I had Michael and his employee fix the…read moredrywall on my ceilings and walls after I had 36 recessed can lights and 2 ceiling fans installed across my 1200 square foot lower level. The electricians had to cut into the ceilings in about 20 areas to run conduit, install junction boxes, and 4 new dimmer switches/ceiling fan controls. I had gotten quotes from 3 other drywall/painting companies, one of which was similar in cost, but the others were more than double. I was a bit worried about going with the lowest bid, as that has gotten me into trouble in the past, but not this time. I can't tell where any of the cuts were, the ceilings look better than before the electrical work was done, and it was done within 2 days. They stayed late the first night to ensure they could complete the job the 2nd day. They also cleaned up after themselves very well, but the fact that they covered everything very thoroughly and segregated the working areas to mitigate the dust probably made their cleanup a bit easier, but it will still very dusty and they cleaned the floors well. I have already asked Michael to quote additional work in my home due to both the quality and cost of the first job he just completed for me.

The worker was going a little fast down the street (it was very foggy) and because we all have to stand on the street because the sidewalk is not plowed, it's a safety issue...so the other mom just merely put her arms up to signal like "WTH slow down". Well, the worker stopped his van and got out of the car and was screaming and swearing at us, and I told him to get back in his van and it is totally uncalled for to yell at two women in front of the children. But he would not stop. Then eventually he got back in his work van, after he saw the bus coming. We called the company and let them know of the situation and asked for the owner to call us back. Never got a call back. Instead, the secretary called back and said "he was just having a bad day". Really? Thats an awful excuse for your enraged worker who verbally attacked two women who had children present.

The tiles were installed poorly and are crooked. The curb for the shower doesn't slant properly, allowing water to leak out. They scratched the expensive bidet toilet. They didn't install the faucets in the sink properly. There are chips in the tile because they didn't take the spacers out quickly enough. They were late. They left garbage in my garage for weeks. They didn't measure things correctly. Awful experience. I had to be there every minute to supervise or they would have done even more wrong. They were going to use a toxic substance to clean the grout off the tiles after leaving it on for weeks. I had to call the store, the manufacturers of the grout and what they wanted to use, and finally to TELL THEM what they needed to get. Not my job! Don't use them.

First of all, they were able to accommodate us and squeeze us in with such short notice. We had already moved out of the house and were living 30 minutes away, and had to get it done in a week. Angel was so good about responding to text messages and calls and being available and willing to work out a schedule so we could get it done. We had the house cleaned on a Wednesday and the carpet steam cleaned on Saturday. He even came back to my house to close my windows when it rained bc I was so far away! The price was reasonable and on par with other quotes that we got, but we loved that this is a small family business and wanted to support that.
