at 1p right after surgery. My representative went to pick it up at 3:45. Pharmavy said it wasn't ready but that they would call when it was ready. Almost 3 hours later, 24 minutes TO CLOSING, they called and said THE PAIN medication COULD NOT be filled at all, BUT I NEEDED CALL TO MY Dr. and pick it up at another pharmacy! All pharmacies were closing and NOW, it was after hours FOR MY DR! Pharmacist advised he could not transfer my pain medication prescription. So, after my Dr. Transferred pain prescription, I called today asking if my other medications were ready, he said he did not know if they would be ready for up to two days and can't tell me. The other two medications are supposed to be taken in conjunction with my pain medication, so pointless to wait two days. I'll be out of pain medication by then. SMH If you need your prescription right after a surgery or are in a hurry, go to Walmart. They have more than one employee working. That is who filled my prescription last minute to help me so I didn't suffer through the night. read more

Maybe it depends on what you need here... I'm shocked at the amount of bad reviews, but the cashier as of April 2024 seemed like a rad person in our 3 sentence conversation. She wasn't awkward. This location is a little rundown but they have a good selection. The yellow-tinted tube lights, cheap flooring, and bare basics shelving are a vibe that many people are familiar with too. This is one of the quirks of Park City; the most expensive and bougie spas and hotels juxtaposed with the cheapest possible pharmacy. Really grateful this place is here but it definitely does itself no favors in that it looks terrible. Would this place be better with a crew of lookmaxxing seasonal models on the cash register? Maybe. But my friend just needed toothpaste and shampoo, and what they had was worth 4 stars. read more

This was once a good pharmacy. Not great but good enough. If a prescription was called in by your doctor you could be confident it would be filled in an hour or less. Not so today. It is truly awful. We had a prescription called in 2hrs and 39min ago. I came in the store reasonably confident that as bad as it's become, 150 minutes to fill a simple prescription was enough. Not so!! They hadn't even begun to process it. After fumbling around for a few minutes they informed me that they needed another 20 minutes! So 3 hours seems to be their standard now. Walgreens is truly awful and getting worse. There must be better options in Patk City. read more

If it was possible, I'd give this place 0 stars. The pharmacy is the worst in Park City. They are not helpful or responsive. A great example is that if you call them, they will put you into the call queue which will tell you how many callers are in front of you, then when you come out of the queue, they will pick up, not actually answer and put you on hold for another twenty minutes. Oh wait they still won't answer after that - they will let the phone ring until you hang up or until it times out after five minutes of ringing. If you hang up - they win - if you don't hang up - you keep their line busy and they win. I've rarely seen workers in a business so committed to not doing their jobs. read more

Second review I've ever made, but had to leave one because had the worst experience with the pharmacy. Was on hold for 55 minutes, finally they answered and then immediately they hung up on me. Called back and after being on hold for another 45 minutes and a solid cry, I had to just go in person (30 min drive) and wasn't even sure if they'd be able to help me. I'm confused why they have a number to call if no one answers. Rly sucks and I rly just wanted to know if I could pick up a standard prescription for stomach pain that I take everyday. Do not use this Walgreens pharmacy. I was in extreme pain and went to the ER. As a person here on business I picked the pharmacy closest to my hotel. Big mistake. When I dropped off the prescription the pharmacist said it would be two hours. No worries since it was early afternoon. We set up the text alert that Would notify me when it was ready. I got the text system that let me Know it was working and to wait for the notice. It never came. I called the pharmacy more than five hours later snd the automated system Said it was not ready and that I could wait for the text message or call back in an hour. Never came. Called back in half an hour and skipped the automated to talk to the pharmacist, TJ. He said it was now ready and they should have sent me a text but didn't. He said they close in 2 Minutes and if I was not there I would have to wait until morning. I said that was not acceptable because of the pain I was in. He said he would transfer my prescription to the neighboring Fresh market grocery store. I still tried to go to the Pharmacy and was there In five minutes but they would Not let me Have the prescription. I asked for the national Walgreens complaint office and he refused to give it to me and said you have to call the store manager, Meg. I checked before I left snd she was not there. Funny thing? fresh Market filled it. In 20 minutes. For Failing to meet their own standard (2 hours) by a long shot, total lack of Compassion and sloppy customer service,they get 1 Star. Person said "it was not his job to check inventory". Unbelievable. Will never shop there again or get prescriptions filled there again. 1 star for the pharmacy. Mind-bogglingly inefficient. Script for a very common medicine called in not once but twice by doc on a Friday mid-day. Arrived Saturday morning to pick up and they told me, "it's still pending, it'll be at least 20 minutes...." when the meds were finally ready I asked to pay for three other items with the prescription and the cashier told me, "Well, you could... but I don't have any bags.... Never in my life have I had a such a horrible experience with a single pharmacy time and time again. Staff TRULY CARES. I was unable to walk due to an ankle injury and alone. In the middle of a busy season and snow storm they dropped everything to make sure my pick up order was ready within minutes. Marshall coordinated with myself to assist my uber package carrier. They also followed up with local care options should I need to seek additional care. Horrid customer service. Very rude.... Was told my tax would be ready after a certain date... showed up and I was told they are never filled and that they were going to lunch so I had to come back later... came back the next morning and they were not even open because it was snowing and they couldn't get any techs to come in due to weather....
