Nice facilities--small retail shop, locker rooms/changing area, dry sauna, steam room, large jetted pool with waterfall feature, adult-only indoor pool, relaxation lounge and couples lounge, nice treatment rooms. They provide robes, slippers, toiletries and refreshments. The ambiance is calm and relaxing. Full spa menu and services and have tried many. We've even ordered in lunch, when making a day of it. Prices are not cheap, but in-line for a resort town location. Staff is very professional, skilled and accommodating. Kara at the front desk was particularly helpful and added to a recent experience--thank you. You leave the place in better shape than you arrived in, which is want you want when seeking spa services.

If you're sitting in it everyone who comes in and out of the locker rooms or just standing at the front desk can look right at you. Making it uncomfortable to sit there when anyone can watch you and not very quiet either, as the staff talks so loudly out at the front desk. The steam room wasn't hot but the sauna was so at least we had that. The massage therapist was very nice and the massage decent enough, but not worth $300! I've had better massages for half the price. Where there's a nice hot neck wrap, foot massage, hand massage, full neck massage. But I didn't get any of that. The facial was relaxing, but do not get a lash tint. I had dye under my eyes that I was told to clean off myself. Not sure why the esthetician didn't put anything under my eyes to protect my skin from the dye. They also only dyed the top lashes, not the bottom. So weird. All in all I was underwhelmed for the price. I would never go here again because I didn't leave feeling rejuvenated at all. It's just not worth the price. Go somewhere else.

We were going to visit Park City for one night, and I found Jupiter Mountain Massage through search. I texted the number, and Melanie responded with availability that fit in perfectly for us for two 90 minute massages for a Monday afternoon. We took an uber here and it was easy enough to get to. Melanie and Jordan greeted us, along with Melanie's dog. So nice!! Jordan was my masseuse, and she was super strong. Loved it. I expressed my concerns re my hips/glutes area and my shoulders so she took more time around those areas. She went to areas that I've never gotten from anyone else before that I didn't know was possible. Felt so great afterwards and it most likely saved me from the soreness and pain I would have felt the day afterwards from a high intensity race. The 90 mins went quick, and although parts were painful (in the best way!) and ticklish, I would book for 2 hours if I were to visit Park City again. It was also my first time getting completely nude for a massage, and Jordan made me feel comfortable the whole time with the draping and such. Melanie worked on my friend, and I'm pretty sure it was one of the best massages he's had. She helped his quads and other areas. Nothing but great words from him. Thank you so much, M and J!! If I was in the area, I'd definitely be a regular here.

I can't say enough about how skilled these ladies are. This place is all about the relief of pain and making you function better in life. You can tell these ladies had a lot of proper training. She touched me with her finger and I felt the jolt of my nerve all of a sudden disappear. I was no longer feeling the herniated disc which kept me from sleeping for years. Beyond the normal deep tissue and Swedish massage this lady knew how to use her fingers to relieve long ago forsaken joints, muscles and nerves. She truly improved my health and I slept much better the next day. I have no doubt I shall return. What a bargain to find such a really skilled therapist who is also truly a vernacular beauty!

Speaking of sweetening the deal, the hotel was offering a $100 off special on the 80 minute massage, bringing the price down to earth. The staff at the Front Desk was very friendly and offered a nice tour of the facilities. Unfortunately the locker rooms and steam shower were unavailable (and disappointing) for this visit, but the treatment room is plenty large and comfortable for changing before your service. I hung out in the Fireside Lounge area until Cosette was ready for me. She was fantastic! I carry a lot of tension and soreness in my neck and shoulders and she did a great job of working them out over the course of the 80 minutes. All around a great experience. Really the only complaint I have is not being able to book the massage with the discount through the website. In this age of constant conference calls, it would have been nice to take care of this electronically.

Grateful to get in for an appointment but very mixed about my experience…read more First I need to send highest compliments to Julie, my wonderful esthetician who helped me with a super healing afternoon of a care filled Mani/pedi. She is not only a delight to spend time with but also does a wonderful job with cleaning, massaging and painting. What really confused me about my experience was the general lack of warm reception, little effort to encourage relaxation and comfort and especially the sketchy pricing. I was excited to be given a voucher by the hotel for a discount off a service but was charged for a more expensive service than what I received with a confusing explanation and ultimately ended up paying equal if not more. Overall I think my time with Julie was totally awesome but I've left moderately surprised and uneasy about the holistic experience, feeling mildly taken advantage of. Convenient but get costs up front and not a particularly luxurious experience.

They only have one bathroom, though, so be sure to give yourself extra time to use it before your appointment. The massage beds were heated, and both of our massages were clearly personalized with unique techniques. I didn't even realize I had knots in my chest, and the way she worked on my shoulder blades was unreal. We both agreed this was one of the best massages we've had in the past year. All of our friends also had great experiences, so I highly recommend getting a massage here if you're in the area.
