Sharon was my event planner for my wedding and I cannot express how lucky I am that I was referred to her. I have multiple friends who have had Sharon as their event planner and those friends would continuously talk about how amazing Sharon is (even after all these years) I am the world's pickiest person in EVERYTHING. I drive my family, friends and husband crazy from how precise I need things to be. The fact that I fell in love with Sharon's attentiveness, detail and efficiency is absolutely foreign to me. It takes a lot for me to be impressed and I was blown out of the waters by her work. She took care of everything and didn't allow me to lift a finger. I said this to her before and I truly mean it, my day would have fallen short from perfection without her. Thank you for everything you've done for me Sharon! read more

Sharon is truly a master at her craft. I can honestly say that I had the wedding of my dreams because of her. I had no idea where to even begin. Wedding planning can be so overwhelming. Especially for someone like me who is very go with the flow and hates planning. But with Sharon's guidance, every single detail is so thoughtfully planned out. She has so much experience under her belt that she doesn't miss a beat. She literally thinks about every single little thing which makes everything so easy and seamless. My wedding was absolute perfection and I owe it all to Sharon. I could not have asked for a more perfect day or a more perfect planner! Thank you thank you thank you! read more

Planning any type of event is stressful in and of itself. But planning an engagement party and a wedding in a short times notice is even more taxing. We couldn't have done it without Sharon and that's an understatement. Sharon got us started with a checklist and a list of recommended vendors for us to meet with which made the process a lot easier. She held multiple touchpoints to keep us on track during a time when our focus was being pulled in a million directions. On the day of our big events, things went as smooth as we could expect. The venues were staged elegantly and our guests enjoyed two special occasions filled with exquisite foods, world-class entertainment, love and glamour. Forever Grateful to my friend who introduced Sharon to me! We could have not gone through our wedding without her! She made sure to be present at our walk through and rehearsal- planning a wedding is tedious and overwhelming- to say the least, but still very fun and rewarding- Sharon provided all sorts of insight and vendor recommendations to fit our wedding. She was SUPER organized, attentive and professional. The day of our wedding she created everything I had envisioned. She has a very soothing and calm effect and works her magic to make sure your special day is all about you and your guests. She went extra-even made sure my mother was attended to throughout the night- as she had difficulty walking- I couldn't thank you more Sharon! Our wedding day was by far the most special day of our lives. Sharon literally made our dreams come true. She was absolutely amazing! Planning a wedding during COVID has been tremendously difficult. Our wedding was originally scheduled in June 2020 but because of COVID we've had to postpone. We did however still have our wedding last year but in August. Sharon was extremely accommodating to our changes especially when we moved our venue from LA to Vegas and she provided valuable advice on how to plan a safe, yet fun and memorable wedding during these times. She was very detail oriented, responsive, and reliable. She was always willing to help out and make our lives a little less hectic. She was always available for a text or email consultation and finding vendors/pricing. We felt like we could trust her with everything! The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special! We highly recommend her without hesitation! Thank you very much Sis Sharon!!! read more

She thought of it all and was open to all of my concerns from the first day we met to the the last call for alcohol at the wedding :) She has checklists, to do lists, vendor recommendations, and timelines for days. I cannot recommend her enough. Would go through the planning process and wedding all over again (which says a lot!!) if it was with her. read more

If you're the type of person who can plan your own event, execute the day of and still have energy to enjoy your party, kudos to you! I am not that type. That's were Simply Glamorous Events comes in. Sharon and her assistant made sure that my only care in the world was to enjoy my special day. And that's exactly what I did. Sharon gathered information from vendors a couple weeks prior to my event, put together a timeline, arranged deliveries, dealt with setup, venue, valet, guests, staff, you name it. She even made sure I made it through the night by setting aside some canapés for me in between the multiple courses of cocktails I refused to set down. I mean, how do you beat that?! You can't. She was very professional, yet warm and funny and just so great that I can't even begin to imagine my event without her. Actually I can, and it would've been a total disaster. So if you're still debating on it, look at it as an investment and just go the extra mile to ensure the best possible version of your event. You won't regret it. Thank you Sharon. I couldn't have done it without you. read more

Sharon is absolutely amazing. She thought of every detail and helped me plan my day, including things I never would have thought of. She is so supportive, kind, and great to work with. She made herself available when I was having minor freak outs, and even helped me get upgrades at the hall where we had our reception. She definitely went above and beyond. I have absolutely no regrets and would hire her again, her expertise is worth every penny. Wedding planning is incredibly stressful and she helped take some of the pressure off, I didn't worry about a thing the day of. Sharon is such a talented, caring, and very attentive-to-detail type of wedding planner! My husband and I hired her because she did an incredible job in my husband's brother's wedding and we were very impressed! Therefore, we hired her right away to help us plan our dream wedding. We are and forever will be grateful to her vision, hardwork, and dedication in helping us make our dream wedding to come true. We are fortunate to have had her as our wedding planner and coordinator. My husband and I hired Sharon for our wedding on 9/3/17 as a wedding coordinator. She is amazing, professional, genuine, caring, organized, detailed and so kind! She helped us find vendors that we had a hard time finding, contacted our vendors few days before our wedding day and set the schedules with them. All of our guests loved her, expressed thanks for her professionalism to the extent that some booked her for thier events. Sharon made our special day even more special as the smallest details did not pass her. For example, the florist ran an hour late in delivering the flowers to the reception hall, she contacted the florist right away and made sure all the flowers and centerpieces are there before the scheduled time of the door opening to the reception hall. There aren't enough words to express our love and gratitude to Sharon, we definaltely highly recommended Sharon to our family and friends and will continue to recommend her, also would definitely use her for our future events! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE SHARON! What can I say....Sharon was everything we needed and more. I recall naming her the fairy godmother because she seemed to make all my wishes happen. Wedding planning can become a second job, a child and overwhelming but Sharon took over to make it an amazing experience. When we first met Sharon, it was like sitting across from a friend. The best part about working with her is that she cared about you as a client and making your wedding into something you loved rather than trying to make it her own event. When I worked with other wedding vendors, they treated you as if you as the same-ole wedding party as they've seen in the past and in the future. It never felt that way with Sharon. She listened and made suggestions based off what I wanted. Sharon was extremely organized and accommodating. My husband and I had busy schedules but she always made herself available to check-in with us and meet if we had questions. One thing I'd note with Sharon is that she's very personable, professional and can handle difficult personalities. We had one vendor who didn't have the most pleasant attitude but Sharon handled them with ease. She also has a great selection of vendors for floral and our cakes. It made our lives so much easier because she was a one-stop shop! I could write on and on about her services! Just know that you're in great hands when you work with her. Since she produces a number of events, I'm sure I'll be working with her for all my future celebrations. Thanks again Sharon for making our wedding such an easy and beautiful day. read more

Sharon was an absolute delight throughout the wedding process. She worked with our vendors; remained in contact with them and made sure everything was ready for our wedding. ***VERY THOROUGH RESPONSE ON THE WHOLE WEDDING EXPERIENCE*** I don't usually leave reviews, but I decided I should because of how awesome Sharon was. I lost my pictures from the Photo booth that she sent me several months ago and I email her to see if she can send them to me again. She emailed me the pictures within 15 minutes. I was amazed on how quick and prompt she was. My wife and I got married in April 2015. We started the wedding planning on June 2014 and it wasn't that stressful. We didn't think we needed a wedding coordinator because we wanted to save money and it seemed fine. However, December came around and we were so stressed out. We had so many things to do and we felt that we were so behind. We didn't even have the invitations yet and the wedding was in 4 months. My wife and I decided that we needed some help. We looked around and we stumbled across Simply Glamorous Events. We decided to schedule a meeting with Sharon, so we could discuss the wedding with her and see what she could do for us. We met her in December and she was extremely organized and easy to talk to. We told her exactly what we wanted and she told us not to worry. We didn't exactly have all the details, but Sharon reassured us that everything will be fine. We spent a couple of hours with her going over parts of the wedding. The venue, food, music, color schemes, lighting, drapping, invitations, and the list goes on. She even broke down the wedding day with us by each hour. She told us exactly how much time we needed to give for each activity we wanted to do. She even gave us ideas if we didn't have any. I loved how reassuring she was throughout the whole meeting. Sharon was literally a God send. My wife and I had 4 months left to send out the invitations and we didn't have any idea on what to do. Sharon helped us customize our invitations! She would send us invitation drafts via email and we would let her know if there were any problems with them. It took probably 4 invitation drafts to get the look we wanted. The whole process took about 3 weeks and we were ready to send them off. Sharon was so patient throughout the whole invitation designing and printing as well. My wife was extremely critical with the look she wanted and Sharon helped us create the perfect invitations. Sharon was so quick with her responses via email or text. My wife and I both emailed her with any problems we both had and she would get back to us within the hour. We asked her for help with finding a limo service and photo booth company. She got back to us with quotes and several options that she was able to find for us. She would even price bargain for us if we asked. Sharon was there for whatever we needed and she was extremely prompt and organized. She even helped organize the wedding rehearsal and told everyone what to do. I heard from a lot of people that the wedding day never turns out the way you hope. My wedding day was perfect. I'm sure things didn't go well, but I loved how Sharon took care of every single thing during the wedding day. She already helped a lot with the planning, but she made the wedding day a huge success. My wife and I were told from some of our wedding party that some things didn't go as planned, but Sharon took care of it. She didn't let my wife and I know about any problems that happened. She coordinated with all the vendors and there were a lot of them. We had about 8 different vendors and she spoke to every one of them. If you want to enjoy the wedding process and your wedding day, I would talk to Sharon right away. She will be there for you every step of the way. She absolutely loves what she does and it will show on your wedding day. I could literally go on for hours with how much Sharon has helped my wife and I with our wedding. Thank you so much Sharon!!!! We have nothing but wonderful memories from our wedding day. It was all because of you! read more

What can we say?? Sharon is amazing and the BEST! She is professional, personable, genuine and so kind! My now wife and I hired Sharon as our day of wedding coordinator. But Sharon was so much more. From the day we spoke and officially hired her a few months before our wedding, she wanted to jump right in and help us tie up any loose ends that we had still pending. She did all the communication with our vendors from that point forward. She had great connections with vendors that we still needed (cake, desserts, staffing etc). She always checked in and made sure we were on track with where we should be on our timeline. She had great negotiating skills with the vendors for any problems that came up throughout our planning process. She was easily accessible whenever we had questions. She was only a phone call or text away and always promptly responded. She always assured us that we would get an answer to all of our questions. Even when we would ask the same questions multiple times or needed explanations, she was always super patient and understanding. On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed everything beautifully. She really brought our wedding to life. It was everything we envisioned! If any hiccups or snafus happened that day, we didn't even know about it because Sharon handled everything. She really made sure that we enjoyed our special day. We would definitely recommend for any planning or coordinating! Not only was she great at her job, we feel like we gained a lifelong friend. We love Sharon and Simply Glamorous Events! read more

This review is long overdue now that we're getting a chance to catch our breaths. I can't say enough good things about Sharon! You will not go wrong by having her as your coordinator, and in fact it's probably going to be the smartest investment you made for your wedding or event. About a month and a half before our wedding, I realized we really needed someone to make sure everything went smoothly the day of so that me and my (now) husband wouldn't have to worry and could enjoy our event. I was ecstatic to have found Sharon and was put more and more at ease as the wedding came closer. Sharon is extremely organized and full of good ideas. She helped with issues that came up even before the wedding. When our photography venue told us we had to get our own insurance, we didn't know what to do, but Sharon came to the rescue with a vendor that could just charge us for one day and for a great price. Then when we had to come up with how to display the party favors and the banquet hall didn't quite have what we liked, Sharon again came up with the most amazing and beautiful display trays and it didn't even cost us anything extra. And when we wanted a guitar player during the cocktail hour and the venue didn't know of anyone, Sharon came through again on short notice and found the most amazing guitarist who received rave reviews from our guests! There's many examples like this from the day that Sharon became our coordinator, she was by our side and coming up with great suggestions and solutions. The day of the wedding, things could not have gone more smoothly thanks to Sharon. She made sure to keep the timeline on track so we could have fun. Even her husband came and helped so we were really lucky--this doesn't always happen. Sharon is the quintessential professional who is very resourceful and quick to adapt to changing circumstances! If I ever have another event, she is the one I want! read more
