There were three people in front of me when arriving, and another three newcomers when I left. Only one clerk behind the counter but I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They do not give you receipts here for your returns (anymore as I was told). That said, Amazon received my package and I received my refund so everything went well. No photos included because I don't think it's appropriate to photograph others in a public setting without their knowledge even if their backs are turned.

Recently we had an issue were a section of the screen stopped working. Went back to Zagg and they had excuses for everything. We even had a Zagg screen protector on the phone. They said that the reason for the part of screen not working is due to the phone falling which it had not. So, this to them was the reason for the failure. They also said the warranty on their labor is 1 month. If anyone is planning on using them or their hardware I would rethink it. They are not reputable; they do not stand behind their product or their labor.
