Now, I have travelled all over the world, and have enjoyed Middle Eastern and Mediterranean type food from many countries and many kitchens. Antoinette's food is hand's down THE BEST. The humous is amazing! You can really taste each ingredient and the way they are blended together is perfection in your mouth. Also, the freshness and the texture is perfect! The falafel is also the best I have had. I had a few other dishes too and, though I forget the names of these dishes, I will never forget the flavors. Every time my friend goes back to Walla Walla I ask him to bring back food from Antoinette's. IT IS THAT GOOD. Trust me, if you want some amazing flavors in good portions at very reasonable prices then hit up Antoinette's. There is nothing else like it. I crave her food night and day.

She was very responsive to e-mails and calls and her communication skills made it so easy to nail down a menu and details for the event. When working on the menu she was very flexible and accommodated all my requests. We ordered the lasagna but I also wanted to order a a mushroom and spinach lasagna which was not her menu. She used a recipe I had and put her own spin on it and it was FANTASTIC. I had so many guest tell me how much they enjoyed her food and how pretty her buffet presentation was. She met us at the Yakima Valley Museum the day before the event to help set tables for guest tables and setup her buffet tables. She was so attentive throughout the whole event which made the day so much easier for us. After the event she wrapped up all our leftovers for us to take home and we enjoyed them that night for dinner. I myself have done some catering so I really appreciated her professionalism, flexibility and calming demeanor so I would highly recommend her for any event you need catered.

My fiance and I first started talking with Toni about 10 months before our wedding. Toni was responsive and professional from the first email onward. She was so ready and willing to help us adjust/adapt to our budget, she was quick to recommend substitutions on food, and even helped us locate other wedding vendors. We loved her so much after our initial meeting that we added her on as our day-of coordinator as well. When we had to pivot our wedding plans due to COVID, Toni was more than happy to push back our contract at no additional cost to any available date. We ended up using her for drop-off catering for a much smaller, socially distant reception and the food was incredible - the boneless ribs are as good (if not better) than everyone says, the southwest salad is a perfect summertime mix, and the cornbread muffins we perfect. She even let us borrow some of her decorations for no additional cost! I can't wait to have her services again for our real wedding reception whenever the gathering restrictions allow. If you are at all hesitant on a caterer, GO WITH TONI! She will not disappoint.

Tried a flight with Huckleberry, Berry, Cinnamon, Espresso and Walla Walla Sweet Onion (they "tree in" the espresso). One table mate had the loaded potato with Mac and cheese and pulled pork. The noodles were bigger than skinny boxed and very tender. The cheese was creamy and flavorful and the pulled pork was tender and juicy and jam packed with flavor but could have been a bit more smoky. For the food: I got a small BBQ platter which came with 3-meat choices , a dinner roll and a single side choice. I chose baked beans for my side. Tri-tip, ribs and brisket for my meats. I tasted the beans nothing special but tasty. Same for the roll. The ribs were fall off the bone tender, juicy and meaty! I got three 3"-4" ribs. I also had a small pile of super thin sliced tender juicy and flavorful tri-tip and three 1/4-1/2" thick slices of brisket. The brisket was moist and had a good smoke flavor as well. I ate all the ribs, half the tri-tip and a slice of brisket. The rest went home with me as this was a hearty serving. To end our evening we were sent on our way with well wishes and thanks for patronage from our server and the bartender!
