We popped it in the oven to crisp it up and, though it was improved, I still did not enjoy the flavor or mushy texture. The cookie itself was nutty and well toasted, which balanced beautifully with the slight bitterness of the chocolate chips. The walnuts added to the crunch of the cookie but the cookie itself was on the softer side with a slight crisp around the edges. Overall, I would definitely go back and try more desserts. There were so many options and even then most things were already sold out. It's a cute and small bakery that definitely has some tasty surprises!
