Melissa did offer to have some one come to correct it but honestly as a first time customer I feel that it should have been done right the first time and i shouldn't have had to complain. This last time I received 2 reminders about my upcoming visit which is great. In the day they were supposed to come no one showed. I called to see what was going on and got no response. I understand that things happen and from time to time a simple 2 min phone call would have been fine but days later I am now looking for a new service with still no word. Ghosting someone who's paying you is not a great business strategy.
