A mortifying experience. No ambience in this little room at the back of a storage office, no water no wine no magazines no music no retail products, and not very good communication skills obviously -certainly not a an uplifting experience ! I now struggle with my hair every single day now. I had 24 inches of hair and I have 3 inches long at the crown right now. The shortest layer should have rested on my shoulders ! It will take 10 years to grow this back. I'm looking at wigs at this point. The salon itself is clean. I like the funky atmosphere. The stylists have always been friendly and do a nice job. The ability to book online is convenient. And the location is easy to get to. The only constructive piece I have is the cost of my particular service. Because my first visit seemed so quick, I've looked at my watch each time since and have been in and out of the building in under 8 minutes each time. For $20 + tip, I would expect more... perhaps a wash? When I have gotten this service done in Park City at Salon 80, I would always get a wash and a trim (in under 15 minutes) for $15 + tip. That seems more in-line with my expectations but maybe I'm just cheap.
