I contacted Simple Pest Solutions to service multiple apartments. The owner, Michael personally came to meet me to discuss my issues and concerns before starting his service. I then observed as he was servicing the apartments, he was meticulous in searching for any possible entry points for rodents / roaches and any evidence of infestations. He sealed / closed up any possible entry points in the units and applied treatment. He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions that I had or questions from the actual tenants. I live in a building with over 30 units in lower Westchester. Several units have had bed bugs and sadly the management did not take care of this problem correctly from the start. Michael did a great job getting rid of a severe roach infestation. It was a little more expensive than other quotes but the other ones did not include a follow up, so it actually came out a lot cheaper including the 2 visits.
