I'm sharing this experience years later (my visits were in 2020), but I think it's still relevant…read morefor anyone considering care here. During my time as a patient, my services were abruptly ended following an incident that left me feeling uncomfortable and confused. I was accused of taking and throwing away a billing document belonging to my brother, who had previously been a patient. I denied this, as I had no involvement with his paperwork. At the time, the office had Easter decorations and eggs placed around the front desk area, including near where the document had been sitting. It seemed very possible that it was accidentally moved or knocked down by someone else, but despite this, I was pulled mid-session into a private office and questioned about it. I was told the concern was about trust and patient information, and shortly after, my care was discontinued. While I understand the importance of privacy, the situation felt handled in a way that was uncomfortable and disproportionate, especially given the lack of clear evidence. Additionally, during X-rays taken that same visit, I was instructed to adjust my posture immediately before the images were captured, which made me uneasy and raised questions for me in hindsight about how imaging was being used. This review isn't meant to make claims about intent or outcomes, and others may have had positive experiences. I'm sharing this for transparency, as professionalism, communication, and trust are important factors when choosing a healthcare provider.
