We couldn't decide what we wanted to do so we called in Jasmin and Kristin to help out. What I appreciated the most is that they took the time to understand our budget, our style and what we liked and didn't like about our condo. They made some great recommendations and came up with interesting ideas that we wouldn't have made on our own. They also listened to our ideas and were happy to go with some of our choices. Once we decided on the work we wanted, they helped us choose contractors and were happy to include one of our recommendations in the bidding process. Jasmin and Kristin took care of all of the logistics of the work, from ensuring the elevators were reserved to making sure the contracts had proof of insurance. The second was the completion of a finished basement. Both times we wound up with rooms that were literally magazine worthy.
