The office is very comfortable and welcoming, and Dr Emily James and the team take exceptional care of their patients. Every time that we have visited, everything runs efficiently and promptly. Everyone is so friendly and kind. Dr. James is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly detailed with her exams. She has excellent communication skills and makes you feel so comfortable. Alan used to have a really great receptionist but this recent one comes across as rude and not following proper medical practice of trashing medical records. I also have been able to work with him on a more professional level as well in regard to a oncology medication that has ocular side effects. He has gone out of his way to be available to any of the patients I have referred to him because they are not allowed to have their infusions without a monthly eye exam. Dr Saifee was friendly and helpful with me during my reoccurring eye chalazion. However, he didn't do the best job, the chalazia wasn't fully removed and it was a painful procedure. It came back again even with taking antibiotics. He then did a steroid injection but that didn't help either. Due to the circumstance he referred me to a "specialist" of Dr Massry. Dr Massry was awful. He didn't seem to care or really help me. Instead he said that I needed a biopsy because it could be cancer. He didn't really care to assist me further and instead referred me to other doctors to confirm his cancer diagnosis. Overall, if you have a quick procedure done here, it can be nice. But if you want a better treatment plan, maybe some other office may be better. But at all costs, avoid Dr Massry.
