I was picking up breakfast for myself nearby and had to drive past Simply Cinnamon Bakery, so I stopped to pickup cinnamon rolls for the rest of the family. I ended up going with a six pack of smaller rolls since that was easier to share than a pack of larger rolls. The cinnamon rolls were good, though maybe a little on the dry side. The frosting was the best part as it was sweet without bring too sweet. It spread easily and they used a generous amount. read more

Found this establishment for a last minute request and man they came through. Have not tried from Woodsman's grocery store, but will soon. Good bakery that has fresh cinnamon rolls and other pastries that go well with coffee. The coffee is okay, good enough that it's not worth a stop elsewhere. They also make a fresh hot tasty breakfast sandwich. They have fresh baked bread, and I actually like their danishes better than the cinnamon rolls. They do use way too much plastic, so not necessary. There's always a parking spot or two right in front, though their main clientele walk here. read more

The first time I tried Simply Cinnamon's cinnamon rolls, I purchased them at the local Woodman's. I liked them so much that I looked the company up online and was excited to learn that they were close to my family's home. Since then I've been waiting for a visit to the area to go to the source of the delicious cinnamon rolls. Simply Cinnamon is a small business in a small town. They don't offer tables, so you can't stay to enjoy your treats. It's unlike other bakeries that I've been to, there's no big, shiny glass display case full of goodies. We got the mini cinnamon rolls and they were scrumptious. I also tried an iced brownie and it was delightful. There was a sign for hot ham and rolls and I thought it meant that they offered a breakfast sandwich made up of hot ham on a roll. I was sad to learn that they only sell it by the pound. (You need to buy a pound of the ham and then you get a bag of rolls.) I definitely recommend stopping by Simply Cinnamon Bakery, especially for my fellow cinnamon roll lovers. read more

Love the cinnamon rolls and appreciate that they freeze so well. The team inside is friendly. They don't have a huge menu of options so you get what you get for the day's treats (cinnamon rolls always on the menu but other flavors like danish rotate). We pick these up whenever guests are in town or for an occasional treat for us. Love the freshness and icing! We also appreciate that they come in different sizes. Have stopped in on a few occasions. Prices are right, employees are friendly and the bakery is yummy. I feel like Simply Cinnamon is not frequented enough by Pewaukee area residents. They have great bakery but whenever I go in I'm the only customer and there isn't a large selection of goods. Business seems slow...I hope it picks up, they market the place more or the owners/employees are happy with whatever they're doing. A hidden gem with smiling faces inside. Check it out! read more

Great little bakery in Pewaukee Village. They may not have a wide section but what they do have is very tasty. I cannot drive past this bakery without stopping to get a scone. Now they may be a different consistency than those at Starbucks, but to me the dry, dense triangular shaped scones they make here are the best. I've had cinnamon chip, blueberry, and my favorite cranberry. At only $1 (tax included thankfully!) they are a steal. I haven't tried some of their other offerings but the bars all look good too. My kids have had the decorated sugar cookies and I know they love them as well. Every time I've stopped in the two ladies working there have been very friendly and every single time they thank me for stopping in. That little personal touch is why I keep coming back...and the scones of course! read more

The people here are very helpful and friendly. What a great way to start the morning. The product is exceptional. Very tasty and fresh. They have a nice variety of product beyond the cinnamon rolls such as fruit filled bars, which are some of the best bakery I have ever tasted. I deducted one star because I have found they run out of product at times, particularly the single cinnamon rolls - which is their namesake. I realize this may be because they don't want to hold over product to the next day due to freshness reasons, unlike what I have noticed at other bakerys in the area, but it can be bothersome since I often come early in the day. read more
